People are friendly and laid back. They let you take a test drive with the entire family. They are not pushy and all up on you trying to con you get a vehicle. We had an issue with the one that we bought and they sought to rectify it quickly.

Great Experience! We bought a car for our daughter, her first car. We couldn't have had a nicer experience. We got a great car at a great price, and the people we dealt with were terrific from start to finish. After the purchase, we took the car to our mechanic, and he told us that the serpentine belt needed to be replaced. Most used car dealers that I have dealt with in the past don't want to know you after you drive the car off the lot. But these guys replaced it for free! I will definitely recommend then in the future.

Drove down from the Scranton area with my Uncle Steve to purchase a Jeep Grand Cherokee to replace my older Grand Cherokee. The customer service was great and the staff made us feel at home. Great place to purchase your next vehicle.

Everyone there was professional and eager to help. I got scheduled for way faster than I expected. Nick, Mike and Vinny made sure I got the service I needed without unnecessary upsales. It s tough to find a trustworthy shop that will take great care of your vehicle without gouging you at every turn. I even had my services completed in less than 2 hours. I couldn t be happier! Thank you for getting me ready for my road trip.

I ve had a car from here for less than a year I love the car itself I try and take the best care of it possible . But the tires were chipping away I didn t realize how awful and dangerous they were got them fixed the car is also now making all types of noises I need to get fixed now and then just now I found out it s leaking and need more work on top of everything! What a lemon! I m so mad I went here UPDATE it s now December 6th I ve spent like $3,000 on this car the past 2 weeks and it s still having issues

Gentlemen, Please accept my sincerest apology for being late in posting my review.I have had the opportunity to have my family vehicles serviced here for about 4 years. Most recently, I bought a 2011 Dodge Charger in NJ. I made an appt to get a PA State Inspection I knew it needed tires and brakes going in with an oil change. Mike did a GREAT job installing the brakes, tires, oil change, and some other services to pass PA State Inspection.I highly recommend my friends at Fuzzy Dice Auto Center. Buying a used car from used car dealership I was originally suspicious and cautious. But then saw then amount of 5 star Google reviews for Fuzzy Dice. So went in and met Tom. Great guy-we probably talked more about our kids than the car. Then met owner Dave. Got feeling right away Tom and Dave aren't there to screw u over. Gave me a solid deal and even replaced the battery. Plus car comes with powertrain warranty. Definitely recommend Fuzzy Dice.

This place was awesome they had exactly what I needed what I needed they were kind and courteous the entire time they walk me through the whole process I need to try ithis made sure I was happy with my choice paid me well for my tradin Dave was very helpful he had everything ready for me when I went to get it delivered I got a beautiful new truck you've got a beautiful new truck for me to Drive my lovely dog in and they got a good trade... Tony was very courteous and helpful thank you Anthony and Dave I'll be back it's worth the trip...

Just purchased from Fuzzy Dice. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. I would give them more stars if I could. Dave was friendly, responds quickly to email/phone calls, and allowed me to take all the time I needed to test the car. The price was reasonable and did not tack on a bunch of needless fees. I noted a couple of items on the car that needed to be addressed and he had them fixed quickly. I was able to complete the negotiations over email, and spent a few minutes to write the check and sign the papers. They truly stand behind the cars they sell. I will be looking for my next car here when the time comes.

We first went to Fuzzy Dice in February 2020 when we started looking for a used car for our teen daughter. It was a great experience, but couldn't quite find what we wanted. After searching for many more months at other dealers, we returned to Fuzzy Dice in June 2020 where we ultimately purchased a Subaru. The sales staff is low pressure, honest, and easy to work with. We would absolutely recommend this center to anyone looking for a used car!UPDATE Feb. 2023 - We just purchased our son a car (another Subaru) from Fuzzy Dice and had a second great experience after some less than desirable ones elsewhere! Everyone continues to be easy going and honest, and the process was no stress from start to finish. When we brought a concern about the vehicle to their attention after test driving, they listened, investigated, found the problem and fixed it with no issue whatsoever. Thank you Dave and crew for running a dealership people can truly work with and trust!

This is absolutely one of the best car dealerships located just outside of Philadelphia. Their customer service is excellent. Dave made my SUV purchasing experience as easy as buying a bag of chips from a corner store. I test drove the 2014 Honda CRV, I gave my auto plate with the registration that Dave handled it for me smoothly. I went the next day with the bank cashier's check to pick up the car. Everything went smoothly. Their price is affordable, their cars are reliable and came with affordable warranty. Tom also boosted my confidence. Thanks Dave and Tom. I recommend this auto sales place for an affordable and reliable cars. Keep it up. 5-stars, kudos!

Dave, at Fuzzy Dice Auto Center, made my car buying experience enjoyable. I needed a used vehicle and I had been looking for a week or so online. I called a few places when I found something I thought I might like and either the vehicle was no longer available or the person answering the phone made me not want to pursue it any longer. I dread buying a car, but when I called Fuzzy Dice and Dave answered, I immediately wanted to buy a car from him. He was about 1 and 1/2 hours away, on the other side of Philadelphia from where I live. The car I inquired about was available and he answered all the questions I had with out having seen it. When my wife and I got there, fairly early on a Saturday morning, he had the car ready for us to test drive. We took a short drive and liked it, but we wanted to get up to a higher speed so Dave gave us directions and we liked it even more. When we got back his lot was full of buyers. I was so glad, even though we had to wait a bit for him to finish a sale and help a couple people. Our transaction was smooth and enjoyable. If I need another used car I ll check Fuzzy Dice first even though it s over an hour away.

