Found tires online but when I went in there I was told there was none in stock. No biggie they ordered them and told me 2 or 3 business days. The only issue I had was have to wait til tires come in before I can make an appt to have them put on. But all in all 700$ is the cheapest around and that's for Goodyear tires so. Good tire great price can't beat it!!

Showed up for appointment for tire installation and no one had showed up to work that morning. That happens but I should have received a phone call. When I called to speak to a manager, Ben eventually came on the phone, with an attitude to start and did not identify himself I had to ask. He did say he called everyone but I did not get a call. I certainly would not have driven a half hour if I had. He was not apologetic and just repeated himself as though that was going to have made a call magically appear. I will not be getting new tires at this Walmart (probably not at any). I certainly do not recommend anyone else doing so either.

Wheel fell off due to Walmarts negligence. DO NOT COME HERE !!!!! They have NO CARE or sympathy for their mess up and now won t pay for damages!!!!!Services: Tires, Tire rotationsServices: Tires, Tire rotations

Went in to have my wheels balanced. Got home and noticed this huge bubble protruding from the sidewall. If any of their so called mechanics had half a brain, they would have brought this to my attention. Not only is this unacceptable but it could have caused an accident. If I had known I would have never driven the car home. Just a heads up that they may do their job but overlooking such a serious hazard is pathetic. Two thumbs down and a big middle finger up!

Michelle was very accommodating and friendly. She went over and beyond to answer my questions and make sure I was taken care of.The mechanic did a great job in repairing my tire. I will definitely go here again with any of my vehicles needs. They really show they care.Service: TiresService: Tires

The associates were nice and patient, so I can appreciate that! Unfortunately I was very disappointed and felt ripped off after discovering how some things are handled when receiving an oil change.My bill was $25 less than the last time I came here to get my oil change, so I asked why. I was told last time they used full synthetic and this time they used a blend. I never asked for full synthetic last time and the guy this time told me my car wasn't over 80,000 mile and that's when they usually recommend it(This is why they didn't give me this kind this time and couldn't tell me why they would have given that kind last time.) After asking tons of questions(which both employees kindly answered them ALL) I am finding out that my vehicle wasn't even due for an oil change because for full synthetic you can go 5-6,000 miles BUT the number the computer ALWAYS puts on your sticker is what 3,000 miles would be. I was told the computer does that and they cant do anything about it :( I DONT FEEL THAT'S VERY HONEST! The most disappointing part is when I explained all these things to two different associates and they didn't care to do anything about it....Then after looking at my receipt and sticker I noticed they had the wrong odometer number by 182 miles SOONER and had to go back in to have that changed.After this disappointing experience I don't find receiving an oil change from here to be honest and in the future would prefer to pay a little more at my normal dealership where I know I will get honest detailed service.Service: Oil change

Four tires replaced at a reasonable price actually they were only able to do three. but Auto service Was outstanding by Michelle however I wouldn't recommend the auto center unless she's working

Have to admit I was a bit leary about getting my oil changed here ,but had my girlfriends car done here ,and mine 3 and 4 weeks ago ,and was both cars ,each time were in and out ,within a half hour,and was done right ,and actually saved a few dollars,with no appointment needed. Now iam not saying that is always going to happen for everyone ,and I did have both of them done in the afternoon ,and they weren't that busy,like maybe they would be in the evening or on a Saturday,but neverless ,no complaints. I apologize but I'm not exactly sure of the name of the clerk that helped me but I'm pretty sure it Was Jenni. Her service was excellent. She was friendly, efficient, and professional. I was greeted, helped immediately, and had my car quickly.

Becca needs to be recognized for her incredible customer service skills! She stayed past her closing time to help me with a tire warranty issue. She had a smile on her face the qhole time. Even with quite a few additional last minute customers. Kudos to Becca!

Had roofing nail in side of tire making it go flat within minutes. Steve got us in and out quick w great customer service. Only place I will get tires from, purchased several sets in the past with them. Always reasonable pricing

There staff are great. The lady that took care of me was great very nice. The manager i think is the one who put the new battery in for me did great. All around great people. I will definitely return. Thanks again.

Very disappointed today. Went in for a full synthetic oil change. Waited foreverThey didn't vacuum my car as told...they lowered all the air pressure in my tires and now my sensor is going off...and my oil change was supposed to be 44.88 when I finally was ready to get my total they wanted to charge me almost 60. Stated they didn't have my oil filter on hand and had to take it from the shelf. Well...no one stated any issues when I was waiting the hour and a half...so I refused to pay it.When I went out to my car to find they didn't vacuum there was a scratch on the lower from bumper...veryannoyed. I will NEVER go back. They also said they had to put in 5.5 its and tried to charge me more for that too. Girl had a horrible attitude behind the counter. Beyond disgusted and I will never go back.

