So far so good. Since my Kia went into limp mode and started bucking and running like garbage, they were able to get it in and diagnose it pretty darn fast, and let me know Kia was covering a new engine. I got this Kia soul as a free rental. I might have more to say once parts are in and they get to fix it all. Bud, who is a newer service writer took care of me and also had some veteran help answer some tough questions.

After a bad experience at another dealership, Outten Kia and Abbey went above and beyond! We drove over an hour to get there and will go back to buy from them again if we decide to get another Kia. After a few days of driving my new 2024 Kia Carnival SX Prestige, I love it more and more each day!

My first time visiting this dealership. ALL employees that I encountered were extremely nice and helpful. The only thing I think needs improvement is the waiting area. I've been to many dealerships over the years and this one was the worse. I don't know how they would have handled it during covid because you had to sit right aside of all the people. Choice of snacks wasn't good either. They just need to expand area to be more comfortable and safe when you're expected to be sitting there for hours.

By far the easiest car buying experience I have ever had! When we got to the dealership we were promptly greeted by Chastity who is a ray of sunshine, had a test drive, and sealed the deal. I spent less than two hours at the dealership. Justin had all of the documents in order to sign, very efficient with absolutely zero hassle. Highly recommend.

I love Outten Kia. The workers have taken great care of me and my family right from the start shopping for a reliable family vehicle. They have been very friendly and accommodating to me and have made sure that we are driving in a safe reliable vehicle! Their service department is the best and I have not had any costs that I feel are unjustified ever! The prices for labor and parts have been affordable and the quality of the parts for my vehicle have been amazing! I have owned my vehicle for 6 years and I love it! Outten kia staff has taken care of us and our car above what I have ever experienced anywhere else over the years! I have nothing but great things to say about them and I will buy any future vehicles from them!

I live out of state, on my way to P.A. something didn't seem right in the front end. I stopped there Good Friday without an appointment, I explained that I was from out of state, when I was going back, my problem, and if they could at least look at it, which would give me time Saturday to get a rental car to go back if it needed to be fixed.They were able to get my car in, checked out the front end, suspension, & new tires.I appreciate what they done in short notice, to help me out.

I had a throughly pleasant experience dealing with Chastity at Outten Kia.She responded promptly to me and accommodated my requests to the best of her ability.Outten Kia had the exact vehicle we wanted. Provided a test drive on the day and time we wanted and had my vehicle spotless and ready for pickup the day and time that was convenient for me.We love our new KIA.

Outten Kia in Hamburg their staff was very friendly and treat us with respect and were very helpful in getting us in the truck we wanted. Our sales person Abby made us feel very comfortable. We will be returning to them when we decide to get another car.

I had an issue with my Kia and Kathy and Bill in the service department went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue. They could not have been kinder or more polite..They were patient because I did not understand some of the technology in the new vehicle. They represent the best of Outten Kia. Also, when I went to sit down to wait in the showroom, a young lady came over and asked if I needed anything and I explained to her I was there for Service, however, she could not have been kinder just as if I was buying a new car from her. If you re looking for a dealership that not only cares but follows up after the purchase and make sure that you understand everything and shows you and then let you do the work yourself to make the computer operate properly. This is the place to go.

Very pleased with Outten Kia. Abbey was helpful, kind and caring throughout the entire process! I never felt pressured into any decisions, and was able to have all of my questions answered during and after purchasing. Staff was thorough in making sure the entire experience was smooth and easy.

Richard (in Service) worked intently and meticulously to make sure my repairs were covered by my insurance in order to decrease my costs appropriately. The work got done efficiently and I am TOTALLY satisfied again with their Service Department!

I have been on the verge of trading my car or just keeping it. I decided to reach out through the text chat for some information about a vehicle. I ended up trading my vehicle:) it was the best decision I made. Better safety qualities and it s new, fresh start! Chastity was the one who took care of me through it all! Everything was well explained and she was very patient with me. No hassle what so ever and she is still answering any questions I may have about the vehicle:)

Excellent service. They fit our vehicle, after a break down, in sooner than original appointment date. If you want a trust worthy kia dealership that cares about meeting your needs as soon as possible this is it. They are the only kia dealership we will go to anymore. And they are further away from where we live.

My overall experience from beginning to end has been almost all pleasant. The employees were all really kind and I didn't feel forced to purchase my vehicle. Which I would have left if I felt like they were all about a sale over making sure I was doing the right thing for me. The only issue is the emissions and inspection wasn't done so I was riding dirty for the day but once they caught it they fixed it ASAP. And there was an issue with someone in the vehicle and they ordered the parts right away.I am overall very happy with my experience.

We were very pleased with with our experience with Outten Kia. They went out of their way to make sure we were pleased with our new car. We drove over 3 hours to get the exact car that we wanted and we were not disappointed. Chastity was amazing as well as the rest of the team. The only down side was we were told that we were would have a full tank of gas to get home and I think that may have just been an oversight but not a big deal at all. Overall, we re extremely pleased with our car and would highly recommend them when you re in the market for a new car.

A free inspection should be free not $70 plus I got charged for the omissions test and I only had 1000 miles on since last inspection. I m not happy and I ll never come back.

Our Sorento 2021 had a recall to check the transmission in Jan. They checked a few things and declared it just fine. By mid August, the transmission was not shifting out of 1st gear. We had it towed on a Monday to the dealership and waited for a call. Didn't hear anything by Tuesday and so called to see if it was there and when they could get to look at it. We were told not until at the earliest the following week.We called the following week and they said, oh no not until next week. Nothingwas ever said about a replacement vehicle until we brought up the subject. Then we were told where to go. Enterprise was very accommodating. We have 2 large dogs that have to be transported and Outen originally approved a small SUV that they never would have fit in. Enterprise realized this and contacted them for a larger SUV.To make a long story short, it took over a MONTH and at least 5 phone calls to get the transmission, which was under warranty, replaced.Your name says Sales and SERVICE!
