We use Brooks-Huff for our Ford F-150. Super friendly staff. Great customer experience. Had a rattling sound underneath truck. Found the issue and fixed right away. Dropped off after hours & picked up the next day. Very convenient and easy transaction. So I've taken 2 vehicles here recently & I'm highly impressed! They got me in the day I called & finished the same day! Moving from MD and not familiar withlocal repair services I chose Good Year based on their reputation. I could not have made a better choice.The front staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The technicians are skilled professionals that provide answers to any questions I may have while being proud of the service they provided. Pricing seems reasonable but I'm not skilled with prices. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. It took my truck in to have a tire leak repaired. I did not call ahead or make an appointment but they got me in immediately and took care of it. I communicated with Steve who was able to get 4 Goodyear tires on my car for the same or cheaper than I could have gotten at a discount place like Sams. Took about an hour. Waiting area was good; wifi and even a desk where I could use my laptop.Service: TiresService: Tires

Brought my car in for a brake check and was told the brakes were fine, but I needed a new belt. I agreed with their expertise, but soon found out they were wrong about the brakes and they put the belt on backwards. I feel scammed. I went to the Hanover Brooks Huff yesterday because I showed up at another local garage 1 min after close, unfortunately. The guys swapped my tire and left me the previously mounted tire in my bed to be put on my new spare as requested. The price was a little more than where I originally went but less than other shops in the area mavis is like $43 for the exact same service , but I mentioned that it was more than I initially planned to pay. They understood and sympathized (as did I because the price I would have paid is ridiculously cheap, but they don t have near the overhead,etc) and they knocked a couple bucks off for me.What I m trying to say is that they really do have some good guys running that shop and I m definitely grateful for the service I received. I didn t realize that other place closed at noon and it s my fault I showed up after they closed. They didn t say so what pay the bill or who cares and were total professionals.Services: Tires, Auto engine tuning

Friendly and knowledgeable. Comfortable and attractive waiting area and shop. Everything seemed clean and shiny. Interesting history of a business that has prospered in the same location for many years. Very fair pricing and efficient service. Our go-to place for oil changes, tire needs, annual inspections. Steve, Chuck and the crew at the Hanover, PA facility are always courteous and helpful. They always review any maintenance that my vehicle manufacturer suggests for the age/mileage of my vehicle so I can decide for myself if and when the work will be done. As usual, the service was extremely professional and courteous. Great value for the services performed. I have been going to Brooks Huff for at least 12 years and have all kinds of service performed.. they have clearly explained the details and need. What can I say, another dishonest auto repair placeI was told that my back brakes failed and needed to be replaced and they charge over $400.00 to replace. I ended up replacing them my self and started to show other auto repair places my old brake shoes. They questioned why they failed. I took them back to the auto repair place they retested and that made a mistake. I appreciate they admitted it, but never gave an apologize. Never ask what they could do to rectify the issue. I spend my time replacing brake shoe that never needed to be replaced. The charge 140. In labor. The biggest business killers is dishonesty. I've been going to and referring my friends and family to Brooks-Huff for 2 years now. They always welcome me with friendly smiling faces and pure courtesy. I have never felt so at home in another business before. They provide excellent work and a reasonable price for high quality tires. Even the mechanics are friendly and will go out of their way to show you anything that might be a future concern right there in the shop. As a mechanic myself i greatly appreciate that

I had an appointment for a wheel alignment, could not be done on my car due to previous modifications. They did however find other issues that needed to be taken care of. A 15 minute job that turned into an hour and a half. All they had to do was switch my tires/wheels around to the correct locations and be done. I feel I was way overcharged for such a job. I asked them to put air in all 4 tires. Went to leave and all 4 were still low on air. Do your research before you take your place to get work done.Service: Tires

They dropped Saturday hours, not good. I feel like they could use 2 more bays and another mechanic. Despite all they are decent at getting your vehicle fixed and back to you in a decent time frame

Came in for a new set of tires and wheel alignment. It could not have been a more positive experience. All the way from setting up the appointment to having the work done, Steve was highly professional and a pleasure to deal with. It s pointless to make an appointment because they have no respect for your time. Something that was only suppose to take an hour I was there for a total of three hours. Immediately after I left I started having the same problem again and now I m having to take it elsewhere for another alignment and I ended up having to go elsewhere to have my tires balanced because when they mounted them they did not balance them correctly. I understand that for some things are a little bit cheaper and i d recommend taking it to somebody that it s a little bit more expensive and maybe more well-known for their services.

Being new-ish to the area, I wasn't sure where to go for truck service. I pulled in one day to this establishment to get my tires checked, and Steve was so friendly, got the tires up to pressure, and refused a tip! So, I came back when I needed more than that.My truck is 14 yrs old, and had sat awhile before we bought it 10 yrs ago. So, every year something else freezes up. Still cheaper than a car payment, and I love my truck. So I went back to Brooks-Huff to get my oil changed and tires rotated/balanced, and asked them to check the steering, which had been tight and creaky as of late. Yep! Frozen shaft in the steering column, AND my emergency brake needed repair. What I liked best was how Mechanic Steve explained exactly where the issue was, what parts would be needed and why, and how he would fix the problem. That is a rare and woman-friendly thing to find in an auto repair business.So everything was fixed, the price was more than I had planned of course, but reasonable. I will definitely go back when I need anything for my vehicle.

I am very impressed with their customer service. They went above what most places would do. I needed a tire at the last minute and I needed it taken to a nearby dealer and they did it for me. It saved me so much hassle. They earned the five star review.

We called Brooks-Huff Tire & Auto about tires for our truck when we had a blow out while on vacation. They went the extra mile and went and got tires from another location to be able to help get us back on the road!
