Excellent service! They received my car in March and by April 1st the car was finished. They kepted me inform of the progress on my vehicle. They took the time to answer all of my questions even go on a test ride with me. So I give kudos to Cody, Ian and Elaine all of whom I spoke with on multiple times excellent service you guys thank you so much.

This was the second vehicle we had repaired at Apple Collision. The staff is amazing. A special thanks to Elaine and Todd. We were always treated kindly. Staff are pleasant and willing to listen. We were always kept up to date on the status. We highly recommend them.

I took my vehicle here to get it fix and they did a great job fixing it and they needed more time witch was no problem and they took care of my rental , i would not go anywhere else but here thank you staff for taking care of my veh and me.

if it was possible to leave zero stars i would but instead i ll give it a one, the woman at the front desk was so unbelievably rude to me when i was obviously in need of assistance and guidance i have never had a more disrespectful encounter in my experience of customer service between the facial expressions and tone behind her voice, i'm glad i took my business else wear and had my needs more than met.

From start to finish, this was a 10+ experience. Everyone was polite, professional and pleasant. Communication and updates were excellent. The quality of the work done was top-notch. Once the parts came in, we took the car in and got it back sooner than we were told and it looks great. Got updates every couple days by a phone call which was really nice!

Had to visit here on 2 separate occasions and have not been disappointed yet. Very professional and they keep you up-to-date on the progress of your vehicle. Very quick with getting the work done.

Apple just did the very bare minimum to get my SUV in and out. Outside of the SUV was dirty, rubbing compound was on the undamaged fender. No effort to try to "match any of the parts up". Gaps are way different between the edge of the hood and the headlights, bumper is off to one side. The fog lights are adjusted to point almost straight down. They just wanted to push this out quickly, since it an "insurance job" on an old SUV. Just like McDonald's billions served, but not very good burgers, just edible.Update 4/28/2017 Heard banging on the front of the SUV after a out of town drive last night. Found missing bolts and clips from the inner fender liner to attach it to the frame and bumper. Could not see the problem from above when I picked it up. Lowered my rating to 1 star

Extremely pleased with the service at this place! They were extremely easy to work with and helpful through the whole process. They got my truck done quickly and did an absolutely great job! Not to mention the fact they washed my truck while it was there as well. Could not be happier and definitely recommend doing business with them!

Everyone is always kind and efficient. We appreciate the wonderful service and excellent body work we have received every time we come here. It makes for a seamless process and why it is our choice repair facility. I would recommend this location to anyone who needs a repair. I was treated great from the time I had my damaged check till the time I picked up my car. It was just a mirror that was hit but they fixed it in no time. But what I didn't expect that they washed and clean my whole vehicle inside and out. Wow. Nice to be treated so great.

Communication was great during the entire process, from initial scheduling the estimate, to picking up my car the day the repairs was fixed. I was never out of the loop.My 2021 Hyundai Elantra N-line was hit by someone's car door, and my insurance recommended I go through Apple to get it repaired - So I did. They couldn't get me in for about 6-8 weeks later, but it all worked out in the long run (Due to times after Covid - I completely understand the back log and time).I appreciate them getting my car looking pristine. Fantastic service and professionalism. Adam was great getting my car in and answering any questions I had. Because of the snow, they called me and informed me they might be a day late on my car. No problem at all! I'm glad they called and kept me informed. If anything happens to my cars in the future. I'll be taking them here. I'd recommend any repairs to this collision center. Spending many years of building my own cars, I appreciate the efforts and care that was given to my damaged vehicle. They are a commercial repair operation limited by insurance regulations, but they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Their work exceeded all my expectations. If they can t satisfy your needs I believe that you should re-evaluate your expectations and look for an custom, high end and very expensive shop to do your work! I highly recommend this business and will continue to use them when needed!!!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Welding

They are wonderful! Everytime I need work on my vehicle they are efficient & pleasant to deal with. Always have my vehicle ready when they say. They kept me updated on everything that was going on. I recommend them to everyone who needs repairs or work on their vehicles.

The staff here are extremely professional and super nice. Just picked up our car and it looks better than I expected prior to hitting an animal. They even vacuumed the inside and washed my car! They kept me updated on the progress of the repairs daily and finished when they said they would. I would highly recommend these guys!

I had someone back into me while I was shopping and they did not leave any information. That is beside the point though, Apple Collision Center was great. I originally stopped in to see how much it would cost to repair my rear bumper before I contacted my insurance company. They worked up the quote without any questions, but kept on file for me while I contacted my insurance company. After contacting my insurance company, Apple made it a smooth process. They finished the work on my car early, which was a nice surprise and it saved me money on the rental car. The rear bumper looks great, I would recommend them and would use them in the future.

My daughter was in an accident. She has a Honda Civic that she loves. Apple did a great job of replacing the parts, repairing all the damage and blending all the paint perfectly. It's a metallic paint so its difficult to match and they did it perfectly. There were even parts that were back ordered. The car was ready just a day after the projected repair time. They kept us informed of what was going on and when the car would be done. Have nothing but good things to say about their service. Oh and we has a rental car that was pretty nice too. I would recommend Apple Collision Center completely.

Got in a small fender bender on my Lexus last week, called Apple Collision since that s who s partnered with my insurance. I stopped by in the morning for an estimate thinking it would take about an hour or so, but Travis was supper quick, I was in and out in about 20 mins! There was a small bump with communication in the beginning and notifying about the estimate via email but it was all straightened out after i called. Once my car was in the shop, communication was no longer an issue. I was updated with both phone calls and text messages about my car and Travis did a great job guiding me with the next steps after each call. I m picking up my car even 4 days earlier than they estimated and everything looks great! as long as you verify forms of communication with them, I can guarantee you won t have any issues with Apple Collision Center!

This place is awsome to deal with. My wife just had her Jeep in the shop for damage to the rear and they provided her with all the info needed for insurance along with rental car assistance and they kept her up to date on any changes. The car came back in perfect condition they cleaned up better than new. I would highly recommend this place to anyone they know what they are doing.

Worst experience ever. I had taken my Dart here because it had been in an accident. It had front bumper damage and was supposed to be an easy fix. When I picked my car up it was riding really funny. I called them and said that I wanted them to look it back over. They refused. I took my car elsewhere and there was a huge dent in the inside of my rim, so bad it was hitting the caliper. So I called Apple and told them what my mechanic found. They still refused to fix it saying I only had bumper damage from my accident and I must have done something to bend the rim. And then wanting 450 bucks to replace the rim. I honestly believe they missed it or damaged it during the process to fix my bumper (curbing it while driving it to the dodge dealership). I absolutely hate this company and I will never be back

Brought my truck to them in August they did the estimate on the truck they never call to let me know when to bring the truck in for repairs.I call them at the end of September.The Excuse oh we don t know why I didn t receive call to let me that the parts were in and when to bring the truck in for repairs.They gave me an date to bring truck in on the October 12. That morning of the 12 they call me and said the truck was done.When I went to pick up my truck it look like they didn t do anything but wash it. I look under the truck and The bolts look like they haven t been Touch calling the Insurance company to let them know what happened.I have brought 3 other cars here for them to fix but I will never come to this place againService: Body & Trim

Hanover Apple Collision has amazing customer service. When my car got towed to the wrong facility, they helped get my vehicle to the right location. Their communication was wonderful about when my vehicle would be completed. And the final work up was outstanding. Thank you all so much Apple Collision, for fixing our vehicle. You Rock!!!!
