I went to get a new stereo installed in my 2010 mustang. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. They made great recommendations and helped me choose what was right for me. They did same day installation and had it done way faster than I had anticipated. Excellent service and atmosphere.

My go to place, just got my wrap for my baby done and they did an AMAZING job. they ve done everything from body work, my rims, my speakers, tints and my wrap. You want great work for a great price GO HERE !! No regrets!! Attentive, fast and accurate.- Kelly

Very unsatisfied with a car audio installation I had done at Above Da Rim. The system install was a new head unit, backup camera, surface mount tweeters, 4-channel amplifier, subwoofer amplifier, and wiring.The speakers from the 4 channel amp kept being wired incorrectly (the fader and balance were not working as expected) so the time alignment of the head unit was useless until that was fixed. It took them 4 separate attempts before the speakers were wired Front-Right / Front-Left / Back-Right / Back-Left properly.During their attempts at fixing their mess they managed to create a ground loop with massive and loud alternator whine going to the speakers and DID NOT fix it before trying to get me to leave with it. It was impossible to not notice the alternator noise so it's really beyond the pale that they'd allow a customer to take the vehicle before fixing it.They mounted the tweeters the wrong way, they are angled to point toward the driver, but they pointed them at the floor instead? The amps were not securely mounted, they tried to mount an amp diagonally resting with one side on the trunk floor and with a single screw attaching the other side to the trunk liner, which pulled out and failed almost immediately.After they got done with the inside the door panels, my sideview power mirrors no longer work on the driver's side. They weren't able to get them working again so those are just broken now.The Powerbass amplifier they sold me for my subwoofer failed within 60 days, which I ended up replacing myself with an Infinity Reference from Crutchfield with 3x the power for half the price.After they finally got it all in order (attention to detail is not their strong suit here) I was driving home and the microphone wire they ran to the A-Pillar from the head unit fell down from under the steering column and caught my feet up! They didn't secure the wire with ties, just tucked it away below the steering column! I almost crashed when it fell down!After all of that, they left a MESS of copper wire bits and insulation ALL over the trunk and didn't vacuum it out. I wouldn't be shocked if the amp failure was due to copper strands getting into the amplifier and causing a short.They charged a thousand dollars for a hack job that I had to make them correct over and over and OVER. I do not recommend them for car audio installs of any complexity.

Wouldn't recommend this place at all. I arrived first thing in the morning and it took all day. Camera installation quality was terrible. Camera was literally to 4 scrap pieces of plastic and that creative creation was glued to the panel of my car. Not to mention all the evidence they left behind of tampering we the car. Scratched scratched scratched gear shift. Plastic cover missing from back seat used to cover up bolt to remove the back seat. In the trunk, single camera wire covered with cheap plastic spiral. The only thing they did right was splice wires to the back light to provide power for the camera.I could get into the tints as well but that a whole other story. Similiar experience to others, had to come back for redo.

Great guys, quality tints. Price was very reasonable at $180 for the 5 windows on an 04 Cadillac Deville. Job was quick, was a little over an hour. Would definitely say to make your appointment at 10:00 A.M. and get there early so you can be first because they get real busy. Loved their work, going back for audio installation, would recommend.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Window tinting good, stereo installation good. Nice products owner is friendly and available. However, if you leave work there, it gets forgotten and without follow-up. I spent a lot of money here and lacked customer service.

If I could give a zero star I would. Came and got 20%tint all around left looking like Edward scissor hands did it. Short cut corners scratches all over the inside of the tint from a dirt rag. Came back and got the one window fixed, owner told me to come back at 10 on Monday so I did, drove 1 hour to get it fixed and then waited. Pulled my car in and not even 5 mins later they kicked me out and told me to come back at 3. So around 2:30 I call them and they tell me I ll have to come back at a later date. I just showed up. They fixed it and it had scratches all over it still. I want my money back. If you need rim/tires, audio, tint, car alarms. You must go here first. Top notch staff and I can't say enough good about Henry. He stayed on till it was right

