I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Craig at the Harleysville office. You are AMAZING!! I called to ask a question before coming in. Even though he was extremely busy, he was able to quickly and politely answer my questions. Steering me in the direction I needed go, saving me time and gas. I m so grateful for this. His bubbly personality and his hardworking spirit turned this long dreadful process into something so quick and easy! If only more people worked like Craig we would all be in a much better world. Thank you Craig!

In and out in about 5 minutes! Fastest experience ever for getting a new license. They ONLY do photos so you NEED to bring a CAMERA CARD. Staff was lovely and efficient. Seen immediately and on my way (3:30 on Thursday).

I went in for a photo id as it says online. But a nice gentleman told me that they don t do it here I have to goto Dublin or king of Prussia.No nad experience with anyone but putting one star to draw attention to other people.

The people working there were so nice and I just went there on a thursday afternoon and got right in and right out. It was the best experience I've ever had with penndot.

Small office, requires photo card. Came in on my lunch break and was able to check in right away. 5 minutes later my photo was taken. A few minutes later I had my updated drivers license. People were professional and respectful. Simple, no frills, but went smoothly. Better than expected.

I originally gave him three points for a code review but it really wasn't their fault. I went back actually just 3 weeks ago to update my license again 4 years later. How about that? I was in and out within a half hour and waiting with the other people. Also waiting to update their licenses. We had a great time. There's always one person that makes a situation either put on pause or just slow the whole operation down but Thank God he was in and out in a timely manner and the rest of us had a ball waiting

It was okay. The usual melancholy. I was the first appointment. Staff had masks which is great because they were coughing a lot. Very dull, but when the employee couldnt figure out the printer the manager was nice enough to explain the error to me. Overall took a little under 45 minutes to have my picture taken and license printed.

Please note that this is NOT a full DMV center. They cannot help with everything. They do renewals for licenses and IDs. They cannot issue Real IDs the same day. If anything is incorrect, you have to go to a full DMV center. It says it on the door, photo only. You will need to bring a camera card with you or they can't help. It's basically a "pop up." I knew this before going, but I still watched like 3 people walk in being angry at that poor man they couldn't get a license without a camera card lol. It was annoying and held things up. SO DONT BE THAT PERSON.I was there for about 45 minutes. Biggest hold up was issues with the printer. The person taking the pictures was falling asleep, lol. My new license is super yellow and looks like I have jaundice, but it'll do. I've had waaaaaay longer waits at other locations.

I went to get my driver's license renewed today. It took me longer to get there than I was in the building. I walked in my number was 30 . 2 others before me. I was there maybe 20 minutes . Tops. The two gentlemen working there showed everyone the the utmost courtesy.

I've been there 4 times in the last month for my renewal ID. All 4 times their internet was down and they could not process anyone... so I'm still waiting :(

So I just went at 1:30 and was out at 1:45.. 5 people in front of me. Got my license, changed my political party at the same time. Joked around with the staff.. everyone was nice and courteous from my visit. I'm sure lunch time is busy I guess.. but Thursday at 1:30 was fine for me. When I left there were about 8 people in the lobby. So I assume its hit or miss with wait times.

Update: All new people. Friendly atmosphere and moved quickly. Craig took my photo and it turned out decent which is an impossible feat for more very unphotogenic face.My experience was from four years ago. The absolutely most demeaning process. This dude is miserable and power crazy. Hates his job and everyone that crosses his path. Don't even get me started on the photos. They always come out really distorted.

I d like to start this by stating that my expectations for places like this are rock bottom. When I arrived today I did not have my photo card. The gentleman working the photo area informed me that there was a place right down the road for a fee they could issue me one. I drove down for the card. Came back went through the process to have LINDA. Just shred my card before it even got processed. Instead of trying to actually resolve the issue I was fed of list of excuses. Nothing I can Do sorry, you will have to go to another facility -Linda. Unfortunately for me I don t have the Liberty to wait. Work is important and I needed a non expired license to work. Spent a GRAND TOTAL OF 94.00 on a driver s license because someone was to incompetent. UNBELIEVABLE

I only go here cause the location is most convenient for me, but if your trying to quickly get in and out or do this on a lunch break, it s not gonna happen. They take FOREVER and are extremely slow. Only like two staff members ever there, but even so, for some reason they take so long just to take a new picture for your license. I ve never renewed at any other location so I m not sure if that goes for all of them, but if you re gonna go here cause it s most convenient definitely set aside a full day to do it. Customer service isn t good. But I guess that goes for ANY GOVERNMENT RUN BUILDING.

I was impressed with their operations during the COVID quarantine - they maintain social distancing and mandate masks, as well as only allowing three people in at a time. I went in the early afternoon on a Saturday, and was able to leave with a renewed license about 10 minutes after I arrived. I m not sure how their normal operations are, but I can t remember ever being less frustrated with the DMV!

This was the best experience we have ever had in a License Photo Center. Both employees were efficient and courteous. The Intake clerk was extremely helpful, and managed the crowd very well.

Walked in and was yelled at by both employees working before they even saw what paperwork I had in my hand. I m used to dealing with Philadelphia centers and this by far was the rudest place.

Wish I could put ZERO stars. Absolutely horrendous. Made 3 trips to renew DL. Every time the machine was "broken". I have no problem with hiring special needs employees but there needs to be some sort of supervisor. They are kind enough but incapable of moving quickly or multi tasking.

They only do camera card pictures here but it's very convenient as longs a as you don't need a full service DMV. Also only had to wait for 2 people in front of me in line.

Came here on a Friday around 2pm. Packed; laminator broke. Came back 330 laminator just fixed- line still long. Returned Saturday 815a already a line to Dunkins second window. Took a number left came back a half our later and they had not started by 9am, 950 pm and they've done a total of 7 people!Suggestion: perhaps a number sign outside the establishment for the people standing outside!So they can tell what number they are servicing or will service inside!!

This is a not a photo license center, even though the name suggests. Don't waste your time with the 2 nasty old people that work here.

Terrible photo center. Another FAIL for Wolfe! No signs in front of the shopping center, VERY slow process. I'm a business owner and don't have time to wait 2 hours to get my license picture taken. Guess I just risk it for a few years.

Don't want up early to get your real if here. The Penndot website gives the impression that this location verifies your documents and the real if is mailed to you.
