To be talked to is very poor with cussing at the customer. Doing work without approval. very poor experience. I do not recommend this service center. Jameson was a very good service tech. His replacement is not, his name not worth a mention.

Edwin is definitely the best mechanic around. He is very reliable and even though he is working by himself, he s always on time with his work. Great job Ed, keep it up!

A great place to get your car serviced. They have a decent mini mart, they sell motor oil, soda, candy, cigarettes, they have gambling games and they have a bathroom. Ed is a great mechanic but give him some time because he's the only mechanic working there.

Jamison was recommended by a family friend and I am so happy to know I have a fair mechanic on my side! He has fixed my jeep with different issues several times and has inspected my jeep he is a great mechanic and didn t break my bank.

Taking my car to Jameson at Harleysville Service Center has been a breath of fresh air. I have dealt with so many car issues the past couple years, and have had sooooo many headaches and spent so much more money than was necessary. Finding Jameson at Harleysville Service Center has literally been a dream come true. Jameson is so good at what he does- as well as quick, efficient and cost effective. He is honest and doesn t try to push work that isn t necessary. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on!

Had to get some work done to my vehicle here. Mechanic is super friendly and helpful. He is a straight shooter that will not try to make you do parts that are not needed. Will use his services again and will recommend to others. Keep in mind it's only one mechanic so he gets pretty busy at times.

I've been going to Harleysville Service Center for years. Same with my girlfriend who takes her leased car there too. The other people leaving reviews might be legit but are not representative of most of his customers. I took my vehicle for its annual inspection today and the lot is PACKED. He has plenty of folks who like and trust him - they just need to leave Google reviews to counter what was written. I think only the bad issues get reviewed - not the tons of regular folks that go there. If you're looking for a cheap mechanic - then look elsewhere. A businessman has the right to make a fair profit if you expect them to do good work. So if you're looking for honest work at fair prices, then Tony is the man to see.

Had a issue with my truck when driving my family to vacation. I was already on the road and truck started acting up. Call other shops to see if they can get me in. Finally found this place and they said come on by. They fixed the issue in under 45 mins. Saved the family vacation! Amazing service and very friendly.

Jameson has always been willing to work on my truck! I've had unique and obscure issues with my truck, and he has always pulled through! This place is your worse than stereotypical car garage. My wife and I went to them at first because they were cheap and right next door. While our vehicles were in fine shape with no issues things were fine. However when my wife's car started shaking uncontrollably they said it was bad engine mounts. When that didn't work it was a bad transmission mount. We replaced the car instead. With my truck it gets worse. My radiator hose was leaking and I didn't have time to change it myself so I ran it over there. They had no clue! They threw on a new radiator cap and called it good! As it turned out the hose was cracking at the filler cap assembly, which they claimed to have worked on. At one point they literally tried to tell me my steering box was bad and needed replacement, I have rack-and-pinion steering. After that episode I went to a more expensive yet well recommended garage and during inspection they found that my ball joints were all but shattered. So bad in fact the owner said they were the worst he had seen without being blown out and they car towed in. And that it takes years for that condition to develop. The bad ball joints also caused alot of my front end to be partially rebuilt from the bad joints. I have a ball joint as a souvenir.DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE!! They are negligent and the farthest thing from and honest business. Under their care your vehicle will become a life and safety hazard

Jamison & other awesome guy were a huge help to me last week and today when my truck broke down. They drove out to figure out problem, helped get me to his shop & fixed the problem within a couple hours! So grateful for these hero s !

Good for simple oil changes, maybe a tire plug but if you require more maintenence than that, I don't suggest this place. I had my struts replaced here. And they were 100% worse after they replaced them. I got attitude and hostility when I asked them to make it right. It was so bad that I had to have my male work partner come in with me just so I would be acknowledged.

1 star ONLY for lack of a negative rating or zero stars. I sent my truck here for a blown brake hose in the rear, they BROKE the rear caliper, then called me and said I needed to buy a new brake caliper for my truck after THEY broke it. They did NOT complete the service on my truck, when I went to get it back, the owner and I were having a verbal argument over the legality of his business practices and his ability to turn a wrench (this was the owner/operator of the establishment, name of Tony). At which point he thought it would be a fantastic idea to pull a pistol out of his pocket and start waving it in my face. Do not send your vehicle here. Not if you value your own safety, the safety of your vehicle(drivability), the money in your pocket/bank account, and last but not least- respect as a paying customer. This is by far the worst, most unprofessional interaction I have EVER had, with anyone or anything in the service industry. And I'm a Verizon customer, so that's saying something. My overall rating of the establishment, NEGATIVE 5 stars. Should be shut down, the way they run things. I fully intend to persue a civil case and have already initiated criminal charges.

Don t take your car here. They quoted me $320 for brake pads for my car to pass inspection when I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor they refused. I replaced the brake pads myself with $60 in parts and half an hours work. I took the car back the next day to get the sticker which they said said they would do but was told they had no idea when they could get to it...the place was empty. Total rip-off garage.
