This whole business went out of their way to repair my car and complete my inspection! Because of a health problem I was having, they picked up my car, repaired it, returned it, and helped me pay over the phone. While working on my car they discovered something another shop missed, notified me, and took care of fixing it. Thank you, JD Kustoms LLC - I will be keeping your number in my contacts for excellent car repairs!

Justin and his crew are awesome people! Will never screw you around, and if something doesn't need done to the car they won't do it. They've helped me out so many different times, they're great. Prices are very decent and they work with you. GREAT people!!!!

This is my husband and I s first time coming here. This place is very kind! The lady at the front, Tammy, was amazing. They even had a beautiful Husky inside to keep me company while I waited for my ride!! They took my car back and got started right away, they called to ask me if it was alright to proceed in what the car needed. And even better, they apologized for it being a little later than it should have been. But I was completely okay with it because they were amazing. Definitely 10/10 and will be going there from now on!!

Best mechanic in the area! Used to go to South Hanover Automotive... They are a rip off. Overcharge you for sub standard parts. J D did my brakes for about half of what South Hanover did. And his brakes havent warped yet. Great prices and even better craftsmanship. Highly reccomend!

Great business, trustworthy! They do not try to upsell me and get the job done in a timely manor. I will always bring my vehicles to them for inspection, service and repair. :)

I have to disagree with Joe G. I went back to this garage last year during the change of owners for an inspection. They weren't equipped to do emissions but took my car to another place to get it done. I went back again this year and they have been extremely professional and accommodating. I've dealt with Justin (the J in JD) both times. And the previous owner, Mr. Mathias is still there.Great, fair folks IMHO!!

First off, the receptionist (Tammy) is amazing and quite knowledgeable. I was a walk in needing to get my Interlock System monthly data upload/download, she helped me immediately. Tammy told me to go around to the side door and just brought out the wires. It only took 10 minutes of my time.This is a family owned business, and one that obviously cares about their customers. They're also a Mazda family. Knowing that fact now.. I'm proud to say l be returning to them in the future with any vehicular services I may require on my Mazdaspeed3.

After calling a few times with no answer I decided to stop by. The guy was rude and acted like he can not stand people. I would never take my car to a place that the employee( the owner) who treats his customers like that. For being a new customer, you should treat people nicer and respectfully. Trash

I took my car in to have the catalytic converter replaced and have the car inspected in May 2020. While replacing the the catalytic converter, they did not disconnect the battery. When they removed it, the "mechanic ' touched it against the alternator which caused a short in the electrical system and blew the main fuse. This meant that nothing electric worked in the car. I went back inside and instead of owning up to their mistake, the mechanic out and out lied and told the receptionist he didn't do it. She said that if it was something that they did, they would fix it. They are glorified part swappers and can't even do that right. I will never go there again and wouldn't refer a child with a flat tire on his toy car to go there. The money they charged was outrageous and they didn't fix the problem they caused. I realize that problems can happen when dealing with cars, but at least own up to your mistakes and make them right. Do yourself a favor and find a mechanic elsewhere.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My car was making a horrible noise in the right front. Well Justin was kind enough to fix it at the last minute and pricing was excellent. I highly recommend on checking them out.

Was my first experience with jd kustoms ,Both the girls in the office were very helpful right from the start,they got me in very quick to work on my vehicles .the mechanics that did the work were great and did a excellent job.I was very happy and will be going back again,Prices are very fair from other places I checked .The whole team there know what they are doing from start to finish,THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE. Full disclosure, the owners are friends of mine. But this is the place to take your vehicle. Stop getting ripped of at those other places justin is the most honest mechanic I know.