I had to give them the tools out of my own trunk to do the oil change they couldn't even get the filter off. I normally do it myself and it's an easy job. absolutely useless. Looks like used oil they put in my engine si ce the stuff I normally use is almost clear. I'll be draining it and re doing it correctly asap.

Walked in the first time and the girl behind the counter just said not taking anymore services. I was there at 5:30 and not a single car was around, no explanation. Walked in another day was told 1 1/2 hrs. Waited 2 1/2 hours and my truck wasn t even in the bay yet so I walked out. Went in a 3rd time and there was only 1 car outside and I was told 3 hours. I walked out yet again. You May get lucky and get good service but out of 3 times I ve been there I was never told sorry or even given an explanation in regards to it. The worst customer service I ever experienced.

I have never made an appointment for an oil change.I have been getting my oil change there for about two years. I was told today an appointment needed to be made. Luckily they fit me in. For a simple oil change it took an hour and a half. I was there when they opened at 7 AM. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I just need to remember to make an appointment next time.

Always in and out fast. Today I dropped off my headlights to be cleaned. It was about 30 minutes which was awesome for not having an appointment. My advice to others is dont set a appointment. Just be the first to arrive in the morning .

Tried on 4 different occasions to make an appointment over the phone to get my oil changed (since you can no longer just drop in and expect to get seen because they are soooo busy ). Was put on hold every single time for over 15 minutes each!!!!! What are these crack heads doing??? They definitely aren t working, every time I go in there they are all goofing off and ignoring customers. Only giving 1 star because I have to, otherwise I d give this crack den a ZERO

They have been really nice to their customers. When they did not have 4 of my tires, they went above and beyond to order tires from somewhere else. I would come here a lot.

Went in to have a flat tire fixed . Having a donut tire on. Walked up to the counter and asked the lady if I could get a flat tire fixed. She told me not happening. Very very rude and unprofessional. I'm sorry that is not the way you talk to a customer. Will never go there again.

Came in for an oil change. Waited two hours and chatted with another customer on the waiting room. He tells me about his previous experience where the service center employees stripped his oil pan plug to the point that it fell out during his next self oil change and somehow dented in his pan. A few minutes after this, a service manager walks in to ask me where I had my last change done. I tell him that it was done by them. He walks off angerly exclaiming, "Of course it was." I wait a little bit long. An older customer walks over to the service desk and starts a yelling match with the same manager. Those of us in the waiting room couldn't make out what was being argued over. The manager tells him to leave several times until the man eventually does. This manager walks back into the shop. Another manager comes in to ask what everyone was waiting for in the shop. The two of us that were waiting tell him our vehicles. I ask him what was going on with mine. He tells me that the oil plug was stuck. They've cut a jig in the bolt head and tried to get it out with a screwdriver to no avail. The manager that had the yelling match came back in to the lobby area and said there was nothing they could do. They weren't going to charge me for the service since there wasn't a service performed. They told me that they were going to contact a third party garage up the road that does the work that they couldn't and that they would pay the fees involved with the bolt extraction and the oil change. So off I went up the road to find out that this garage was on vacation. I called them and left a message. Waited several days until they were supposed to be back. Called again. Left another message. Nothing. Went to my usual garage, Monroe in the Clearview shopping center. They got my vehicle up on the lift pulled a broken screwdriver tip out of the slot Walmart cut in the bolt. Found that the pan area around the bolt plug was dented in and also found that the housing around the spring in the filter casing was broken off. So, now my $50 oil change has turned into a $400 repair job. I talked to a CSM afterwards who told me they'd only reimburse the parts($250). Currently waiting to have the work done and to collect the reimbursement for the damages. Over all bad experience. Their auto team needs better training, customer service skills, and respect for personal property.

This Walmart store is nice but the tire and lube department could be better. My husband was inside setting up an oil change and some how two other cars that came in way after us got put in line ahead of us. I will not go back to that Walmart for an oil change anymore.

Brought two tires in to mount and balance. Unfortunately they didn't balance tires properly, have had to deal with shaking vehicle all week!!!! When I was 18 I balanced for a summer, no returns...first time and I get this!!!!???? It happens, but I'm not happy and will try another facility to rebalance my tires and once the witty. Is up in done with WallyWorld service. First time is probably the last....tbe way it goes

It was ok I did some shopping waiting for them to call my name to tell me I was done I already check out and back to see if my car was done it's been done the said they call your name when your car is done anymore I wasted a lot of time trying to go through Walmart waiting to hear my name being called
