We are parents of a 16 year old and had grown weary in our quest to find an affordable AND reliable car for our daughter.We were a bit discouraged by how high the prices had gotten for used car, how low the inventory was and how the cars we could find in our price range felt unreliable.We live almost 2 hours away and found a car we liked at JC Auto that seemed a fair price. I then learned the new owner of JC Auto was someone our family knew and who used to service my car when I lived in the area and I knew this was a trusted dealer. We had no issues making the drive and it was worth it!Jarrod went above and beyond for us. After we bought the car we had questions and he went out of his way to help us out.We have peace of mind as our daughter is on the road now and we know she is safe and we also know we paid a very fair price.I highly recommend Jarrod and JC Auto especially for other nervous parents of new drivers like us.

Our buying experience was great. Drew helped make the process easy and talked to us like a mechanic and not a sales person. Cars were all clean and road ready and any concerns we had were addressed. Great place for getting a new driver a car. Reasonably priced.

We just bought a car from JC Auto Sales. Drew listened as we told him what we needed. Then he pointed us to two cars that he thought would meet our needs. He was helpful, answered all of our questions honestly, gave us time to think things over, and worked with us to make the deal on the car we wanted. He never tried to push us to a vehicle we couldn t afford and never pressured us to make an immediate decision. Our vehicle was in excellent condition. We are very pleased with both Drew and the vehicle he sold to us. We highly recommend Drew and JC Auto Sales.

Excellent experience! Nice selection of cars in the price range we were looking at (under $10,000). Very helpful and accommodating. Drove cars. Purchased one and drove away in just a few minutesWould highly recommend.

I bought a SUV from Just Crusin in Harleysville less than 24 hours ago and it is already broken down needing a major repair. I have put 20 miles on the car. If I could give this dealer less than one star I would. This is a long review but worth the read.I noticed that it was leaking some oil in my driveway the morning after I bought it. To be fair this is a higher mileage SUV and a small oil leak would not be totally unexpected. However, when I crawled under the car to check out the problem to say that I was shocked would be an understatement. The transfer case was cracked and leaking oil.When I bought the Explorer it was one of the mechanics personal cars and they were selling it because they did not need it any longer. He told me that he just swapped all the fluids including oil, transfer case, trans and it should be good to go for a long time. He also cleaned up the inside ect. That was great. I took the car for a test drive and thought that it would work perfect for my purpose since I only drive about 3k miles per year.It does not take a genius to figure out what happened here, the plug is NTP (gets bigger the more you screw it in) and whoever worked on the car over tightened it and cracked the case. Any mechanic should have seen this considering I saw it (not a mechanic) and it was leaking a substantial amount of oil. See the attached pics. This dealer advertises that Our vehicles are fully serviced, inspected and ready to drive. We perform a complete inspection on every vehicle to make sure that you get a car that will last you many years . I guess that their idea of inspected and ready to drive is different then mine.I did not believe that I was being unreasonable in calling the dealer to try to come to a mutual solution. This is where the story gets interesting. When I finally got in touch with Dave, whose number was listed in the ad, he told me the car was sold as is as a private sale between me and the mechanic. That is funny because on the bill of sale, it lists JC Auto Sales LLC as the seller and the car is listed on the dealer website. I have the bill of sale and screenshot of the website and have attached it to this review.The story also changed from just serviced the transfer case to service was completed about a year ago and there was no crack in it when they reinstalled the drain plug. Any competent mechanic would have seen this when it happened. I was talking directly with the mechanic who stated that he completed the work and owned the car at the time of sale. I asked Dave with whom I spoke directly if he really believed that in 20 miles the cars transfer case cracked at the drain plug and he said I am not saying that . What exactly was he saying?They basically told me that the car is my problem now, sorry we can not help you. To me this is deceitful, basically theft by omission at best and outright fraud at worst.If you value your time and want to deal with anyone that is professional in the least do not go here. I tried to be reasonable and was willing to work with the dealer to solve the problem before posting this review but they have no interest in taking care of a customer once they walk out the door, buyer beware.

I bought a 2001 PT Cruiser that had 67K miles on it from them. 300 miles after the 2000K mile warranty was up it needed a timing belt, water pump and tensioners. Keep in mind I only had the car 5 weeks when this happened and I started calling them. Rick I guess is the guy you have to talk to but he is never available and he never returned my calls! I wouldn't buy a soda from these lying thieves. A $4,500 shouldn't need that kind of major work just after purchasing it. I hope they reep what they sew and go out of business. The only thing that would fix this disaster is a full refund and that's not happening as I can't even get a phone call.

Bought a truck on a Saturday. In 100 miles, 4 days, transmission imploded. The 2000 mile 2 month warranty was useless. After being left sitting along rt 222 in Reading, having it towed to their garage in Harleysville, I was given 2 options. 1 was a junkyard transmission, second was I pay an extra $350 towards a remanufactured trans. Warranty said $100 deductible. Worthless. I told them to keep the truck and I wanted a full refund. Owner of business was arrogant and said he had others interested in the truck anyway. Buyer beware, truck is back on their website.
