I was on vacation in Hershey. My car battery was giving me trouble.I went to the store in Harrisburg (Maclay St) at 7:15 am. The manager was polite and respectful. I explained my dilemma. He said that they can fix the problem. A sales associate Otis checked my battery . It needed to be replaced. He replaced my battery in 15 minutes. I went back to the hotel with plenty of time to get to Hershey Park with the family, Thank you gentleman at AutoZone Harrisburg for your help. Good luck and God Bless.

I came to this location because I had an issue with my car, And I was taking care by Justin Rios he went above and beyond he was excellent in customer service he went beyond on helping me I didt t know what I was doing and he helped me with my car . Thank you

Absolutely disgusted by the employment practices of Autozone. My daughters boyfriend was hired by the district manager Germaine Castro, he was scheduled for one day, which he work and completed all necessary trainings. While the store manager was away, he and Carol Rivas added him to the schedule, did not give him a schedule, never contacted him and terminated him without notifying him, dubbing it a no call no show. As he attempted repeatedly to get in contact with the manager to whom Mr. Castro forbid from contacting the employee, he was able to find out through a third party that he was terminated without reason or notice. This all occurred at the Paxton location in Harrisburg PA.

They had what I needed. Staff not super friendly but accommodating.Adding at a later date......I had a flat tire that happened right in front of their store. Pulled in and went into the store. Looking for something like fix a flat so I could make it home. Took what I found to the counter asked the lady behind the desk if this would work my issue. She looked and says yes. Had someone show up to help put the donut on so just put product in the car. Got home working on repairing tire and I am informed what I paid for was not intact usable for my car. Receipt blew away while changing tire so had to eat that one. My only.complaint is that when asked staff confirmed it would work.

I went to the store on 8/25. Alan and Miguel were very helpful finding me the parts for both of my cars. There was an error on the stores part Alan called me to resolve the issue. I did advise him it was fine. They both showed excellent customer service. They are a great asset to the community.

Terrible corporate policies. Staff can be polite - but too many do not know what they are talking about when it comes to cars. Prices are ok -- if you just need to buy a part and leave. But there warranty service is terrible and anytime they need to go beyond the bare minimum....they just won't.

I wanna give this bad review to this store today cause I'm verey sad and angry cause , why one mananger is in the same time a supervisor and dont give a good service , we payed for a insurance for 4 unit for my car in the past and they told us what the insurance it will be for the 4 units for my car , so this day march 9 4:42 pm my friend is there and she say my guaranty is only for one unit why if i did pay for 4 units and she say is that our nothing . What kind of service is that for how big and unic store , ? Thats not professional for that prestige company .

My Friend got a Windshield wiper blade. I open the clip and only the blade came off standing in the rain try to helpThen he said the lady was going to do it, after the facts am trying...wow...oh yeah she slipped it right off and it was on

645 Maclay StHarrisburg, PA 17101Miss Tarin T, Store manager, represents your company bar none. She exudes professionalism, knowledge and is very helpful. I went in to get a new battery and exchange and I was very pleased at the whole experience. She was very fast from the time I entered to her changing the battery in my 2012 F150. It was very refreshing to have such great customer service. She is the exact person to represent your company. Personally, I think she deserves a raise and a huge thanks from the AutoZone Company. You may want to get her into a company trainer program to teach current and future employees about customer service. You have an asset on your hands!!!! I am very satisfied and I will tell others about my experience at that store location. I will also tell folks that they need to talk to Miss Tarin!

Awesome customer service and the store was immaculate. Was able to get what I needed and was in and out in no time. For anyone that has catalytic converter issues, I'd strongly recommend cataclean. With a quarter to half tank of gas add it, then drive for 15-25miles. For me I stopped at the 15 mile mark, cleared my code, and continued the drive. Hasn't come back on, and I actually felt a difference in smoothness of my idle. Awesome product. Jeff from Henry's garage over in Wormlyesburg on River Street recommended. With this product he potentially saved me a $600 repair cost. Well worth the 28bucks with tax.

I've been to this store 3 times,On different occasions.Each time ive went i was given the wrong part..... it was the part i needed just not for the right vehicle and had to make return's.1st time its fine.Second time its alright.But Third time im good im not going here no more.

We were travelling, on the way home from a long car trip when the bumper of my friend's car came off. We went to AutoZone to buy zip ties to secure the bumper to the car until we could get to a mechanic. We were helped by a very nice and knowledgeable AutoZone employee named Nathan V.. Nathan came out of the store to look at the car and was able to snap the bumper back into place without the use of the ties. He didn't try to sell us things we didn't need and the bumper stayed in place. Thanks again to Nathan V. and AutoZone!

Tested my battery for free and informed me it was bad. They got me a new one for a good cost and even installed it for FREE. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!! Excellent customer service!!

Literally a business built on greed. Standing here with an elderly couple who has no money and they are stranded in the street with a dead battery. Can t afford the steep price of a brand new battery but no worries because there is a thousand used batteries laying around this place right?!?! Not a chance in hell these people wouldn t help anyone!!!! I ll never spend another penny here!!

Insanely nasty people that work there. I left my car there for two hours and they defaced the whole car writing stuff all over it. Just go anywhere else for the love of god
