Amazing, knowledgeable, trustworthy.I recently called him to schedule an install of my new dishwasher after Lowe's independent contractor never called or showed up. He came over in less than 30 minutes since I live in the area he serves. He inspected my sink and dishwasher location and confirmed everything was there to hook it up. He explained to me the importance of buying the manufacturer power cord kit and what I need to do to install the dishwasher myself too. He said once the power cord kit arrives I can either try to install it myself or call him if I need help or have any questions.Overall, an honest person who is willing to help others with their projects. Highly recommend.