Everyone likes accent and so do I. But they never called back. This was my second time with above da rim and once again I got same day service! And they did an amazing job. They have my business for good now! And I would recommend them to everyone. And just know this. If I give a rating it s either a 1 or a 5. So to me, customer service AFTER the sale is vital to a successful business. My tinting installation ran into problems, and I had to return to the business twice. Although they were extremely business, they fit me in and did the job correctly. Their service was courteous, and expedient. All other tint jobs I have received have taken hours. There were 3 guys working on my car and got me out in 1 hour. I love the stickers as a reminder not to put my windows down. Great service and quick! Highly recommend!

Man, I don't even do reviews. But these guys are dope. Everything was crisp. My window tint and all 6 of my inside speakers were done. I just wish the had a bigger location and space, and more employees to help with the high traffic. Killing it tho.

I had a good experience for my first time. My appointment was at 10, It didn t take long for them to get started. They finished earlier than I expected and did a great job. The tints looks darker at night, I m glad I stayed at the % I selected. I ll go back for another service.

This place is amazing! I had an appt just to get my windows tinted, I noticed they installed speakers as well... Had my windows tinted AND speakers installed in 3 hours for just under $300!! Will come back again, THANK YOU!

Cool owner he got me a nice pair of wheels but he forgot to bring up that I needed new tire sensors. We message back and forth about the sensors to me it seemed like he was dodging the situation. Cost was not the issue just that he couldn t give me a price on all the other work I wanted on my car but over all love my wheels would I go back? More then likely not unless I was desperate. Don t get me wrong they are cheep but I prefer quality customer service over cost.

Highly recommend!!! Amazing customer service!! Took my Benz to have the tint removed, they really did a great job. Walked in they got me in right away. I m 100 % satisfied with the quality of their work and professionalism!!!! Thank you again Above Da Rim!!!!! You guys really went above and beyond for me!!!

Henry helped me out so much picking the right rims while Jason did a great job putting them on! I recommend the shop to any one. Also got my front 2 windows tinted and they are great! Very professional and punctual.Will be back for my detailing appointment!

Had an awful experience here. I do not know how they are still in business. I went to get my windows tinted and it ended up with bubbles in it. They refused to fix it because they stated the lifetime warranty does not cover it. They offered for me to pay an additional $35 just to fix one window when all of them had bubbles. They were also rude over the phone and stated that they were too busy to fix it. So I took it to Larry s window tint. He ripped the tint off and started over completely. I now have no bubbles in my windows. I wouldn t recommend anyone to go here. Waisted $148 of money.

Showed up here without an appointment. They were able to get my truck right in and get what I needed done while I waited. Service and quality were over my expectations. Shop was clean, well put together and they made me feel at home. Highly recommend them!!!!!

These guys are great, service was phenomenal. I love listening to music while I m driving, whether short or long, but I want to feel it too. My cars stock speakers were less than desirable with rattling and distortion at high levels. I was recommended to Above Da Rim and they certainly superseded my expectations. I had all my interior speakers replaced as well as had subwoofers and amps installed. I can now feel the bass of whatever I play and the sound quality is perfect. The installment is perfect no wires showing, and everything in functional condition. My mounts for my amps are also neat and not cluttered, to say the least I m appreciative of their work and at a good price. They re my number one recommendation without a sliver of doubt in my mind.

Second time going to get my windows tinted, this time was my truck and well done. Came in prior to them closing, everybody hopped on it when they finished another car and got it done. Definitely recommend them, they re cool people, the wait wasn t long and if it is they got an area to hang out.

I heard they have excellent tinting. They seem to get a lot of business. I had trouble with the radio going off and on in my jeep after they installed and made several trips back till the young man finally told me it was because there was no place to really put the ground wire. I taped it and didn't have anymore problems. I never went back for them to adjust the rear camera because it faced the ground and if you put it back up, it just falls when you hit a bump. That was shoddy work.All in all, the guys are very nice and yes I will take my truck for the stereo install.
