I just want to say what a great experience when I rented a Uhaul truck with this company. They go far and beyond to accommodate and help.you out. There are special people in this company that will satisfy all your needs. I would recommend this company to all. I hope you liked the cookies

This weekend I rented a U-Haul truck from EZ Body Shop. And just like the name it was very easy. I went 12 miles out of my way to go to this place because the one close to me in Newfoundland PA is the worst place to rent a U-Haul from. I paid $1.39 a mile to rent this truck in Hamlin PA. I was happy with the ease of renting and returning.

Was recommended here by insurance after an accident. Took over a month to get the car back, same day had a check engine light on and was running hot and blowing massive amounts of smoke out of the exhaust had it towed back to be told they overfilled it with oil(wouldn t cause it to run hot) now the car is sitting in a shop waiting on a new motor. Car should have been totaled but they repaired it anyway. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

We took our car to E-Z Body Shop in Hamlin Pa we spoke to a woman whose name was Lorie she took our info and told us to come back the next day for the estimite upon returning she said she was looking for the parts to match our car color and she would call us we waited a week with no call we called the office and she wasn't in and she would call back a week went by we called again was told she just stepped out would call back it is now over a month with no response from E-Z BODY SHOP IN HAMLIN PA if a business can't help a customer or doesn't want the business they should be professional enough to relay that to them not just ignore them this way if the customer knows they r not going to be helped they can look elsewhere I feel bad that there r business people that act like this to customers

Behind the times as far as titling goes and no sense of urgency at all. Between running a body shop, uhaul, and a notary in one office with one person be prepared to wait. Never had body work done there but as I was there for an hour and a half I'd say not too much goes on other then story telling and opening the Refridgerator that you can have see into the shop. Also be prepared to watch other customers be taken care of in the middle of the woman in the office doing your title work. Oh and I almost forgot. Do not try to use a credit or debit card. As the credit card machine that sits on the desk in not sure what it is used for. But she refuses to take a payment through it, even when I offered to pay an additional %3. It's a true wonder how a place like this remains open.
