Very professional! They didn't give off a all business vibe. It felt more like a friend fixing my windshield...and it was at a very reasonable price! I shopped around and found no better price I would've gave 20 stars if it was an option. I was looking to have my windshield replaced ASAP, they got my windshield replaced the next morning! Very reasonable pricing (definitely best around!) and the quality is the same as the top dollar windshield replacement if not better ! Definitely check them out! Every company I called wanted over $300 to replace my rear window and couldn't get to it for several days. Kauffman's came in much lower and were at my house the next day. 5 stars. Had a broken rear windshield on an older vehicle. Didn't want to spend a ton of money to fix it or deal with the hassle of making an appointment at a shop. They came to replace shattered side window on my truck. I paid them cash and gave an extra ve10 bucks. After they left my property I opened the door to discover the panel was loose and screws laying on the ground and the shattered glass In bottom of the door. Then when I removed the loose panel I noticed a speaker missing with the terminal broke off and the parts they put in were junkyard parts.After several attempts to get them back they came with used speaker that crackles when played and parts laying o the ground and screws missing. I was scammed and ask for a deposit of 100$ dollars the transactions on my online portal said it was charged by the mgm casino in Jersey and i had spoken with a guy with a New York or Jersey accent do not recommend
