My Spartan chassis for my class A motorhome had an issue with the brake lights staying on all the time and cruise control no longer working. These guys were nothing but professional and quick the whole time. Problem was diagnosed on day 1 and part arrived day 2 and we were done. They also performed some chassis maintenance. William kept me updated at all times and set expectations very accurately. Larry was great too.

Dave and the tech that worked on my truck were fantastic. I had a sudden break down and they were able to get me in the next morning. They both keep me updated all day long and were able to get my truck up and running to get my load delivered ontime. I highly recommend this shop for any repairs needed to your Cummins motors. Thanks guys

We brought our motorhome in for a recall issue. The entire process was very easy, from initial call to check-in to completed work. Very satisfied and pleased with outcome. Enjoyed relaxing in the customer waiting room while waiting for work to be completed!

I would highly recommend this Cummins Coach Care Center. They do top quality work and in a very timely manner. They call and keep you informed of the progress. Special thanks to both Larry and Dave. GREAT JOB!!! I always receive great service from this shop. Work is done in timely manner.

Great service! Under promised and over delivered. I called on Monday morning, was told they were extremely busy and couldn t work on it until the next day. I Drove the truck in and asked gently if they could get in the for service ASAP. Dave in service had a tech pull it in while I was still at the shop, they completed repairs the same day. Super impressed -

Very positive experience. They were able to get MIL codes for an issue that we had several times and no one else had. Always ready to provide answers and explanations.Larry was our contact and he was great. Allen and Brandon also worked on issues and provided great customer service. Highly recommend this location.

Great customer service. We limped one of our company trucks in with an engine issue. They were able to get right on it, and had the repairs completed that evening. They were courteous, quick and reasonably priced.

Our company had one truck here for a top end overhaul. We were never updated as to repair progress without us initating contact. Went to pick the truck up the day after we were told it would be completed at 1600 hours. Dogbox was still out of the truck, and we were told it would be a minimum of a half hour till the billing would be ready for us. Haven't had a truck here in a long time....probably won't again. Not impressed.

Dave Wevodau, our Service Advisor, and Tyler our technician gave us the red carpet treatment. The diagnosis of the main coach engine and the generator starting issues were instantly and accurately diagnosed. The work proceeded immediately and was completed in record time. They provided overnight hookups while we waited for a part that I added to the repair list. They patiently worked with our aftermarket warranty company. The RV owners lounge was comfortable with TV and Wifi. We made friends with several other coach owners while we all waited for our repairs to be completed. I can't imagine what more Cummins Power could have done for us. Excellent experience.

Mechanics were able to work us into a very busy schedule, after we began having alternator problems on the PA turnpike. Had us back on the road by 2:30 pm next day. Even took us to our hotel and back again. Big thanks to the great staff and mechanics at Cummins!

The guys fixed the problem before the night was over and i didnt have to get a hotel. They kept me informed on what was going on and what needed to be fixed. The driver's lounge was nice and comfortable! After the repairs, i was able to sleep on site in my truck so i can go to work well rested!! Thanks guys!!

They work on HWH leveling systems for motorhomes. Very pleasant on phone and able to take us with less than a week s notice during the busy summer season. Customer Service Consultant, Technician and Service Mgr were all fabulous. They have RV parking in their lot with 50amp hook up. Parking spots are long enough for a 45 coach but skinny. Might not be able to put out slides or maybe just one side depending if someone is next to you. There is additional parking for tow vehicles. Customer Lounge is VERY nice complete with comfy furniture, big tv, coffee, bottled water and snacks - even a jar of dog treats. There is a grassy area for dog walks. Easy access from highway. Highly recommend!

Really??? Our office is closed on the message, which then goes on to say our hours are 7am to midnight, Monday through Friday. So why is it close at 4:30pm on an ordinary, non-holiday Thursday? Great service here, Cummins to broken down customer!

DO NOT BUY A CUMMINS GENERATOR IF YOU ARE A HOMEOWNER!!Their network of third part service technicians (electricians) is small, and the tech support they provide to those third parties is inconsistent and usually wrong. I have a $5K generator that s not working more than it is, thanks to Cummins support they provide tho their service network. You re better off buying a Generac as a homeowner at least you can get one of those fixed!!

No response from emails. Went to sales department and you have stand out side to talk to anyone and that after standing and waiting for 30 minutes. I've tried to deal with this company several times and have never had good experiences.

I worked with Dave in service I removed my doc and dpf for cleaning quick turn around and even had the replacement gaskets ready and waiting.

Great customer service that'll get your generator in for service in a timely manner. They are on the expensive side, but they are brand name and get the job done right.

Very easy to deal with I was informed with what was going on with my truck throughout the process I worked with Dave on my truck he was very helpful they were very accommodating took me to and from my hotel I would deal with them again and recommend them very much
