They really take care of their customers. A dealership like no other. Check them out if your looking for a new or used vehicle. The people are friendly and they don't push you to buy. Salesman are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend Ciocca dealerships. I bought my used car there today. My sister recommended them to me. Great people. 5 stars.

I bought my car their, really didn't have a problem. Didn't care how service advisor handleed himself, but the management took charge and handled it professionally. Wish all dealerships would handle themselves in a professional manor. I had every right for getting upset, u tried preemptive strike. Nobody did anything wrong. Just should have made a phone call, to talk about product. Would buy another vehicle there.

They took my car into service on time. They did an inspection, oil change, tire rotation. The time it took was reasonable and considering I needed rear brakes I thought it went fast. I have to say I was impressed that the clerk at the desk paid for a service that he forgot to have me authorize. That to me was above and beyond for customer service. And yes, I saw him pay for it.I bought my car there and almost every service has been done there. I am looking at a new car and you can bet it will come from there.

Went to get the oil changed in my pickup truck. The service center got me in. They notified me that somehow I managed to have a dead bird in my grill. The lobby for where surface is done everybody was appropriately 6 ft apart. The countywide news was on the television. They had beverages available and had signs posted for wearing masks.

I was pleased with my visit today!!I went to Outten Chevrolet, Hamburg PA, for my inspection and oil service. When I drove into the service bay, Eric waved me in to show me where to park my vehicle. He then very courteously took my information, then walked me to the coffee and waiting area which I appreciated because this establishment is still new to me. I really liked that there was a detective show on the TV (usually there is sports) which I enjoyed. A very nice young man named Beau came to let me know my SUV was finished and he showed me to the cashier. Then I met Cindy who checked me out and she was super nice. They all made me feel welcomed at each step. Then I went to the sales area to see the wonderful young man, Dan, who sold me my Equinox. We had a nice conversation catching up since I had last seen him. He is so knowledgeable and very willing to answer any question or concern that I may have had.....or would have.

Sale person who help us with the purchase of our first new truck was very knowledgeable about the truck's dashboard screening and other features in the truck. Sale's rep.and also the persons who help us finalize the deal for the truck.was very friendly,,respectful and patient with us Thank you so much.

Had to take my car for service on a recall. I needed it done quickly as I had travel plans. They were very friendly, efficient and professional and got the job done for me in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

Never like to hear that I have to spend money to get my car fixed, but this place is top-notch. Great service department. A little busy now. I guess they're picking up a lot of the newly closed Hazleton dealership business. So, be prepared for a backup in the service department.

Both Outten Chevrolet and Outten Chrysler are absolutely fantastic. Their salesmen are very upfront and honest about getting you in a vehicle that you can afford. I will never go to any other dealership. If you're a GM person, ask for Daniel. He's just an honest salesman who will absolutely do what he can to get you into the vehicle that works for you. For you Dodge, Jeep and Chrysler people. Tyler is just as honest, and found my wife the SUV she didn't know she loved

What can I say about Outten Kia? I bought 2 Kia sorentos here. Had nothing but trouble with them. Every time I take either of them in there is something wrong. My Kia has had the backup camera and monitor replaced at least 3 times. My fiancee's Kia had her's replaced twice. Not to mention various other issues. The service at this place is amazing. They bend over backwards to help us and go out of their way each time. I just wish that the vehicles were a little better so I wouldn't have to find out how good their service is when one of my vehicles break. Super nice staff. Friendly and always clean.

Love the courtesy from salesman Luis Esquivel, what outstanding job he is doing..Thank because you I was be able to pick a vehicle that fit my budget and upgrade my old 2015 Jeep Renegade latitude to a new 2021 Jeep Renegade latitude. Love it.

Not inpressed. We bought both vehicles from them, but went for service during Covid-19. No facemasks for employees and if they had one on it was NOT put on properly. Jeep was completed in time, but when picked up... jeep not washed (yellow pollination and hand marks all over) not clean, auto insurance and registration all over the jeep. The sun visor was not even up. I sorry, but unless it under warranty I am not coming back. You should treat my vehicle like yours and its sad if your vehicle is a trash can, but mine is not

Lousy repair work. Car there 2 weeks and broke down in Baltimore with same problem. Never again, errors happen but vehemently deyning their failure to cover their error!

Gary did a very good job taking care of me with getting my dart fixed and having a loner car for me to use while it was getting done. Wish it would of been a Challenger!! Lol

Worst time ever they called to and told us what they found with our truck and left out that their would be a bill when we under the impression it was under warranty and when we got there they want to leave us stranded cause we didn't have the money to pay the bill
