Rude people I ever met, If your owner operator plan on getting screwed and rip off. Took my truck there to get look at! made several diagnoses would not give any information on how they came to their conclusion, they just decided that they would over charge me for the work they may have done. You rate these people I would not even give them a 1 star. I known this company for over 40 yrs

First time here , came in for a simple light bulb change. I told them that I was with idealease, before they figure out how to bill them, I was send to 3 different departments ( for a simple light bulb exchange). Makes me think if I should come down here for something more serious? BTWNo apologies of any kind , no sorry, nothing .Five star international ??? More like one

Carl on the evening shift was such an angel Friday evening! One of our trucks was broken down on the side of the road, and called to see if they had the part we needed, shortly before they closed (everyone else I called wouldn't be able to get it until Monday). He confirmed it was in stock and went out of his way to make sure we would be able to pick it up! Thank you Carl!

Called location to set up inspection was told sure drop it off we can get it right in on Tuesday. Called Thursday morning oh it be done by the end of day. Called Friday oh no it will be done end of day. Called Saturday oh no it's not done maybe Monday. Brings a whole different meaning to a shop costing you money.

They are extremely difficult to work with, each time we called them they gave us false info and a false ETA causing us additional down time. The lady Irina never provides us with why and how info, she just tells us in a unfriendly manner not to call

Completely clueless about the industry they serve They want to tow the truck twice to change the rims. When international approved place can do it in one hour. But they need to make a cut and overcharge Navistar. They also sell faulty aftermarket parts. Need a bigger cut!

First let start by saying there is no other dealer that I would ever take my truck to... None. The people here at five star are without a doubt the best I have ever worked with. The staff at both places I have been to (Allentown and Harrisburg) are some of the best people I have ever known, now are they perfect?, no absolutely not, but then again no one is. What they are is human, every staff member that I have met has been truly themselves, they work hard for their customers, they are respectful to everyone who walks through their doors, being quite new at owning my own truck, they all have taken the time to explain any questions about any repair I might have.Now, I look at it this way, I drove all the way back up from FL to get to these guys, why you may ask?, simple... I trust them to get the job done right and in today's world, these good people have earned my business time and time again.I wish to say thank you to all the good people who I have met there in five-star, all of you have always treated me like family and being so far away from home that means something...My best wishes to you all and your families this holiday season.George N.

I am a mechanic for a large tanker company and we have numerous International trucks so I have dealt with many international dealerships..This one by far has been the best..The unit derated because of a def quality level sensor..They got it right in and had him going in no time with no bogus charges for "shop supplies" and "hook up fees" ..The bill actually came in lower then the estimate, how many times does that happen?Great ,friendly staff..Awesome people!!!Thanks again 5 star!!!

Tried this place twice now. Maybe the worst service I ve ever experienced. Dropped my truck off at 8am for an oil change and inspection, was told I could wait on it. 5 hours later and I was told it wouldn t even be finished that day. I understand they re busy, but this is the second time this has happened to me, you would think if you scheduled an appointment they d have it finished the same day. Do not go here for service they are so slow

Truck was in their service was told needed additional diagnostic time for CEL, after the truck left there came to home terminal and found that tech never plugged in the sensor properly also never secured any of the wires for the sensor resulting me to buy a new sensor on my expense. Not a place I would visit again.

As like all dealerships it takes forever to get stuff done and I don't say that in a bad way! When in my shoes as a driver 2 hrs of setting is to much money to be lost let alone 5 days GRRRRRR ..... but overall they never lied to me about the schedule of getting the truck in and working on it and were very honest and to me that makes all the the difference in this industry so I say thank you George in the service department. ...........

