Guy at the front wouldn't let me return items because to him I didn't buy it "locally"...I bought the items from DC so he told me to go return it to DC. I purchased it with my credit card and still have the receipt and he refused to do it. I called corporate and told them and they said i should be able to return it without a problem. The employee was either lazy or this is a normal routine for them coming from someone higher up at this location

The staff seemed a little non chalant and uninterested in helping. Maybe it was a bad day but the vibe didn't feel helpful. I wanted to ask for help to put on my purchase but I chose not to. FYI - I went there because the competition didn't have what I needed. If they did, they would have put it on for me. Maybe some training is necessary.

I ordered a torque converter on December 28, 2022. I kept on calling about very 5 days to find out on status. Now on January 25, 2023 they Said it was picked up. I never went in to the store to pick up. But why will they say they will'check on FedEx to see on what happened.

Found what I needed after wandering around aimlessly for a bit. No one asked if any help was needed. Line moved slow, but staff were helping other customers so not a total complaint. But they had what I needed and that was the important part.

Anthony is the BEST and friendliest employee at this location. He was so sweet and knowledgeable and also very friendly to my dog. He helped me find many different items I needed all over the store- he didn t just tell me what aisle - he walked with me and helped me find each specific item. Anthony is amazing! He also put my wiper blades on for me! 5 star service all the way around!!

I went in to have my check engine checked and battery tested. It was to busy when I went it. But they only had 1 worker there and she got really busy. I had to wait to her to take are of the other customers that were there. The minute I stepped to the side to more customers came in and kept coming. I wanted it wasn't a problem for me seeing I had no appointments that day or anything else to do really. So I was ok with it and I wasn't in a rush either. I've always like the service here and never had a problem once.

Wanted to get a part that I had a hard time finding in the store. I asked a staff member for help and I will admit he was quick to provide assistance. However he could not find said part as well in the store. Given that their website for the specific location said that the part was in stock and ready for immediate in store pick up, the kid came up with a couple excuses as to why it was not in the back rather than just looking in the back when I insisted for him to check the back. I didn't want to make a big stink over it so I left and went to a different autozone where I ran into the same scenario,. However, this time around, the employee went ahead, checked in the back, and got the part no problem. This will not prevent me from going back to the Paxton street location over one staff member, but it does leave a bitter taste in your mouth.

Store with downhill ever since they fired that Anthony C guy. He always had the store fully stocked and was always ready to lend a hand ..nowadays I'll stand in line for 30min before getting help. Just last week took me 25mintes to get a tail light when tony would only take 10mintues and that including installation of lights

This store is terrible. There was only one person working in the store. The employee had his nose sticking out of his face mask along with the customer he was attending to. The customer was behind the counter with the worker. No social distancing whatsoever, I left the store. I was at this location because I was visiting a friend in PA and needed a part for my car. I went across the street to Advanced Auto Parts and got better service. I always use AutoZone for my car parts. Trust I will never use this ratchet location.

Thank you for your helpMy father was stock in Pennsylvania his car battery was dead, I was able to make the purchase over the phone for a new battery, I went to store in shirley NY they called your guys in Pennsylvania I can't remember the name of that employee but he was fast and very pleasant, two minutes later my father has the battery he needs.I appreciate your helpThanks

Very good place I ordered a part what's the first being the next day I received the five days later I'm hoping if the manager will make a right for me the car wash it in in the garage but if on spectrum that my part did not come on time and my car was sitting at the garage for 5 days due to my part not coming in on time.

I was on the road and had a sensor go bad. Came to AutoZone to get a new one. I can't even change it in the parking lot so why would I want to buy from here.

Usually pretty courteous service and knowledgeable help. Loan a tool program (give deposit-get tool / bring tool back get entire deposit back) is helpful because you don't have to spend $ to get a tool you'll only use once or twice.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. It just never seems to be enough people working when I go. I only ever see two people working. I'm always in a line waiting with 5 or 6 others.

No oil funnel available to be used like other locations. It was stolen and not replaced. So now the innocent customers have to suffer the consequences. "But you can buy one..."

The area may not be that good but the people that work there are amazing. The young lady working there today knew exactly what I needed for my car and help me with no problem and even questions that I had

Just your run of the mill auto parts store. This location has a few multilingual employees. All employees seemed sufficiently knowledgeable in automobiles enough to get my parts I needed. Although they did not have my part in stock at that location, they did offer to have it shipped in. They shipped the item, and it arrived the following morning. Nothing extraordinary about this location, but it is functional enough for you to get what you need.

BEST AUTO PARTS STORE IN THE AREA!! Had tho order a part thru the commercial parts guy Brian. He went above beyond do make sure I got what I needed and that it was correct when it arrived. Prices are great and service was even greater. I would highly recommend This AutoZone for all your auto parts needs. Chuck was SUPER helpful dealing with my battery issue. I normally go to Advance Auto, and I've been looking unsuccessfully for a certain type of trash container for my Explorer. I found the perfect one at AutoZone, and Chuck helped me find the right license plate frame that I needed, too!

I got a head light and ask them to put it in and they didnt want to do it. They both were Caucasian. I brought a head light there a month ago and the black guy put it in for me it took him 5 minutes. I told the men that and they still wouldnt do it. I spend too much money there for them not to want to help me. Will take my business else where. Smh

Helpful and friendly staff! Went to AutoZone after dealing with a rude and unhelpful staff at another auto parts store across the street. Staff helped us determine what was needed and lend us tools to clean a battery in the parking lot. While we ended up not buying anything, I will definitely be returning to this store to get any thing auto related I need in the future.

They where very helpful kind fast and Courteous. I didnt have my receipt , i love that they have me in there system it made it fast and convince.
