From Start to finish this company has been very professional.The accident occured Sunday Aug 4,. We called them the next day and they promptly answered their phone, and explained the whole procedure on what had to be done. Within that day they had the car towed to their place. They handled everything for my mother flawlessly. Within 3 weeks we had the car back to us in superior condition. They did a fabulous job!I just want to add that we originally were going through another company to fix the car and they never responded to our phone calls until several attempts later, and upon finally reaching someone they were extremely rude. I did not waste any time in finding someone else and Patriot was that choice. They very very helpful and kind.Thank you everyone! Will definately use you in the future should we need to!

I needed my door straightened out before the dealership would put replacement parts on my vehicle. The gentleman who assisted me was very kind and honest/helpful. He had me in and out within 20 minutes and I could not have appreciated it more! I hope to never need their collision services in the future, but if I do, they will be the first place I call!

I went there for repairs to my '95 Buick. First of all, they took the time to respond to any and all inquiries I had (and there were many) being that there were a few potentially complicated issues involved. They were very friendly, professional, and courteous. The job entailed restoring the original pin striping, so they did the research to make sure it was done era-specific to the make and model. It came out beautifully, as did the total repair job. The areas that were fixed look good as new. My highest recommendation to Roger and the team at Patriot. They go 'above and beyond' for you. Glad I went there, and will again without hesitation.

The owner was outside and came over to me immediately. He looked at my car, wrote some things down and emailed me a quote within a half hour or less. The owner was very nice and professional.

I crash my Ram 1500 Laramie that I got from local dealership. I called them they recommended a place where we brought my wife s new Jeep Cherokee to when someone keyed it. They did a great job on her Jeep, I figured why not. Now I didn t get my truck there until Thursday oct 4 and insurance made it Friday. Patriot said we can have your truck back oct19th which I need to make money. The week of the 19th they were going start working which they started about Tuesday evening 16th I didn think they would have it finished by Friday and to my surprise they did. They call at 415 and takes me 45mins to drive there, Tara hung around for me until 503 ON A FRIDAY! Thank you guys so much I really appreciate it and my 60k dollar Truck looks like a Million bucks!

Patriot recently towed my sister-in-laws moving truck and attached minivan after she had become medically incapacitated during a long trip. Despite the fact that they didn't have any of the vehicle keys they managed to get the minivan into a secured storage garage to protect the contents. Afterwards they displayed genuine compassion for me and my sister-in-law.I would highly recommend them.

My $70000 Jeep grand cherokee front bumper was damaged at a local dealership they sent it down there to fix it cause it got warped and to fix a chip. theythey touched up the freshly painted bumper with a brush and touch up paint horribly and they couldnt get the bumper to fit correctly still instead of calling the dealer back saying the bumper needs replacment the decided to take it apond them self to just industrial glue the front bumper to the car. Now the bumper wont come off with out having to break the bumper off at the corners and the shop was proud of what they did and tryed hiding that they glued it when I called them out they started giving an aditude I highly recomend not going here if u care about your vehicle

The bumper and truck of my car got smashed up in an accident. Took it to them. Got it fixed. The inspection was running out so i got my car inspected and the guy said he couldn't even tell that work was done to it. Great job

Awesome service. Very friendly and down to Earth. Are not condescending toward you like some shops. Not looking forward to crashing again...but would definitely use this shop again.

Worst experiance ever... Took a month to get my car done.. Told me to use thier car rental service with atole from me cuz patriot had my car longer then needed sat in the lot a week extra without being worked upon when call them the only answer i got was Yea no help at would not recomand thia at all.. Also when got my car back had to return it because the wheel alignment was messed up

Had to fix the fender on my Subaru which requires them to take the door off. When I got the Subaru back the door had lose parts rattling in it and the window wouldnt roll down all the way. Terrible service!
