I cannot speak highly enough about Nick's Garage!I often joke that I have PTSD from dealing with horrible mechanics/tire shops in the past. Due to past experiences, the mere thought of having work done on my car makes me sick to my stomach. From the moment I called Nick's Garage to schedule an appointment, I was greeted with respect and understanding.Josh was so incredibly kind and patient! When I came to drop off my car, he walked me through the entire process and explained what all they would be doing to my car. He truly took the time to thoroughly address all of my questions and concerns. He stuck to his word and contacted me when the inspection was complete. He had me pull up the report while on the phone with me and went through every detail line for line.During one of our conversations I had made a comment about eventually wanting to put Hercules tires back on my car but hadn't had much luck with shops having them in stock previously. Josh took the liberty to not only locate these tires but print me the estimate so I would know how much everything would cost for when I was ready!Jared was extremely thorough in his inspection and made detailed notes for each of his findings. Thanks to Jared's report I have been able to prioritize the repairs on my car, prepare for future repairs needed, and more. Their honesty was refreshing and eased any/every bit of hesitation I had before coming to them! Needless to say, I will only go to Nick's Garage from here on out!!

I went to Nick s Garage, Etc. for my state inspection and emissions testing. They were able to squeeze me in quickly (same week) and stayed in contact with me from start to finish. They are very professional and I look forward to working with them again in the future. I definitely recommend coming here if you want quality work & customer service!

I went to Nick s Garage, Etc. for my car inspection. I needed rotators, brakes and a few light bulbs. The work was done efficiently and timely. They do excellent work and are very professional. Very happy with the results and plan to go back for any other auto needs.Thanks!

I was very pleased with services provided by Nick's Garage. I needed a vehicle inspection and oil change. Josh coordinated working in my requests with the body shop's current work load which I greatly appreciated. Josh provided excellent communication throughout the process. He took the time to discuss with me what was urgent and what could wait. The service is great and the prices are reasonable. Thank you again for everything.

I went to nicks for the first time to get my front and rear differential fluid changed and my transfer case fluid changed on my 4Runner. I went in slightly unprepared with no backup vehicle, but they were more than willing and happy to give me a loaner for the day while they worked on the 4Runner. They called me before the service was started to give me a quote on the cost. I like that a lot, because other places will do the service and surprise you with a bill. After the service was completed I double checked for any leaks the following day under the vehicle and there were no leaks. A+ work in my opinion! I mainly spoke with Josh at the front desk.. literally the best and nicest customer service I ve ever dealt with at an auto shop and quite honestly the best customer service in general I ve dealt with in a long time. I ll be back for more services and if every visit is as good of an experience as this one I can see Nicks being the go to shop for the life of my 4Runner! Thank you!

The work I needed got done amazingly fast and for a great price. The Employees were amazing, helpful and did everything they could to help me with what i needed. This is a great place and and will be the first place I go to for anything I need done with my vehicles.

Very pleased with the repair service I received from Nick's Garage! The price was reasonable and the repairs were completed on schedule. Communication was great as I was informed of the cost before any work started and promptly notified when the job was complete. I interfaced personally with Josh, and he was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He shared all the information regarding the repair and provided suggestions for further maintenance. I will definitely be returning for future service and highly recommend Nick's to anyone in need of auto service and/or repair.

My son took his car to two other places who couldn t find the problem. I took it to Nicks and they figured it out in right away. Wouldn t take my car anywhere else. Honest, fast and fair pricing should be their motto.

We had some work done on two occasions. They paid attention to detail and went above and beyond. I felt like I was in good hands from start to finish. Received a complimentary loaner car until the job was finished. Diagnosis and estimates were all discussed with me prior to any work being done. I was given an estimate and wanted to pay in advance. The payment was refused because they said they didn't want to accept payment before the job was complete. Very honorable. The experience was old school- attention to detail, quality work, you could tell they care about their customers. Special shout out to Josh for being patient and kind. The guys here are amazing. They helped me get through what I thought was going to be a nightmare of a situation and made it so easy. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. My whole family goes there as well and feel the same. 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Feb 29 24Just giving an update on the review again. These guys are unmatched. It helped out. These guys definitely came and clutch completely overhaul my truck suspension and help me with the inspection. It doesn't even feel like my truck feels like I bought it out the shop .Great shop and for a person that don't have time to fix their own car/truck.These guys help out a lot I also ask to check ball joints n tie-rods. And without me asking the told me about my transfer case to my 2000 Cadillac Escalade.They're awesome an spot on service so far are unmatchedService: Auto brake repair

We started taking our cars here in the Spring. Always great communication and very fair prices. Every time they've been able to get us in quickly and the service has been completed within the day. Last week I took my car in for a couple issues, one they were not able to replicate. They looked at potential causes based on my description and said everything looked in good condition and all parts were tight. Jason said to let them know if it continued or got worse, but they didn't want to guess at replacing anything and costing me money I didn't need to spend. Definitely the best garage we've used and will continue to do so for all our future auto needs.

First time to this garage. Recommended from a family member who has been very pleased with their work. Has my cars worked on by the owner many years ago when he worked at a different garage and was happy to see him owing his own now. Very timely work, affordable and quick service. Flexible schedule. Very pleased with their work. I found my new garage to have car repairs, tuneups and inspections. Update 7-17-23 Had repairs done for vehicle to pass inspection. They did a great job. Very informative in the repairs and updates. Highly recommend them. Update 10-26. Josh is amazing! Caring, kind and spends time explaining all the detail! He explained they couldn't get my car to duplicate the issue, frustrating at first i have to admit! . But he did not recommend throwing something at it, he didn't get irritated with my questions or frustration, he gave me the option to pick up my car, but said if i could leave it he would personally try my car every few hours to get it to duplicate the issue. He said until they could duplicate the issue, they could not determine the problem, he said Nicks does not do work you can't Guarantee! Who wouldn't respect that! I left the car there for 3 days and thankfully the car finally didn't start as it hadn't for me and they diagnosed it as the starter! They waited till they got the car to duplicate the issue so they could assure what they did was a guaranteed fix! I had to go downtown to baltimore for my son at UMMC. I asked Josh. can you guarantee me i wont have a problem. He said yes ma'am i can now. I went both Saturday and Sunday and it started every time. Thank you!! Josh is an amazing front person for your organization!!!!!

Had a great experience. Needed a state safety and emission inspection in short order (long story). Josh, was able to fit me in same day, provided a loaner so I could do what I needed while the work got done and they finished the car same day. Josh made sure to connect with me for drop off so he could have a loaner vehicle ready for me as soon as I got there. Everything was straightforward, honest and with excellent customer service.
