My car was in an accident that split the steering rack and left it disabled. John at friendship Auto was able to fix it at a reasonable price that I can afford. The no contact pickup of my vehicle from after hours was an added bonus. They also were able to fix a leak I had in my fuel system. Which in turn took care of the check engine light being on. I am truly grateful for having had the experience of being a customer a friendship Auto. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs work done to their vehicleThis will be the second time that I use this garage and they replaced a lot of suspension parts and an alignment with professional and went the extra mile to make sure I had my car back at the end of the day I would still recommend this company to anyone who needs reputable work done.

I love this auto shop! Once my car was assessed, I was given a quote and was not harassed about getting the work done. At other shops I feel like the mechanics own my car and rush me to do everything at once. Since I am on a very strict budget, the mechanics at Friendship Auto advised what I should take care of first and what could be done at a later date. After the work was completed, I was given a call to let me know. There was one thing I forgot to ask if they could do so I did so at that time. I was waiting to hear if they could and how much it would be, and to my surprise, I was told it was already done at no charge!!!!! Everyone I came in contact with is so nice and made me feel like they truly appreciated my business. I am horrible with names so I don t remember the young lady that cashed me out. She was very nice as well. She took her time to see what deals I was eligible for in order to get a discount. Which is unheard of! Normally you would have to go on a treasure hunt to find what deals the auto shop offer and even then they try to haggle and try to see how it doesn t apply to the work that was completed. All in all I can say I was very pleased with the service I received and will be returning.

They were open to working with an aftermarket warranty after validating that they had not had a prior bad experience with the company and some research on BBB. They were up front about there being a charge because of the difference in labor rate between what they normally charge and what the warranty company would pay. They were VERY good about communication. Pictures, updates, a clear understanding of the costs, and pre-approval before work was started. When the work was finished, there was still a problem and they were not dismissive. They immediately arranged for me to bring the car back in and identified and fixed the issue quickly (unfortunately this issue was not covered under the warranty). Overall a great experience and will absolutely use them in the future.

Had an excellent experience with working with Friendship on my son's first car. They dealt with the warranty company (who was horrible) and got everything back to them in a timely manner. They do a great video and picture inspection so everything is visible for you to see.

I never do online reviews, but the team at friendship deserves praise. These are the only people I'll trust my vehicles with when they need services performed that are beyond my capabilities. You won't find a more trustworthy garage that genuinely cares about their customers and community. They have helped me out of a bind on more than one occasion, and are always nothing but caring and understanding. If you are new to the area, or sick of your usual place up-selling you on unnecessary repairs, give Friendship a try and I can assure you that like me, you'll become a loyal customer for life!

Every time I visit them and there is another customer there we always get into a very interesting conversation, therefore it makes the time go much faster. And the mechanic always lets me know what will be coming up next for continuous good maintenance. I appreciate that.

I am very satisfied and with the repairs on my Honda and will come to you guys for all my car needs. I am new to the area and I was in a jam and you guys came to my rescue. Especially when it comes to my car and who I trust . This was my first time to this shop and I chose them because of the estimate I was quoted and the reviews I have read about this shop and they didn't disappoint. Replaced cylinder head gasket (both sides), thermostat, intake manifold gasket, and engine oil pressure sensor/switch. This was on a 2009 Jeep Wrangler unlimited. very well organized and very nice people to deal with. Jeep is running great. Thank you very much. I have used this garage since I purchased a 2007 Mazda 6 3 years ago. They have great customer service and I always know what it s going to cost they never go over the estimate. They have consistently done excellent work on my old girl. It s the only garage I use and I highly recommend. I used to live really close and have since moved but the car always goes to Friendship. Had an oil change and inspection done here and they found the dealership had over-torqued the drain plug for the oil, so they replaced it for me and got it done the same day! I highly recommend them for their quality and transparent work, they won't do anything without your approval.

Recently had my Honda in to have the body control modular replaced. They had my car running and back to me in no time. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. We will continue to take both our vehicles there in the future.

This auto shop was a life saver my vehicle axel broke right in front of the shop. They were extremely busy but they took my car in. In about a week spans not even they were able to get my vehicle fix and they worked very great with me and had great customer service

Alternator replacement was completed promptly and at a reasonable price. They worked with me to purchase tires at a reasonable price as well.
