When it comes to servicing my vehicle, I get incredibly overwhelmed, but today, I had such a great experience at Joe s Automotive Services that I had to leave a review.After stumbling across this shop through a quick Google search, I was initially reluctant, but I needed service on my SUV. I took a chance, and I m GLAD I did. I was greeted by Eric, who was very friendly and, to my surprise got me in and out. Eric was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and informative when it came to questions regarding my vehicle.Thank you, Eric, for assisting me today with my GMC you have gained a new customer.

Had my car misdiagnosed from a Lincoln dealership. Then I paid a local mechanic to replace motor and work was never done nor did I received motor. I can to Eric with question and he questioned if it actually needed the motor replaced. After diagnosing it he informed me it was a water pump that needed replaced which on a 2011 MKZ was expensive and very involved but he told me completion would be one week. He was accurate with the timeframe and the car runs without issue. If only other shops or dealers were as straightforward as Eric is. I called 12 places for inspection this was the only one in Harrisburg that had no problem taking my car and getting it done, not only did they get it done for me but they did it speedy fast VERY im pressed with the services provided thank you

I have been using this garage for 18 years consecutively both sites and have never had an concern nor issue's They have worked on my luxury and standard vehicles and have always been phenomenal in pricing and timeliness. The best service I have ever received from an auto repair shop. Customer service is great! I took in my Dodge Dart to get tires put on, they told me I had the wrong sized, but was still able to help me out. Didn't complain when I had to pay 3 different ways. Highly recommend the shop for any automotive needs. We were in and out in an extremely timely manner for an inspection/emissions. Was able to bring my own brake pads in for a replacement on short notice. The place is so welcoming and they treat you like you ve been going there for years. Will definitely be going back for more work Eric was very kind and helpful.

Always a pleasure speaking with Eric the shop manager and owner. Reasonable pricing, with a reasonable wait time. Never had an issue with the work performed, such as work I'm currently getting done on a 1997 Volvo 850 w/114k on the clock. He allowed me to source my own parts which it needed brakes on all 4 corners as well as a power steering pump, and exhaust leak. Another shop quoted me 3200 for their parts and labor. Eric squared me away for the same work for under 1900. I'd recommend to anyone

PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT TRUTH. You have to be crazy to not love these mechanics. Eric is the best. I found Joe's Automotive through a friend in 2010. I went to Pep Boys and they wanted to charge me almost $800.00 for an inspection. They tried to tell me that I needed things I didn't need to pass inspection. Eric looked at my car, inspected it and passed it. My cost was less than $150.00 dollars. I have been a customer ever since. Theye have always been truthful in what my car needed. They even tell me things needed for maintenance in the upcoming months so that I can properly budget for them. They are more than fair and honest and they know what they are talking about. My entire family goes here and when someone has an issue with their car and they ask me I highly recommend them. I call them for car buying advice. They are awesome and I praise the Lord Jesus Christ for helping me find a good mechanic.

When Noone else in town would except a truck with trailers these guys went above and beyond and said to come on by, will change the oil in the parking lot with no problems.Definitely recommend this place for your auto needs.Much appreciated.

Recently moved from PA and like everyone, you need a mechanic you can trust and that does a good job with your vehicle. After calling around to get my car Inspected, Eric for me into his schedule and gave me an honest quote for the alternator on the car I just purchased. I m impressed with his professionalism and honesty. Glad to know where I will take my car in the future.

Mike was amazing, he fixed my car, initially we thought was an alternator, but later found out was a much less repair. He could have charged me for the alternator, but thankfully he did not. So very HONEST Mike was able to troubleshoot some other small things for me and fixed them really quick as well.Very reasonably priced auto repair.Really fast inspections, I came here once on my lunch break and was able to get right back to work on time.I highly recommend this garage from inspections to major car repairs.

Very trust worthy people do grade A work and very cost efficient and timely. They are the only garage that I trust with any of my vehicles and I recommend them to any and everyone. They also give great advice if asked about parts, cars or anything that has to do with buying a car or what kind of car you should get that will be worth the money and last.....10 thumbs up from me

Once again Joe's Automotive Service has been the King of Cameron Street for getting my Altima serviced... I've been using these guys for the last 2 years.. If you want to notch service see Eric... I would recommend these guys to anyone...

I took my van there to get fixed and inspected. Eric told me he fixed the problem but didn't. He informed me that I would need a new transmission soon and would give a $200 off since I just paid $400 on a part for my transmission. My light came back on same day. I tried calling him multiple times and I was told he wasn't there. Also...he was to call me the next day with a quote and he never did.Not Happy at all!

Eric ALWAYS has been knowledgeable, fast and reasonably priced. Eric s wicked smart and has kept up with new vehicle technology and knows the usual problems with each brand vehicle leading to quicker repair times and best of all, lower repair costs.