Bought a 2013 VW Touareg from there guys at almost $2,000 below BB value. I can t find anything wrong with this SUV. These guys were great, honest, to the point, and helped me with needed documentation. It is well worth the drive up the turnpike for such a positive experience.

This is where you should buy your next used vehicle from. I'm so glad I took the over hour long drive to check this place out. So worth the trip!Really clean, well running, reasonably priced vehicles in excellent condition. Sales staff was top notch as well.Thanks for such a positive experience and the terrific answer to my used car needs.

My wife and I bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra with a little over 88,000 miles from Fuzzy Dice Auto Sales in October 2021. The owner Dave was great to work with and gave us $1,000 for our trade in of our 2005 Hyundai Elantra. We felt we got a good price and warranty for the car. We were very happy with the service provided to us.

Dave, Clif and the rest of the team at Fuzzy Dice were very helpful in assisting my daughter with the purchase of her first car. There was a nice selection to choose from, all in good condition. There was no pressure. No hassle. Prices all seemed to be appropriate. When I pointed out a few minor concerns, they were more than happy to resolve the issues to my satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Dont normally leave reviews for auto sales, but I had to do a review. I Bought a car from here and customer service was great! Every question I had was answered with great attitude. Even after sale when I needed something fixed Dave assited me with an ubove and beyond attitude. Definitely recommend anyone to go. I'm happy with my purchase and the service. If you want a reliable car with great customer service, this is the place

Recently stopped by to test drive a car and the sales team was extremely kind and laid back. I received a call shortly after sending them a message online and stopped in the next day. Their selection and prices were competitive and, while I ended up buying a car elsewhere due to select features I wanted, how nicely we were treated here made the decision difficult. I had stopped by a dealership prior, and they were extremely pushy in comparison. I'll be referring people here in the future.Thanks guys!

I had the best experience here that I ve ever had when purchasing a car. I usually dread having to deal with shopping for, test-driving, and buying a car. Dave made the entire experience the best! I called at 5:30pm to see if they had time to plug my tire. (I thought they were open til 7pm) A friend recommended them, & I m glad they did! Nick told me to come on in & he would fix it for me. It was good to go & I was on my way back home by 6:05pm. While I was waiting, I noticed the sign said that they closed at 5pm so Nick not only went out of his way to get my tire fixed last minute, but he did it for me at the end of his day without ever mentioning that they had already closed! He was polite, & explained exactly what he was doing to my tire too. We will definitely be back!

The customer service here was fantastic. I rolled into the shop as a new customer close to closing to get my 89 Camry checked out for a tire issue. They inspected it, tested out the car's handling, and earned a customer. The younger gentleman that checked out the car was very genuine and friendly from walking into the shop to leaving. I would recommend this place to anybody just after my first experience.

Recommend 100%. Bought my daughter's first car - great deal and quality vehicle. Had a small hiccup with the rear window washer, he had his mechanic next door fix it - no charge. Buying cars with 60K+ miles on them can be risky - would do all day long with Dave.

There's very few things that are worse than getting a flat tire when you are in an area with which you are unfamiliar. I map-quested the nearest mechanics/tire service centers in the area, and Fuzzy Dice came up nearby. They had excellent reviews, so I called. From the second they answered the phone, the service was top notch. They told me they would be happy to help me. I got my car there, they took it in right away, explained all the options available to me, and showed me what they were doing every step of the way. The staff was so kind and accommodating, and the service was fast. The rate they charged me was very reasonable. I just wish I lived closer so I could get all of my regular car maintenance done here. They are amazing!

Reasonably priced cars in good condition. The sales office is knowledgeable and relaxed. They handled the entire sale from taxes to tags to financing. Fixed a minor issue after sale for free. After looking at a lot of cars and dealing with some unsavory salesman Fuzzy Dice made it easy!

Not customer friendly and wouldn't let me get and said wipers were fine the first time it was looked at for inspection but when I fixed the major thing to pass inspection then was told it needed wipers to pass. Nor happy with this place at all.and they are over priced for everything

Beware of this Auto Dealership. In April, we purchased a car from Fuzzy Dice Auto Sales, LLC, . The dealer assured us that the car was in great shape and had just been inspected. When we took it for a test drive, the front passenger window did not work. That should have given us a clue. The dealer took off $500 for the window which we chose to have our mechanic repair. When we took the car to the mechanic, they found that the battery was dead, the timing belt was old and cracked and needed to be replaced, a breather hose was spewing oil over the engine, and a front head lamp was out. The car had a dealer warranty on it. When we went to claim a percentage of the cost of the repairs, we were told that the repairs had to have been done by them and would not honor their warranty. I would give the shop a very low rating for truth.

Got a great deal on a 2008 Honda Element. I was a little apprehensive at buying a car of this age and over 150k miles, but my salesperson Dave was really helpful, straight forward, and no pressure. I've had the car for over a month now and absolutely no unexpected issues.
