Great shop. Everyone there is very nice to talk with. I got bars and new cables put on my fld. They had an issue getting the exhaust back on, but they were very up front about it and had already ordered a replacement bfr I came in to get the back. Alot of parts have been discontinued for my bike so I know it's a pain getting things sometimes, but Al came up with a great solution that really made me happy. Will be going back to them for future bike work for sure.

I have been here twice. First time for a new rear tire on my Honda rebel. Second time for new tires and some engine work on my flstni. Great service both times. Quality Work was done quickly and for a fair price. I will be giving them my business in the future

Great USMC veteran motorcycle mechanic to go to. I got my 08 Road King serviced here, and their prices are significantly better than HD. I also had a very confusing intermittent throttle issue that I took the bike in for. They spent a bunch of time on it and really want above and beyond diagnosing the issues. I'll definitely be returning here with my future motorcycle mechanic needs!

Al is a really nice guy. Got me in and out for my state inspection and I don't think it even took 15 minutes. He comes highly recommended by my brothers. I definitely recommend and I'll be back.

WOW.! THANKS to these amazing people ,I was able to get my bike repaired and back on the road after being discarded by the HD dealer saying my bike couldn't be fixed before we had to ride 3500m home. I was in and out in 2 hrs, Everyone was super helpful and wonderful.

Al and his staff are friendly, professional and honest. I had a 10K service with inspection. They were knowledgeable, timely and professional throughout. I've been going to High Strength for service for 13yrs now and have never had a complaint. I definitely recommend this business and will continue to patronize.

Once again High Strength V-TWIN has done it! I took my husband s Harley in for a tuneup and inspection, and they have done a wonderful job at a wonderful price. I received a call that his bike was done yesterday and I cannot believe the price I was quoted on the phone! It was music to my ears to know that I would still have money left in my pocket after I pay the bill. If you want great service, and to know that your bike will be done right the first time, check out High Strength V-TWIN on Page Road in Harrisburg. I promise you it ll be the best thing you could ever do with your bike.

As a motorcycle mechanic, when I don't have access to a garage to do my own work, High Strength is the only place I will take my bike. I just got my bike back from them and they managed to get all the work I needed done and kept me $240 under budget. Al is a great mechanic and everyone at the shop is professional and nice. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you ride a harley, you should be taking it to High Strength.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

My husband doesn t take his Harley anywhere but High Strength V-TWIN! Why you ask? Because first of all the guys there are very polite, knowledgeable on Harleys, their prices are reasonable they don t try to rob you like other Harley shops. I know when I drop the bike off there that I m going to get it back done right the first time, I m gonna leave there with change in my pocket, And I m probably going to get some of the best advice I ve gotten in a long time. Those are some of the nicest people you ll ever meet that own that shop! So if you want to get good quality service at good prices from good people stop on down at High Strength V-TWIN I promise you you won t be sorry!

My husband and I bought our bikes 3 years ago, and unfortunately we have had our fair share of visits into the shop for repairs and maintenance, but the entire team has always been outstanding and very helpful. Definitely a trustworthy shop that we never felt we were being ripped off and have been above and beyond helpful with all our situations. Definitely care for your bike as it is their own. Highly recommended!!

For those looking to get away from the dealership, this is the place to go. It has the genuine feel of an old school Harley shop from the location, to being feet from the lifts when you walk in, to the classic rock coming from one of the benches. The lady behind the counter is very nice and quick. While picking up my bike after inspection, a mechanic pointed out a couple things to look out for. Very nice people with a quick turn around. I've been back three times and I'll continue going back.

What can I say about High Strength V Twin except that they are the best motorcycle repair shop in the Harrisburg Area! They beat everybody s prices around! Not to mention the customer service there is exceptional, they are the most personable people I have ever met and my husband speaks so highly of them! You better believe he is not taking his Harley anywhere but to High Strength V Twin to be serviced! Don t take my word for it check it out for yourself! If your Harley needs serviced, call High Strength V Twin! If you love your Harley as much as my husband loves his you will call High Strength V Twin after going there just once!! They are that good!

I needed a starter for my '85 FLH since mine quit working a day before an out of state trip was planned. I called all the local shops (I live an hour away from Harrisburg) and everyone said they had to order one. Since I had no time to spare I called High Strength after seeing their google listing and they had what I wanted in stock. I told him how much I found similar starters for on line and he price matched it! Great guy! It is worth the hour drive for me to deal with a shop like this!!

Awesome, best describes Al, his wife and their business. Not only did they rescue me and my wife from the side of the road they treated us like family. Al sent a trailer from his shop, picked up my broken down bike along I81, and took it and us back to his shop. He even offered us his car to finish our trip. Long story short, Al fixed my blown up bike mostly on his own time, due to the commitment to his ongoing customer work. He stayed in contact with me every step of the way, did a great job fixing it ,did it in a very timely manner , and kept the cost down. Praise the lord for people like Al & Denise!

Highly recommend! Diagnosed and fixed my ultra classic on the spot! Excellent people excellent work. Oh yeah forgot to say they saved me about $2000.00 from what harley was trying to say was wrong with it smh.

Local HD dealer has some decent folks but the cost is extreme and every interaction for me during one svc event was with a different rep. None seem to communicate with one another. Final straw was a security system issue that the HD rep said, "I never heard of that..." I searched for a local independent and found High Strength V Twin. They (young lady answering the phone) was immediately hip to my security situation. Made it sound too easy, I was a little skeptical. Remember HD service sounded confused. I took my 14 Ultra Limited in and I am glad I did. They installed some new Ergo Back bars, inspected the bike, and resolved my security system issue with ease. I dealt with the same two people. Got a glimpse behind the scenes during pick up, seems like a great svc environment with a good crew of motorcycle enthusiasts. The price, excellent! So refreshing. -- Do yourself a favor, call High Strength V Twin.

Al and Denise are hands on owners. You can actually shake their hands and speak to them when you go to their shop. They perform honest work at reasonable prices. This is a great shop. I ve been a customer for several years and won t go anywhere else.

Just picked up the street glide. First ride today! Outstanding work. Lights added that look like they were always there. Amped up the harley sound with the new pipes! Great work.

This is a GREAT place with TOP quality mechanics if your ride needs some work or just an inspection this is the place to go. They service almost if not all makes and models so don't feel like you have to have a certain type of motorcycle. AAA+

Told them my bike was backfiring/coughing out of the carb. They said they knew what it needed and they would fix it. Not even a mile down the road i blipped the throttle and bang big couch. Nothing changed bike still coughs and backfires out the carb.

My 18 year old son was very happy to find a local motorcycle repair shop close to home. He brought his bike here for inspection. The guy who talked to him told him he would need new brakes and a front turn signal for it to pass. Since my son works hard for what he wants and has, he told the guy he would need a few weeks to pull together the money to have the job done. In the meantime a pizza delivery guy comes to the shop and mentions having a motorcycle for sale to which the repair shop guy said Don t look at him, the kid doesn t have any money. Can you finance him? . Really?? You had to belittle my son in front of the pizza delivery guy?? You just lost a potential customer, not to mention many MANY other potential customers who are friends of my son simply because you shot your mouth off. A little kindness to your younger customers would be appreciated.
