Coupon was applied automatically that I left in car without having to ask. No problems. I like the new texting of status on what is needed or recommended. This is definitely better than before Just Cruising was acquired where we never received a status on our cars till the end of the day

Everything was explained to me before the work was done. Recommendations for future needs of my vehicle were explained to me as well. Work was completed earlier than expected. My vehicle was left clean inside even after their test driving when work was finished. I m very pleased with the service and how I was treated with respect.

We have been customers of Just Cruisin' for almost 30 years and in the past enjoyed excellent, trustworthy service and purchased all of our cars there. Ownership changed to Michalak's and we no longer have any faith or trust in this shop or it's owners. It is now very expensive. We took our car in about 6 months ago because the brakes were squealing. They told us nothing was wrong and the pads were in great shape. We just took it in again for the same reason and we were told that the pads were at zero and that had ruined the rotors and we also needed all brake lines replaced. They told us it would cost over $2000 to fix on top of the almost $300 they charged for their "diagnosis". We went for a second opinion at another garage and they were able to fix the issues for around $600. We bought a used car from the new owners when they first took over, and that was a bad experience too. There were paperwork glitches, failed promises, and repair shortcuts taken. That should have clued us in on what to expect. We are done with Michalak's Just Cruisin'.

We weretreated to great customer service by Joe when I dropped off my car. The inspection was done quickly and Joe and James reviewed what the car was due to have done (phone and text). There was no pressure, they helped me to prioritize work that was identified and they completed what was requested. We have used Just Cruising in Harleysville for 4 years and have always been pleased.

Been going to Just Cruisin for well over 20 years. Having a good mechanic you can trust is important to me. If emergencies pop up, they ve been there for me. Also bought 2 cars from them for my kids. As long as I can drive I ll keep coming back.

This shop has been my shop for almost 20 years. I brought my car there for everything and was always happy with my service. Then it was sold to the current owners. I took my car there once since the shop was sold and I'll never go back. Prices have massively jumped from the previous owners. I was also told my car needed unnessessary repairs to pass inspection. I was told I needed to replace my windshield wipers despite the fact that I changed then literally 10 minutes before dropping it off. I will be taking my car elsewhere and I'll tell everybody I know not to take their cars here.

I ve taken my car here for years but unfortunately I won t again. I went here for my inspection in March. First, they charged me for 3 new windshield wipers (my car doesn t even have a rear windshield wiper). They did apologetically refund it. However, not even a month later, my tie rod end snapped and my car broke down. They should ve seen it was worn during my inspection. I m not sure if the quality has changed after being acquired but I don t trust their service anymore.

I was so impressed with the service and ongoign communicaiton that I received for a very expensive repair. I needed to have my entire engine replaced, and Michalak's Auto Repair went above and beyond to ensure I got a quality replacement engine. In fact, they initially received an engine that they were not happy with and sent it back. They continued the search and ultimately found a refurbished engine that was in excellent shape and had 40,000 less miles than the first replacement they received. Throughout that whole process, I was receiving phone calls with updates, so I was totally in the loop. Once the replacement engine arrived they installed it quickly and I have had no problems with it in the two months since installation. They have gotten a customer for life jsut by doing the little things --- caring about the customer experience, and communicating in a timely manner!

I had an unexpected problem with my door locks. Rob was able to get me in right away. Pat quickly fixed the problem with no charge. I have used these guys for multiple vehicle repairs. They are always professional and have helped me out any time I've needed them. Defintely recommend using them for any vehicle repairs.

I have been going to Just Cruisin for over 40 years. I was there before it was Just Cruisin. This is the first time I ever felt like I was taken advantage of. My Daughter took her car in for inspection, They then contacted her and said they recommend changing fluids in her car. Coolant, Brake and Transmission fluids. She trusted them and said ok. That "Extra" service took her inspection from $200 to $1200 and none of it was needed. It would have been nice to give my daughter some expectation of cost. I was also told that my tires would need to be replaced next year. Those tires are 60k mile good year assurance tires that have 15k miles on them and are less than a year old. Since Rick has sold it seems the place is more into how much money they can get from you rather than doing a good quality service and good customer support. I used to recommend this shop to everyone, I don't think I can do that anymore.

