Andy (mechanic) did a great job of servicing my VW and explaining some issues that would need to be addressed soon. The fees were reasonable.

Really pleased with the service we recieved here! They fit us in last minute for some chewed wires, and performed our annual safety check and emissions test as well. They were super thorough, friendly, and went through the trouble of repairing just the wires instead of charging us for the entirety of the harness. Found our new regular mechanic!

This was the first time I have used Quality 8. I called around to see if I could get a last minute inspection that wasn t going to cost me an arm and a leg. Typically I use a chain like jiffy lube, but they are always trying to get more and more money out of you. I called Quality 8 they set me up with a same day appointment. They did my inspection and sent me on my way. They did not pressure me into paying for more than what was needed. And the Price was great compared to other places! And they even replaced some bulbs for me too! I will most definitely use them for my next inspection or repairs and will recommend them to anyone! Staff was super friendly as well. I scheduled an oil change and had my wife take the vehicle to the shop, after speaking with my wife I found out it was a very pleasant place and there was no pressure sales tactics, they just simple said you might want to get tires before it snows!!!
