Overfilled my oil all the way past the dots. I had two separate people check my oil after the oil change because my pressure gauge was at 100 and both times the oil was way over. Now after I drive 30 minutes to the Walmart to have them make it right. They don't allow my car to sit at all before checking the oil and telling me it's perfectly fine because why fix their mistakes. Even though I am a woman, I am not a blind person. Now that my car is acting funny, I have to take it to the dealership to have the oil drained and pay for another oil change done the correct way. So save your time l, money and your car. Just get it done professionally the first time. Because they will have no sympathy when they mess your car up after what was supposed to be a simple routine oil change.

I got new tires from Walmart Auto Center. I soon noticed that my speedometer was off by about 5 mph. I called this Walmart to ask if they could fix this and they told me that receiving new tires wouldn t affect my speedometer. I was told that the two were unrelated. A quick Google search proves that to be false. I m not confident in their knowledge at all after that convo.

This place is a complete joke. My son made an appointment by phone to have winter tires swapped onto his car as our regular mechanic is booked until two weeks from now. When dropping the vehicle off his name was completely wrong and checking in was difficult. We had to determine his appointment by his telephone number because his name is Dillon but was in the computer as Gilon. (Is that even a name????). They called about an hour later to say the tires were "warped" and couldn't be installed. When they showed us the tires (which are one winter season old with at least 7/32 inch of tread depth remaining) the tire lackey said two are worn on the inside edge and they aren't allowed to install tires that have something wrong with them. I related that there isn't anything wrong with the tires and as a PA state inspection mechanic they are still legal until 2/32 inch to which the tire lackey said they are defective and can't be installed. Applying that logic Walmart should stop installing tires altogether because all tires are defective as EVERY tire I have seen in my 40 years of being around all types of vehicles all tires need balanced and therefore are defective. To summarize, don't waste your time with Walmart for services like this and just let these Schleprocks change oil and not overwhelm themselves with the more advanced auto maintenance things like tire installation!Service: Tires

Absolutely terrible experience and employees were rude to my son. He purchased 4 tires, scheduled the install appointment and waited over two hours with very poor customer service. Avoid this Walmart for tires as the management and employees are awful!!

Lazy employees. Set up a tire appointment on Saturday to come in Sunday morning to have tires put on. We get there and the guy has a bad attitude and says they don't have them and need to order them. We've already set it up the day before. So we say let us look at what you do have so we can pick something else. They says na I'll just look at my computer becausehe didn'tfeel like walkingto the other so we could look at what they had in store.. we left to go somewhere else.Service: Tires

Terrible...took 2 hours with appt to have tires installed.....after i left 1 tire was rubbing the wheel well so i called..also 1 tire was not at proper pressure....extremely rude!! Told me if i wanted to wait a couple hours they could look at it or had to bring it at 7am. Told them i would be at work at that time...oh well they said...so unbelieveable!! Set up appt with another tire company in the area...DUNN TIRE...they took care of it.....dont let walmart touch your car!!!! Its not cheap if you have to pay someone else to fix their bullcrap

Didn't clean my wheels, tires leaked 20 psi every 2 days, balance was completely off.

I'm giving a zero rating for customer service. As far as I can tell, the technicians did a wonder job. I handed over my keys and received my "ticket" at 1:36pm. for an oil change. I gave the representative my phone number and waited for a call or text. An hour and a half later...nothing. I saw a technician in the parking lot and asked if they had finished. The person wasn't sure. I returned to the desk at 2:45 and found out my vehicle was finished at 1:52. No text. No call. Nothing. I'm disgruntled with the absolute lack of communication between cashier and customer.Service: Oil change

Edit: Manager contacted me less than 24hrs later to resolve and was excellent. Much appreciated.3 1/2 hours before close time and a tech watched me walk in. Looked up and asked what I needed and I said an oil change. He just shook his head, looked back down and said "not today." I said "I'm sorry?" because he spoke so quietly and dismissively that I thought I didn't hear him right. He said "No, today. Maybe tomorrow." No further explanation or suggestions on how I might be able to get an oil change. This is the 2nd time I was turned away here. It is great for them that they are busy but there is no call for being rude.

Quick service and good quality! I have tried it in changing the car oil and things went well. They do also check fluids and lights. Prices are not bad. The average time to have your car oil changed is 45 min to 60 min. This time may be longerdepending on on how busy the center is.

After MUCH research, I decided to purchase my set of 4 tires through Wal-Mart because you can't beat the price, and the convenience, (specifically that you can go to any Wal-Mart in the country to get your tires rotated every 7,500 miles, and they also have decent price oil changes) The autocare staff at Buffalo Road was really nice. They completed the job in a little over an hour. The reason why I gave 3 stars is because no one provided me with any documentation on the Road Hazard Warranty which I purchased at $10 extra per tire. They didnt even mention to go online to print it. Secondly, they didn't really provide any info on the details of the $70 rebate my tires were good for. You need an Invoice # and that wasnt on the receipt so I had to call Wal-Mart back and get an order # to use. I will recommend them to friends and family based on the timeliness and cost. I sure hope the Auto Techs are getting paid decently as well.. If Wal-Mart is always putting the small businesses out of commission they better at least compensate their employees and not over-work and under-pay them.

I had to replace a tire on my riding lawn mower. First i called the local john deere retailer and was quoted 70-80 dollars plus 10 to put the new carslile 15x6x6 and maybe a few days to do the job.. but the were backed up a few weeks. No promises that the tire I needed was in stock.So I called walmart and they had a carslile tuft saver 15x6x6 exactly what i needed in stock 29.99 plus they would put it on free of charge!Popped the whole wheel off brought it in and job was done in 20 minutes.Walmart auto saved me days of headaches and 60 dollars. ThanksWill use again if needed

Very Helpful. Staff is always friendly and informative. I drive past other Wal-Marts to go to Harbor Creek for these reasons

Ordered tires that were suppose to be in on a Monday then I kept calling everyday and just got hungup on or was told they weren t there, so I finally went in and was told they ve been in and we re the wrong tires the wrong time. Horrible service.

Thanks to the tire team, when I got my tires replaced last year they tightened the bolts so tight I can t change to my spare. Thanks, this is exactly what needed on the side of the road.

$3,000!!! That's how much damage was caused in my car after the tecs installed the oil filter incorrectly . $3,000!!! I thought all those story's of bad jobs were just flucks until it happened to me. Spend the extra $20 and go somewhere eles! Horrible.

They stripped the key for my locking lug nuts and did nothing about it. Now I have to track down a new key for my lock nut before I can even attempt to our my snow tires on. I should have trusted my gut and gone to a real tire show.BEWARE

Wouldnt sell me tires that didnt match those on the front axle of my car, why not, my cars rear wheel drive and the front tires had plenty of life left
