I came here for all new tires installed and balanced. I made the purchase online to pay in store, my date of service was 3/14 @ 8am. When I arrived the total was more than I expected to pay. After being told the wheel alignment was $109. I stated I would not get that service today. Even still it was $100+ more than my cart online.I asked the guy to view his screen to understand why it was more than mine. He stated it is an automatic recommendation for roadside tire assistance charge. I m like well I don t need that. He was taken aback as was the other guy sitting in a chair next to him. They explained it was for damage to the tire if I run over a nail etc. I state I ll take my chances all my years of driving this hasn t occurred I think I ll be fine. They both seemed a little upset I didn t want the service. However he removed it and my bill became what I was expecting to pay.It may be a coincidence but part of me just feels it was very staged. It has not even been 1 week since I got the new tires. Something told me today just do a walk through of the tires. As I did this I notice a nail inside my driver rear tire. Instantly I think would those guys really stage a nail in my tire because I didn t want the automatic add on they didn t even tell me was there had I not asked.I was going to return here next week for a wheel alignment, but I would never trust them with my truck again. They took it to personal with me not wanting that additional service now it s suddenly a nail in my tire.Please beware of hidden add on fees, and shady service.

Boomer had me in and out in no time for my oil change and my alignment. He let me know my tires were choppy and saved me from expensive future repairs. Jon the manager was friendly and helpful and made my experience a great one. I will definitely be back for more work.

Always friendly, they call before they do repairs. And when they see something that may need to be done later on, they tell me. I had a bad experience with a Firestone in my home town, I was hesitant on trying another one. I am so glad I did. Paxton st Firestone would get a 100 from me.

Rude and poor customer service. Very unprofessional behavior and they do not care about your satisfaction. Front desk guy told me to go to another firestone if I need help next time.

I went in today for an oil change and a concern about how my car would vibrate sometimes when driving. I was overall very happy with the customer service. The guy that helped me Jonathan was very nice and explained what was going on with my car in very easy to understand terms. I did not feel like I was being scammed out my money as I have been before at different shop. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles to this shop, I think everyone did an outstanding job today.

Firestone has done good work on my cars for 20 years, but the manager Tom at this store decided not to own his techs mistakes and made a bad situation worse. I went in for an oil change and they found I needed a tire rotation, steering alignment, cabin filter, some light bulbs, and a state safety inspection. I agreed to all, they completed the work and the next day my steering was making squealing noises. The third day I saw fluid under my car, popped the hood and found the steering fluid reservoir resting on the top belt wheel. I called off work and called Firestone, Tom the manager completely denied his tech would do that, "because there was no reason for the tech to dismount the reservoir." I took it in that morning and showed him the damage. After playing with the reservoir and the mounts and finding no reasonable explanation Tom had a surprised look on his face but decided to try and spin our findings. He said, "I don't know how that happened but my techs didn't do it. Maybe it was like that from the last time you had work done. Maybe it jumped off and over the mount when you drove home." Did he think I went off-roading in my Kia Rio? I couldn't believe it. He was basically calling me an idiot to my face as we stared at the issue. I asked "how was the reservoir going to do that with the hood down?", because part of the mount is a 3" metal bar sticking straight up separating the reservoir from the wheel. He again denied his techs would do that but said he'd "help me out" like he was doing me a favor. We went inside and he wrote up an estimate for $160 ($70 for the damaged part). I was upset but didn't have much of a choice. I couldn't drive it anywhere without risking further damage and I held some hope he wasn't serious about the estimate. I called in the next afternoon to check the status of my car and Tom said, "I'm sorry but I meant to call you yesterday but I was so busy. That part is kind of irregular and I'm not gonna be able to get one for 5-7 days." Again, Tom made it worse but what could I do? After hanging up the phone I got on Amazon and found steering reservoir for $40 and could have it the next day. I called Tom, explained and he still hesitated to use the amazon part because it wasn't from his normal vendors. Finally he agreed and offered, "If you pay for the part, I'll pay for the labor." Wow! What a deal.. The reservoir sits atop some mounts and has two pinch style hose clamps. No tools necessary and It was his labor that caused this problem but I needed my car back. The next day I brought over the part and they installed it like sloppy amateurs. I'll never go back.In short, don't take your car to this Firestone. Tom and his techs are incompetent and disreputable.The pics are how I first found the reservoir, where it actual goes but not actually mounted, and the last is the finished installation with fluid everywhere.

Only giving one star because I can't give zero. Customer service is ridiculously poor. Ignorant manager who lies about previous conversations so he doesn't have to fulfill the company guarantee regarding receiving service on time.I've rated quite a few places. This may be the only time I've ever given one star. I'm not one to jump at the chance to beat down a business where I had a bad experience. I usually just let it go. Not this time.Stay away from this business.

Came in for an alignment appointment (scheduled in advance so that I did not have a long wait), I came in 10 minutes early for the appointment, and wait OVER AN HOUR before my car is even pulled back. Wasting my time for what reason?? Just don t schedule me at that time, or don t take the other customers while you have appointments scheduled. Make it make sense. Also paid more than I ve ever paid anyone to align my car. I do not recommend this Firestone.