First I would like to say that this shop does very good work, I have a Prostar with a maxforce engine. They went through the truck and when I started it the engine light was on they got back on it, I have to say in a 300 miles best International Dealership. If there not busy but they are always busy. They are just need a little more staff just find how long it will take. But I will always wait they are that good

I own a fleet of trucks and vehicles. Our new Isuzu truck had a breakdown. I spoke to Five Star on the phone, they said they had the part. We had the truck towed there. The next day, they said they didn't have the part, it will be ordered and delivered and installed two days later. After those two days, went to check on it, they told us the part is unavailable right now and they can get it in by the end of the next week. We called another Isuzu dealer, Bergeys in Writesville, they overnighted the part and was able to take care of us the next business day.This Five Star location is a zoo with a bunch of employees running around like mice with their heads chopped off. Avoid this place, unless you like losing money and time.I would give a zero Star, but one is the lowest they allow.

Chuck in the service department worked me in for repairs even though the shop was quite busy. After the first shift went home they put the tow truck operator on my job until a tech was free. They had me rolling before closing.Also, have dealt with Jamie on the parts counter several times. Jamie gets the parts I need quickly even if they are not in stock.

Would give Zero stars if that was an option! Scheduled truck to be looked at 2weeks in advance brought it in day of appointment no one had looked at the truck by 4pm though it was there at 7am. We run an automotive shop and this kind of service is not acceptable. Service advisors are useless as well they never have any answers nor do they seem to care to find them. Do not take your truck here!

Twice I've had my truck serviced and they try to run up the bill. Told them I had warranty and they still send me a bill. Also they lie about where you are for time of service and keep pushing trucks in front of you that they already know is warranty. They get a star just because my truck is running but they took a week for a minor repair. I don't recommend sending truck here cause I won't

Call make an appointment for oil change on a isuzu truck asked them 5 times for they have a fileters and eveything in stock they said they have it while i m leaving the truck asked again they said they got it. 11 hours later they said they dont have in stock leave a truck for a second day too. When you asked for maneger he just left for the day. And sorry (thats sucks when you dont work to leave the truck for oil vhange and they dont care) worst service****edit. They called after 2 ours of their call they said they found filters and performing the service *** that explains what kind of service it is

Fast repair for being a dealership, people are very friendly. No complaints at all. Bathrooms available and they even allow dogs in their drivers lounge.

They live up to their name. New windshield, coolant leak, air leak, forced regen and diagnostics. All completed in less than 2 days. Reasonable bill. Great communication.

Expensive rates.... Lost a starter on 09 Prostar. DM came out we pull started the rig drove 5 miles to the shop I was hit for 6 hours of labor @ $125.00 plus miscellaneous fees.... $1077.00 was the cost after I complained about $1200.00There's no estimated costs for labor. Get a inexperienced DM and you will pay for it....

Fabulous!!! I called last minute and Keith Eshleman went above and beyond to get our company a truck in a very short period of time. Keith even emailed me an approval at 5;40pm, i presume from home, great experience. We will definetly rent here again

Worst service ever. Been here for a week for a part that was instock. Will never come back here except on a tow truck. Only one shift is allowed to work on your vehicle. If they don't finish it you have to wait until they come back to work.

I don't know about these guys, come on clean up that parking lot it's a damn mess. Service well I just don't know it's hit or miss. Good luck parts have been good lately.

called in twice at about 1:40 young guy willing to help with parts but didnt have the vin. called back different man didnt wanna help. called lancaster 5 star international no problem helping find the parts and prices actually called around for me so Jeff at 5 star international in Mount Joy then called me with everything i needed. 05-23-16

Horrible service, long waiting time. I would fire everyone at parts dept and hire people who cares about customers and professionalism. Or International got to train their employees how to be a good customer service. Thanks for your time.

The parts department is run by idiots. The nerds behind the counter are rude and don't listen to what you are telling them. The goofy little manager came out and made things worse. Go some where else to get truck parts. This place is a dump!

Worthiest place I saw in my entire life.Docks are too tight.parked to dock almost 1 hour. Manager Brain was very angry. And asked me to move from that tight dock.I never come to this place again.
