Steph manager of this company accused that even its call member of the staff faults she's so rude and unprofessional i don't even know why she's the manager instead of dealing with the issue ,she's harassing drivers and doesn't accept her technical faults .I WILL SUGGEST YOU NOT TO USE THIS SHOPSCAMERS SCAMERS SCAMERS

Great and fast service was in and out quickly. We had three trailer tires replaced a really old guy named Matt knocked it out in under a hour. They also have really great ladies working in the office.

Great shop! What really made me happy is, one day they weren't 100% sure on an issue. They didn't charge me at all and they didn't jerk me around with meaningless repairs. They simply suggested I take my truck to a Detroit specialist. As I write this I'm getting my PM done on the Grate Pumpkin.

Technicians don't understand the limits of DOT inspections. They will fish for unnecessary work to do hoping to get the customer to allow them to do it while it's here.

Today we had our truck brought in because of loss of power due to failure to regen. This was due to low temperatures and a bad fan clutch.Our service from Tim and Chelsea was exceptional and vital to getting us back on the road the same day. The morning guys which we didnt get their names were great as well and ensured us that they would take care of us which they followed up with.We will definitely keep Cumberland Truck Services on our list when we need service in PA. Thank you guys!!! :)

This is one of the best places to have work done on your truck, the two ladies at the counter were knowledgeable, pleasant and and very customer friendly, Thank you Nichole and Mel. The best thing about my experience was my service tech (Matt) this man is quick, knowledgeable and above all very thorough. He identified issues I was not Aware off and we were able to take care of it while I was there. Matt is certainly an asset to this company. Any company would extremely benefit from having this type of caliber mechaic, top notch. Thank you Matt for taking care of me with your attention to details.

If you an owner operator pls stay away from these people! They ruined my business partner truck, they started up a work on his truck, couldn't fix the things they started it but charged him full amount! when he tried to resonning with them they kicked him out the shop, cursing him out , very unresonable! if you can find someone else pls avoid them. Atleast we shared with you ! don't say we didnt !

The team and service at this location has always been exceptional and timely ! I called them at the last minute for an oil change and DOT inspection, I was able to pull right into a bay. I was done with time to spare.

The customer service and attention to drivers getting service could improve. There s 4 guys in shop scrolling their phones on TikTok, chewing tobacco and spitting everywhere, 2 guys at the service counter who talk to you like you re bothering them. 2 hours wait time plus 1hr 45 min to get just oil change and lube. About another 35 minutes for the clerk type your invoice (one letter at a time while answering calls).

Replaced water pump.Amazing customer service.This was almost a Hassel free experience.Repair shop is in the same parking lot as flying J.Mechanic Very knowledgeable and informative.Overall rating for Bergeys is a 10 out of 10I couldn't have asked for anything more!VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDEDService: Auto engine diagnostic

I called the day before, told them of two issues that I had, I was told no problem, but after driving 75 miles out of my way, I was then given lame excuse way it would be the next day before they could get to me, the excuse was not based on facts. I work on my own trucks, I could have done these repairs at home in my driveway but not these clown s, so it cost me 150 miles out of my way, and a $1000 load for there incompetence. With out even a care shown from them. Not recommended.

Techs are friendly but a little slow, the lady in the front needs some customer service classes, I've been here 3 times and she's always with an attitude and a negative approach, I'm pretty sure the friendly mechanics in the shop will be better at customer relations. Still a good shop, next to the highway easy on and off, just call ahead so you don't have to sit for a while.

All their mechanics are Rockies and lie about stuff to get work not a good place to go I take my truck to the dealer all the time and I never have a problem with a inspection after I left this place I took it to the dealer and my truck passed they try to tell my a bunch of stuff was wrong and it was all lies not happy I will report them to the better business burrows

They charged me for 3 Axle alignment. I've paid my bill took off, on my way home truck still pulls to the left with new tires I went under the truck to check and found the tie rod ends locking clamps still have crust dust and dirt on them that tells me socket never touched them. Waste of time and money:(

Iam a owner of 6 trucks and these guys have made it very possible to run my business with minimal hiccups. I usually deal with night staff Eithan a tech is young but very promising he is not afraid to tackle any issues that i have presented him he definitely will make one heck of a mechanic as he furthers his career and knowledge in this industry. Kyle man what can i even say the guy will go above and beyond to help find parts even offer suggestions to help resolve any issues top notch guy with straight shooter personality treats people with respect. I will continue to do business and recommend everyoneServices: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

What should have been a 3-hour job took almost 5 and 1/2... 2 wheel seals... 2nd shift left. The gentleman who came in for third shift, Connor, was very professional and got me out of here as quick as possible... Update: I was called and talked things over. I appreciate the concerns

I personally prefer this place over any place staff here is amazing especially the beautiful women behind it all. Steff, she's CCC and more. Quick at understanding and solving the matter& slow at fine details. Definitely a good thing. Can't forget Kyle , who's ability to tackle your needs one on one. Very resourceful. He's definitely the quarterback of this company. Last but not final, Mat. Only thing thing need be said GENIUS.

I had a oil leak on my driveshaft, they change seal, fix it in 2 hrs it was 270$. They have my recommendation

This is a complaint about very poor service and a damage done to our truck in your facility on July 11th, 2017.Our driver drove to your facility in Harrisburg PA with a broken turbo to be repaired or replaced. Upon inspection in your facility per mechanics, he was informed that truck needs a new turbo replaced. He issued a check in the amount of $5.061.66. with a guarantee provided per your company that it would be a new and working turbo and he would be able to drive to his destination safely and in no further need of turbo repairs. However, at the end of the day approximately at midnight, he was informed that replacement of turbo was completed, but he was unable to drive out of your facility. He needed to call towing and tow to a different dealer to fix the truck, because he was not running. Upon driver,s arrival to a different dealer, he was told that turbo activator that was replaced in your facility was defected. Our driver attempted to communicate with your mechanics about the problem and asked if defected turbo could be replaced. He was told that he needed to pay again for a new turbo. .Your company provided horrible service and broken turbo part which resulted our company in a loss of money and loss of time. We will never do business with your company .

Always helpful people but today i came to look for a part and stood on the lane for more than 10minutes simply because the guy was "busy doing stuffs on his computer" even one of the worker called Dillin told him to help me and he yieled at him that truckers should be patient. I was not impatient but his work ethics was beyond rudeness, it was on saturday 20th 2020 at 7pm this guy is a reason why places like this looses customer because of workers like him

Prices were not bad for pa. The tech's were smart and went to work quickly on my truck. I was pleased with the work done on 3rd shift but especially the effort of the guys on 2nd shift

Return customer first experience excellent wheel alignment and tire balance figured I come back was told they could have my brakes replaced and wheel seal done by next day 12 hours later after hotel rental all they had done was front brakes done when u give someone ur word that it will be done it should will never return complete waist of time and my money.

Worst repair I ll ever did. Check in with one DTC and check out after 26 hours wait with same dtc.... buy pay for their labor and unnecessary parts 1300$. Get to shop in Chicago and after 20 min diagnostic they found reason and fix. It costs me 160$.Unprofessional guys