Most unprofessional business I've dealt with in a long time. We took 4 trucks in for service that were heading to a national wilfere emergency out in CA. The business did not perform service in a timely manner. They actually delayed service because we questioned when it would be done.

Great customer service! They were able to fix my AC in my SUV during this terrible heat wave last minute with a discount, they also fixed my husband's truck in a timely fashion. We will definitely be returning. The best part is they are only 2 minutes from our home!

Great at fitting me in to the schedule. Just about the only place I've found in the area that doesn't insist on booking weeks ahead of time. They even rescheduled me for only a few days later after I forgot about an appointment (completely my fault).They also have been the best we've found as far as reasonable repairs flagged on state inspection without putting everything and the kitchen sink on a mandatory fix list.

I came here to get my car inspected left it overnight and picked up right before they closed. I jumped and headed home since they were closing and I had just gotten off work myself. When I got home I noticed that they had cracked my windshield on the front passenger side. They said nothing of it to me and I have filed two claims with them both times they came back saying since the car left the lot I was SOL. Also, I knew I was going to need a tire and left one in the car when I dropped it off. They decided that I was going to get one of their tires and charged me an extra $90 for the favor. Will never recommend anyone go here and will never return simply bad business practices.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

I went 2 times for oil change, 1st time around 6:20 pm and they says was so late. Next day, around 6:00 pm and the same answer!!!

Couldn t have had a better experience! Popped my tire and figured it was time for a new set of tires anyways. James told me I just needed to replace the one tire cause the others were still good (I don t know much about cars/tires). Saved me a bunch of money and they were able to get my car realigned too! James gave me a bunch of great advice, was super helpful and very friendly!!

I went here approximately 3 months ago to get my brakes done always had excellent experience with Firestone but not this location. I got brake pads and rotors rotors didn t need to be changed but it s post Covid and people are hurting so I figured I ll let him ( Tom the store manager) do it and also the needless fuel injection cleaner he wanted to add for several hundred dollars I do well so I figured sure I ll share and support the business little did I know he was going to stick severely oxidized rusted looking rotors on my luxury QX60 it s 61k vehicle and he just slapped them on ugly as can be . I had to be sent on assignment since I do claims adjusting for catastrophic events . When i get home and have time to address it. I drove to meet with Tom he exclaims he s got 20 years with Firestone and chastised me for calling the rotors rusted when he said they re oxidized. I told him regardless they don t match the front they orange and ugly and don t belong on my luxury vehicle . He agreed said he would put the salt premium and asked if would come back after the holiday due to it been very busy. I agreed only to call today and find out Tom is on vacation this week. The week he told me to come back.. seeing their rating go from 4.1 ( the reason I chose it over the others ) go down to 3.8 shows me I m not the only one he s been doing this type of thing to recently awful look for Firestone now I have to go to Infiniti and rebuy my rotors because this business is no longer trust worthy I ll bro g it up with corporate in a letter but private owner shops like this they tend to fight and just fall off.. I m an insurance claims adjuster I ve worked auto I know the drill

I had a reoccurring problem with my engine light with a code of second cylinder misfire. Tom was very nice and very helpful, as I'd recently had it serviced at a Firestone location he didn't charge me when they had to replace a spark plug that had fouled after being replaced at another location. Tom was also able to refer me somewhere that could further diagnose my engine problems as they seem to be internal. Thank you Tom for your outstanding service!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Got a flat tire on a Saturday and the guys at Firestone were kind enough to fit me into an already packed schedule. I did have an issue with my tire leaking air after that and mentioned it in the survey they send out. The manager called me almost immediately after I submitted that feedback to set me up for a time to get it fixed up! I really appreciated him going out of his way to reach out and his dedication to improving the customer experience!

We made a appointment online,to get a leaking tire fixed, and got a confirmation. Went there at the appointment time, and was told they have no record of the appointment. They also said the online system never checks to see whether they actually have appointments available. We showed them the confirmation on my phone, and was told that there's nothing they can do and fixing the online system is above their pay grade. The best they could do is have me have me wait for 4 hours, and maybe they can get me in, or they can make an appointment for me for another day. I drove all the way there with a confirmed appointment, which they won't honor. I ended up leaving and going up the street to Tires Plus ( their sister company ), and they got me in right away, and had everything done in about 45 minutes. I will never go back to Firestone again.

Replaced the battery at the special price they quoted me on the phone. No up sell when I got there and no pushing of brakes, windshield wiper blades or anything if that nature. Did what they said they would do and nothing more. Very refreshing. Many shops use a low price to get you in the door and then fight to squeeze a bunch of extras which is what I was worried about, but they did none of that. Very happy!

GREAT auto shop. I shopped around they saved me over $500. Went to another place and got quoted something crazy. Friendly people great service. I will not go anywhere else. Much appreciated.

Need to have a tire changed after a wicked tear in my tire. They close at 5pm and I arrived at 3:50pm. Needed that new tire to make home to NJ. I was very happy they were able to change my tire and put my spare back in its spot. Made it home safe.

Staff and service were excellent! I got a flat tire on the highway and needed a replacement right away. The team was really responsive and empathetic to my situation.Will be back to replace the rest of my tires in the winter.Thank you!!
