Love taking my car here. They are very professional and very knowledgeable. Went in for a yearly inspection and didn't pass because of a cracked windshield. The guy out front set me up with the person they use, I brought the car back two weeks later and had the new windshield installed and got my inspection sticker. Saved me an enormous amount of time calling around and scheduling with a second person.

Hannold's is an honest and knowledgeable service center. Very friendly and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Appreciate the reminders when my car is due for inspections or service.

The Hannold s Team is hands down and all around AMAZING. They are honest, caring and honestly treat their customers like family. They recommend gently however are very good with letting you know when the recommendation is something that is needed sooner rather than later which I appreciate tremendously. Their approach has NEVER failed. Having trust in your mechanics is not common too much any more but it is steady, ready and a part of the Hannold s fabric if service. my mechanic for 40 years died. looking for a new one. after reading these reviewed, I choose Hannolds for my yearly inspection. my car is 20 years old, runs good but has seen better days. I was here for an inspection, not repairs. they failed my car, listing rust, exaust all of it, rotors , a belt, and other things. making the car more costly to repair than it was worth. several of the repairs seemed bogus to me. like the rust issue, rust isn't an issue unless it goes from outside into a driving compartment. or is a structural member. thus this was not an state inspection issue. neither was the worn belt as it was for power steering. telling me I had a break fluid leak that got on the rotors. so now they need replaced. this is laughable. you would just clean them. I took the car to another inspection station. handed him the list of problems. the break issue took like 8 second to fix. 1 loose bolt. instead of replace the entire exhaust system. they replaced 2 bolts spot wielded a pin hole or 2. leaks solved. I had them replace the bad belt, because it was bad. my choice, not an inspection issue. total cost including the inspection was 182.$ my car is being retired this year, that was the plan. the point here is that my car was here for a state inspection. this is what you were hired to do. you can make me aware of other issue you see, but you must keep those as separate issues. telling me that fluid on the rotors, makes them need to be replaced. insulting! that is what I was told. it was not what was written on their inspection notice. if the guy at the counter said it to me. then that is a problem. my car nearly got junked a year too early. money does not grow on trees.

I'm a shade tree mechanic and knew where to go for help for a family member's car when I could not figure it out. Not only did they go above and beyond they kept us informed along the way with no surprises! The service, and commitment, from the guys at Hannold's is impressive. They work within my schedule to get the service done on a significant number of my collector/specialty cars. They care for the vehicles as if they were the owners. No issue is too large, or different--they always find solutions. I've been taking my vehicle to Hannold's for three years now and refuse to go anywhere else! I appreciate the customer service, honesty, and respect that has been shown to me and reasonable prices when getting my vehicle repaired. Whenever anyone asks about recommendations for great mechanics, I always tell them about Hannold's!!

Greg has worked on my cars for over 30 years. I have also sent many people to his service center and they have had great success. The mechanics there are great at their job, and I never have to worry they will charge for anything not needed. I recommend Hannold's Service Center very much.

I have been coming here for years for a very good reason. I am a single women and appreciate the fact that I can completely put my trust in this service center. There have been times when I thought I needed additional work done, and was told all was fine. Hannolds will never take advantage and perform unnecessary work. I also appreciate the customer service...They take time to explain the work and answer all my questions! This is a family based business who gives their customers terrific service with a smile. You will not be disappointed!

Greg did a fantastic job with taking care of my fianc� s accord when it came time for inspection. Serviced everything in a timely manner and didn t add on work that did not need to be done at the time. Overall a great experience. Thanks Hannold s! Highly recommend this shop.

I give Hannolds 5 stars.We have taken our vehicle for many years to Hannolds. They are kind and caring people who are honest and care about giving there customers a job well done. They work with you, and also help to explain what is causing the problem with the vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I've been taking all my cars to Gregg for years, and I won't stop. Hannolds is a small business, owned by a trust worthy guy, who knows what he is doing around vehicles. I would recommend Hannolds to anybody.

If I could give Hannolds a score of 5+++ I would.I was traveling with my wife, children, and dog on a 14 hour trip. On Sunday night at 10pm our car broke down in Harrisburg PA. We overnighted and on Sunday night I began to research if any local repair shops were nearby.There were several including to AAA repair shops, but one shop stood out to me based on customer rankings. Hannolds. I called up on Monday morning first thing, hopeful they could work me in to their day.The repair was a bit time intensive an Alternator. They were incredibly friendly and said they would see what they could do. Due to their great reputation they were able to get the Alternator out of the car, repaired quickly by a local Alt rebuilder, and back in the car by lunch.While waiting in their shop, I also noted how everyone else that came in got great, personal interaction from Greg, Brett and Russ. Many shops might take advantage of a stranded traveler and gouge them on price. I found that the cost was exceptionally fair. I wish I had Hannolds in my city.Though it is 8 hours from my home, I might consider driving there for my next repair !!! Thanks, Greg, Brett and Russ !

Love going here!!!! Brett is always wonderful, takes the time to go over anything wrong and does a thorough job!!! ALWAYS feel safe driving my 5 kids around in my vehicle after coming here!!! They are honest AND reasonable - and that's hard to find in this industry!!!

This is the garage to go to! Throughout the whole process they were clear about what they were doing and quick; had a problem and they got me in that day. Not an experienced mechanic.I went to repair my overheating engine here and showed Greg exactly how and when the problem is coming.after checking for 4 hours,he informed that there is nothing wrong with the car and guess what 70 $ for diagnosis.They are here since 30 years?..bs.If you have a "not simple" problem in your car,don't bother coming here to incompetent folks

I took my truck to have fuel lines replaced. Before doing job, the engine was checked and found to be seized. I was contacted and not charged. WOW