Sorry pictures will not post. I have tried multiple times with no success.I bought a car from this Just Crusin in Harleysville less than 24 hours ago and it is already broken down needing a major repair. I have put 20 miles on the car. If I could give this dealer less than one star I would due to customer service alone.I noticed that it was leaking some oil in my driveway the morning after I bought it. Bought it on 5/22 noticed leak 5/23. To be fair this is a higher mileage SUV and a small oil leak would not be totally unexpected. However, when I crawled under the car to check out the problem to say that I was shocked would be an understatement. The transfer case was cracked and leaking oil.When I bought the Explorer it was one of the mechanics personal cars and they were selling it because they did not need it any longer. He told me that he just swapped all the fluids including oil, transfer case, trans and it should be good to go for a long time. He also cleaned up the inside ect. That was great. I took the car for a test drive and thought that it would work perfect for my purpose since I only drive about 3k miles per year.It does not take a genius to figure out what happened here, the plug is NTP (gets bigger the more you screw it in) and whoever worked on the car over tightened it and cracked the case. Any mechanic should have seen this considering I saw it (not a mechanic) and it was leaking a substantial amount of oil. See the attached pics. This dealer advertises that Our vehicles are fully serviced, inspected and ready to drive. We perform a complete inspection on every vehicle to make sure that you get a car that will last you many years . I guess that their idea of inspected and ready to drive is different then mine.I did not believe that I was being unreasonable in calling the dealer to try to come to a mutual solution. This is where the story gets interesting.When I finally got in touch with Dave, whose number was listed in the ad, he told me the car was sold as is as a private sale between me and the mechanic. That is funny because on the bill of sale, it lists JC Auto Sales LLC as the seller and the car is listed on the dealer website. I have the bill of sale (cropped) and screenshot of the website with the SUV advertised and have attached it to this review.The story also changed from just serviced the transfer case to service was completed about a year ago and there was no crack in it when they reinstalled the drain plug. Any competent mechanic would have seen this when it happened. I was talking directly with the mechanic who stated that he completed the work and owned the car at the time of sale.I asked Dave with whom I spoke directly if he really believed that in 20 miles the cars transfer case cracked at the drain plug and he said I am not saying that . What exactly was he saying?They basically told me that the car is my problem now, sorry we can not help you. To me this is deceitful and basically theft by omission at best and outright fraud at worst.If you value your time and want to deal with anyone that is professional in the least do not go here. I tried to be reasonable and was willing to work with the dealer to solve the problem but they have no interest in taking care of a customer once they walk out the door, buyer beware.

Brought my car in for a knocking sound it was having and was literally told I needed a new motor. Knowing that was not the case, took it to the dealer and it was just an alternator and car runs great. Used to take all my cars here but no more.

I highly recommend Just Cruising! They have a very friendly atmosphere. Jarrod and Tim are so very helpful. My engine light came on and they were willing to look at my car asap. They ve helped me resolve some issues I ve had with my car from another repair shop, to make things right. I would give them at 10 if it were possible. Excellent service and a clean shop which matters to me. I am very blessed to have my car under the care of Just Cruising

Michalak's just cruisin is always helpful with all my car needs. They even took me right away in 5 minutes the other day when my tire had a nail in it. They were able to patch me up and get me on my way in about 20-30 minutes. Rob at the front desk is very knowledgeable and kind. I will continue to use this business for my car needs.

I went in to have my car looked at bc I noticed it was making a strange noise and they quickly diagnosed it and also let me know I needed my brakes serviced. I was pretty certain they had done my brakes when I had my inspection recently so I was going to ask them about it when I went to pick up my car but before I could mention it they informed me that they knew they had done them before and wouldn t charge me for the repair. I was really encouraged by their honesty and will definitely be back for all my future repairs!Service: Brakes

Only been here once so far and brought my truck in for a routine inspection. Took a little over 2 hours which I considered a little long, but not bad. The owner and techs were appreciative of my build and more importantly respected it. I asked the tech to use a specific socket for my aftermarket wheels and they did. I told them to only remove one tire, since I put on new rotors and pads recently and they did. My hood latch isn't the best and when the tech couldn't pop the hood open he didn't force it and he let me know and I did it for him. Lastly, they recycled my oil for me (I change myself). Only gripe was that I got an inspection sticker for the previous month, despite bringing it in the first week of the new month after expiration, but no big deal :D. I appreciate this atmosphere more than one of the Ford dealerships I used to go to and will be returning for next inspection.

Moved here several years ago from Colorado and basically just ran into these guys on a fluke. There after purchased and sold several vehicles from them and had all work done on my Jeep and BMW. Like finding a good dentist...hard to find competent mechanics that are good, reliable, and trustworthy. What ever Mike says needs to be done..it is done right. Always remember a saying heard years ago..":The initial sweet taste of a low price..does not overcome the long term bitterness of poor quality"! Keep up the good work.Michalek's has now ownership of previous. All transitions tend to be challenging. The service and response during this transition has been nothing short of outstanding. The email and text messaging is great. Keep up the good work!Monday mornings can be somewhat hectic. However, because my VW was dead as doornail they got me in. Changed out the battery, checked the entire ignition system. Like the call to say, this is what we found, authorize to do this, then text alert when actually done. Smooth and seemless.
