Always friendly and informative with my car repairs. I feel like they are honest with the suggestions and can trust them. I moved to Hanover less than a year ago, and it s been nice to find a mechanic I could trust close to home.

K&J has always provided great service. They are honest and do not perform work that is unnecessary. I feel their charges are reasonable. Their work is always done promptly and I have never had a problem with the quality of the work. I highly recommend them.

I went to K & J, because I was referred by a lot of people in the area & I needed a 2nd opinion. Another shop (which happens to be a national chain here in Hanover (wanted to charge me over $1600. Well that might as well be 1 million bucks to me). So I went to K & J and they did the inspection & they found the same thing the huge national chain did... but get this, they charged me just under $700. ALSO, if you need your inspection done, if you bring in at least 5 canned goods they wave the inspection fee. They (& I mean all of the employees, who happen to be a family) & I do want to express again that they offer exceptional service. I will be returning back, if I ever need anything for my vehicle or anyone that I can for any of my friends & loved ones to this wonderful garage, for Anything!!!Extraordinary service, Thank you from the bottom of my heart.Sincerely,Kellie Merryman Pritchard(Now a forever customer)!

If you have a foreign car, don't even waste your time calling. If you need a real mechanic that can work on cars and diagnose real problems, I would highly recommend looking else where. As soon as they found out I had a Jaguar they refused service. If you know anything about Jaguar you know it's a fairly easy vehicle to work on, and should be easy to work on for ant competent mechanic! I hate to leave a bad review, but you should be aware of the level of mechanic you are looking to hire before you send your car to them. Vehicles are an investment, and I would personally avoid this place if possible!

I've been bringing my 3 vehicles to K&J for over 5 years now, and am always pleased with the service and would not deal anywhere else. I feel I can trust their inspections and evaluations of what my cars need to keep them running great for years to come.

Always a pleasure dealing with them. Staff are very nice. Mechanics are very thorough and answer any and all questions. Fantastic and trustworthy shop!

ALways great service! Polite and courteous. Explains what is needed and what was done. They also help to feed a friend program,bring in at least five can goods,and receive your inspection free. They help their community-they are a great bunch of people,and honest!

THE BEST IN VEHICLE & CUSTOMER SERVICEI've been taking my vehicles to K&J for inspections / service since they opened their doors over 10 years ago.I once had a family member tow a broken down vehicle there without giving K&J a heads up. A shady no-good mechanic would have taken advantage of that scenario. But K&J quickly determined that the problem was with the automatic shifter and only cost $70.oo to repair OUT THE DOOR. That experience alone is evidence enough that K&J can be trusted.They also have tons of technical expertise and help keep my 2002 Subaru WRX performing as good as the day I bought it. That vehicle has reached 200k and still running strong.THANKS K&J

Not sure about the validity of their positive reviews, although cheaper than some car dealerships, we found out the hard way, that this garage uses two "estimating" systems to determine repair costs. So customers beware, you are not being charged for actual flat labor or parts, Kyle Morin and the gang think it is "honest" to tack on extra 30 to 50% profit margin on parts, etc. This joker literally charged $342.87 to change four spark plugs and PVC Valve in 2016 Honda Civic, which was basically highway robbery. Owners response was we have to pay for "secretary, electricity, and time to order parts/answer emails/phone calls" so they don't charge for real costs even with normal 10-20% profit margin, rather 50% upcharges. They also had tires off to check brakes and still billed $20 for an "unauthorized" tire rotation and now won't refund anything. This will be the first and last time, we ever deal with a garage that uses estimating systems vs. real costs for labor/parts. We also asked for an estimate to change oil/filter in 2011 Volvo C70 and told about $110, which Honda dealer did this synthetic change for about half of K&J, so go figure...Avoid this place like the plague, their phone "estimates" are actually set in stone pricing, not based on real time or actual labor rates, and cost for some parts ordered were almost "double" online prices in comparison. However, they do mail a generic thank you card home, after they cash in your huge repair bill...Never again, not impressed at all with this NAPA repair shop and their unwillingness to mutually resolve any overcharges after they were paid...Kyle apparently has to pay for his steak and wife's cake somehow and eat it too...

These guys are the best. From the friendly and outstanding front end customer service, to the highly knowledgeable and efficient technicians servicing the vehicle, you will never need or want to go anywhere else for repairs or maintenance!

So far, our experience has been pretty darn good with K & J. They are quick to communicate and are extremely friendly. Overall, I highly recommend.

I cannot thank these guys enough! I unfortunately had the experience of going to Meineke in York, PA where they failed my inspection and told me it would be $1,500- $2,000 to do the necessary things to pass inspection. I am SO GLAD I took it to K & J to get a 2nd opinion. The things Meineke failed on my inspection weren't bad at all. They were completely fine and passed inspection with flying colors! Meineke also failed to notice that I had FOUR lightbulbs out in my headlights/taillights.K&J saved me over $1,500 and I will never take my car anywhere else.Thank you a million times :)

Great neighborhood shop. Easy to make an appointment, easy to find, plenty of staff. Does not seem to be concerned with COVID, however.
