Good, honest mechanic! I was on a road trip and car broke down. Fabian was very understanding and accommodating. Quick turnaround and honest prices. He's a little gruff on the phone, but he's busy fixing cars!!! He leaves customer service to the very handsome gooden

Brought my car with a head gasket leak. He was able to swap the motor at a low cost. Gave me a good warranty as well. He's an honest mechanic. Terrible customer service, I didn t believe the reviews until I tried the shop out, he rips off women cause he thinks they don t know anything about cars, but he does it in a slick manor. Gets upset if you ask him questions about your car maintenance cost, he refuses outside parts and he catches attitudes when you catch on that he s trying to swindle you, DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE BAMBOOZLED!!!!

I had an appointment and when I showed up on time,they were ready to service my vehicle, Mr. Fabian was very informative! he didn't try to sale me stuff I didn't need, he gave me recommendations for getting a new battery, but didn't try to talk me into purchasing it from him, over all he will now be our family mechanic! Horrible, worst experience at a mechanic of my entire life. Mr. Fabian seems to have traits of someone who is bipolar for anyone wondering why the reviews are either wonderful or horrible. Yes, on the phone he is BAD doesn t let you explain, and interrupts you at every turn, complains when you do the same. Long story short he supposedly fixed our car, charged close to $1,000. The car broke down twice after that. When we brought him the car which he said was guaranteed , he called the police and wouldn t accept our vehicle. Now, we have to decide whether we want to pursue litigation for the nuisance and loss of wages for not having a car.

I dropped my car from April 13- 24th for state inspection and diagnosis pricing information. Very unprofessional! He has bad customer service, he didn't answer questions, constantly interrupts and talked in circles, overcharged, vague with what needs done to car, refused to give pricing. had my car for over a week and put computer chip, spark plugs , changed tire balance ( meinke said was fine) told me my cumputer broke while changing coil yet no proof he changed coil, had me pay $80 extra to pair my second key to the car which has nothing to do with passing inspection. and charged me almost $1,000 ($450 labor) . He Lied and said he didn't have my insurance and registration when I saw it on hiscomputer the day he asked me to pay which is 12 after my car was dropped off. Denied me emissions and safety paperwork. Had my dad drive him around across the river to bring my car to ford. Had my car for days just sitting there without being worked on on his lot, left my car at Ford for days when it was done the same day. didn't follow up with me and would rush off the phone without answering questions. He actually lied to me about being closed when I called to get answers and when I drove by I saw they were open.charged me for tire balance without asking . All this and he never even checked for my inspection or so he claims. Horrible I would not recommend anyone to come here !Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Tried to charge me $860 for a pcv valve and said it was due to the labor. What an unprofessional man, not only did he reject my vehicle from being dropped off by the towing company, which by the way I've had to pay for 2 times now for the same problem that he has serviced in the last year, he yelled at my wife who has cancer, at the receptionist from Leahy's towing and criticized my religious beliefs. I will be filing a civil lawsuit against this man and company for failing to return my money for services that he has not performed correctly and for emotional damages caused to my wife. Do not go to this man, I was warned and now I know why.Service: Auto battery replacement

My husband and I was traveling from New Jersey to Florida when one of the front bearing blow out, we called up Fabian, he we a little hesitant at first but we explain our situation to him so he agreed to take at look at it, we had the bus (ford E450) that we were traveling in towed to his location, Fabian his wife and his very trusty Gooden his German shepherd, they were a blessing to us, Fabian and his lovely wife went above and beyond for us, I thank God for them, the service was great the price was more than fair, I wish the is more honest, honorable and caring people like Fabian and his family, Fabian if you ever read this thank you so very much, may God continue to bless you in all your endeavors, you are truly a blessing, thank you again, kerone and David from Florida.
