Ryan is a very helpful and respectful guy! He always gives good rates and helps out with any questions you may have, he s very knowledgeable and knows what he s talking about! Would 100% recommend this shop to anyone that needs work done!

The manager, Ryan, was super kind and helpful when I came in with a nail stuck in my tire. When I told him I wasn t able to bring the car in until later, he offered up a time that allowed me to come in right after my shift. Very warm and friendly from the manager to the mechanics. Fixed my tire without any issues! I highly recommend this location for anyone

Saw them handle more than a view customers today, including myself! They're very nice and professional. I was impressed at how attentive they are as well. They're very mindful of everyone in the lobby waiting on their car and are determined to give the very best service as fast as possible!

Shop Manager Ryan was a solid dude. Very helpful and responsive with all my questions. Worked around my time schedule and made an effort to have his guys get to my vehicle ASAP. Definitely recommend!

I woke up to a flat tire; it looked like someone stabbed the sidewall. I was scrambling to find a place to get a new tire, as I only have one car and heavily rely on it for my day-to-day! My husband called here, and the guys at the shop were friendly and helpful; they had my tire in stock and said we were good to come in the same day! My new tire was set up in about an hour, and the worries were put to ease. Thanks again for getting me back on the road so quickly and efficiently! :-)

Unfortunately I never got the chance to experience the service!I scheduled an appointment online and got a confirmation , only to drive in and be told the online schedule does not mean anything for the location. Was then told that maybe they can do my truck in the afternoon!

Ryan and his team provide great service. No long waits for an appointment for regular maintenance and the prices are fair. When my battery suddenly died, I came in 10 minutes before they closed and they popped in a new battery and it was all good!

Our family has been extremely pleased with the service at Monro. Manager, Ryan is a delight--down to earth, cheerful and hustling around to assist his customers. Fair prices and clear explanations of work needed. Promises kept regarding time and expense. We highly recommend this Hanover community business!

4 Spark Plugs and 4 ignition coils on a basic sedan and they charged me $594 for those parts and another $580 in labor.The only redeeming factor is that they fixed it the same day I called them.Do yourself a favor and find a shop that is reputable and not trying to extort customers.

My husband got a quote for a fuel pump replacement. Take it in and they wanted $300 more that day, claimed the other manager didn't work on them, so he didn't know but they both went by the computer. Took it somewhere else, they quoted a cheaper price and got a 15% Seniors discount. I would not recommend Monro to anyone as their practice is unethical.

We used to LOVE coming here. I don t know what s happened but there s been a big switch in service recently. We got our car inspected here not too long ago and weren t told our battery was about to die and when our brake pads were replaced they didn t oil them or anything. We brought our car in this week for some vibrations and weird noises and since they couldn t replicate the noise that night we left our car there for them to try again the next day. We called around noon and they said they were working on it. Nothing after. We called at 4:30 only to hear that the guy working on it left for the day and would call us in the morning. 3pm the next day we call and go pick it up. The lack of communication and shotty repairs they ve done recently is unacceptable.
