Excellent customer service, had my vehicle in and out very quickly. Prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent. They were upfront with prices and no hidden fees or extras. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs tires. Buy and support local businesses!! Definitely going back when I need more tires.

Stay away from this tire shop especially if you re buying used tires! I spent $53 I hear for a used tire that s down to the wear bar. Yes the did a great job of making me aware that my tie rod was shot, but I paid $53 for a tire that I have to replace today that I got a month ago. I went back and spoke to one of owners and explain the situation to her and try to see if she can make it right. She swore up and down to me up and down there s nothing wrong with the tire with it being down to the wear bar. Shame for not knowing know better and not knowing to check the tire before I gave them payment. I got stuck with the tire after she told me they have no more in the sizes coincidentally. Tire tread helps stabilize your car in wet conditions, helps provide better traction and handling, and improve cornering. Without it, you might find yourself spinning out of control. But yeah it s not a big deal if you get given a tire that s down to the wear bar according to these people. They sold me a tire that reached the legal tire tread depth limit.

Awesome customer service. They let me know that one of the tire struts (i think thats what they said its the things the bolts screw on to) was stripped which i obviously didnt know and they fixed it without charging me. I paid around $350 for 4 brandnew tires which was a better deal than i was quoted anywhere else. Super happy with my experience.

This tire place is excellent, everyone is so polite and knows exactly what their doing!! We've been getting our tires done from them for a couple years and they never disappoint!! I would definitely recommend !! 10/10

Both times I've been there they provided quick service. Once was 4 tires and once was only one. Prices are great on used tires and the quality is good. The owners are honest with you and if you need work done on your car, they will recommend a garage that can do it and do it correctly. They don't try to sell you tires that aren't the correct size just to make an extra buck like I've experienced at other used tire shops. I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends for their tire needs and will continue to give them my business as well.

Called to inquire. Gave me a great price. Asked how long it would take and they said as long as we re not busy it ll be 15-20 minutes. When I got there I barely had time to use the bathroom and sit down to read an email. Professional, helpful and speedy.

I got four new tires in July of 2020 and they were decently priced and came with a warranty! It was suggested by Amy that I get them because of the warranty! Well today, April 22, 2021 I hit a bad pothole and blew out the right rear tire. Thanks to The Tire Guys I was able to call for free roadside assistance and free tire replacement all in a matter of a couple hours! Great customer service and all around great people!!

I went here for the first time the other day for snow tires. I got a great price on two brand new snows for my car. Not bad... They were installed very quickly and I had minimal wait time....My only complaint is a big one..... After mentioning that my lug nuts were over tightened by a previous installer they went and did the same thing! When I got my car home I had a very hard time loosening the lugs with an oversized snap-on breaker bar!My point is clear! If a family member of yours got a flat tire on the highway they would never be able to get the lugs off to change the tire especially if using the lug wrench that came with the car!It appears that to get meticulous service like I ask for you still have to go to a professional garage that will use the correct tools to torque your wheels properly.

Got 761 miles before used tire went flat not to bad . I've gotten better tires for $40 . I'd still go back...

This is a no fuss establishment that has simple great deals on used and new tires! The owners are responsive and helpful, and they work with customers directly to give excellent service. Got 4 used brand name tires for 200 bucks mounted and balanced and put on. Definitely the place to go!

Why is zero stars not an option? These guys are sleazeballs. This shop sold me a used WARPED tire for $100!!! The guy knew I had a 6 hour drive to New Hampshire and he sold me a WARPED tire and sent me on my way! Somehow I made it back to New Hampshire safely driving 50 MPH as my car wobbled. Home in New Hampshire I decided to rotate my tires this is when I realized my car was wobbling because the tire I just paid $100 for was far from round and said WARPED in large letters on inside of the tire.

WOW. That's all I can say.I came in with a flat 5 minutes until closing expecting them to be mad for coming in at closing but,instead I was met with a friendly face and great customer service.The man only charged me 30 dollars and I barely had time to take my son to the restroom and he was done.He gave my son a push pop and was just so mice.Thanks so much
