They always get me in and out as fast as they possibly can even though they are very busy they understand that people need their equipment to keep their businesses going or just to keep their yard kept up with they definitely stay on top of things

Great service, great job, and great price.Who needs more! I go to him every fall and drop off a push mower, snow thrower, snow blower and he will do needed maintenance on each. I ve also taken him. Chain saw, hedge trimmer, and weed wacker whenever they need some service. He will call me a week later to tell me they re ready to pick up.

Brought in a snow blower that wouldn t start the day before an expected storm. They turned it around the same day! Reasonable prices, knowledgeable staff that were able to give me good tips on how to keep the snow blower running and signs to bring it in for service. I m very pleased with the experience and will bring it back here for any service needed.

So far so good they seem to be friendly well knowledgeable we'll see what happens when they call me up to bring in my mower for service. The last place that I use was screwing me money-wise and I gave him a chance to get it right and they didn't. I'll do the stars after I find out

Took a 17 year old self-propelled mower in for repair that was shot and would not run! They were up front and honest about not being economical to repair! Offered a used one at reasonable price over the high cost of a new unit!

My Toro MX5050 Zero Turn required warranty service to be provided by Home Depot Extended Warranty plan. My machine had a plaguing intermittent starting problem. A shop in Thurmont, MD spent five weeks attempting to diagnose and the repair the problem. Three times I was told the problem was fixed. Three times I had to return the mower as it continued to fail to start. I complained to the Home Depot Protection Plan organization demanding a alternate repair shop be found that had the expertise to properly diagnose the problem. Within four hours, my Toro was picked up at my house by Harvey the owner of Abbottstown Repair Shop in Hanover, PA. Harvey and tech. Jeff kept me regularly informed as they went about diagnosing and repairing the electrical starting problem. Ten days later, after receiving and installing a back order electrical carburetor fuel switch, break module and wiring harness, Harvey delivered to my house the repaired machine. Harvey and his team of mechanics are first rate and offer incredible customer service. I highly recommend Abbottstown Repair Shop for fast, reliable, and professional mechanical repair.
