I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience with Outten Jeep Dealership. I called in to schedule a routine oil and tire change appointment for Saturday, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service l received.Outten Jeep Dealership went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Despite calling just two days prior, Angela was able to fit me in for the first appointment of the day. I arrived at 8:15 and was back in my car by 8:43.The efficiency and promptness of their service were truly remarkable.I would like to give a special shout-out to Jason, the service advisor who assisted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patiently answered all my questions, and it was evident that he genuinely enjoyed his job. His professionalism and expertise made the entire experience even more pleasant.Although Outten Jeep Dealership is a 40-minute drive from South Lebanon, I am more than willing to make the trip. The quality of their service, the exceptional employees like Jason and Angela, and the overall experience far surpasses that of the local dealership just five minutes away.I highly recommend Outten Jeep Dealership to anyone in need of reliable and top-notch service for their vehicle. They have earned my trust and loyalty, and I will continue to choose them for all my automotive needs.

Great customer service with all staff involved with my new compass purchase. Especially Karah the internet sales manager and Michael G. Salesman. They both listened to me and weren't pushy to make a sale and were very helpful. I would give them a 5 star rating.

Very professional, helpful and nice staff. Angela was great on the phone and through texting. Eli was very nice, courteous and informative. On the other hand. Jason was unprofessional with how he talked to the female cashier when she asked him to help me. Overall this Dealership is top notch and I drive the 15 miles to get there even though the other Jeep dealership is only about 1 mile from my house.

Truck had to go in for a check engine light. The staff and technicians were great, they road tested and tried a couple things before jumping to a conclusion. In the end the truck was fixed and the price was reasonable

What a great experience buying my new Jeep Compass latitude lux!! My salesman was Oscar Rosa!! He was very patient, informative, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly!! He kept me in the loop with every detail!! I got a good deal on my trade in and I m in love with my jeep!!! Thank you Outten jeep for getting me in a beautiful vehicle!!! Excellent, was never taken care of so good. Oscar and Bob were both great to work with. They treated my husband and myself with respect. Oscar knew everything about the jeep and shared it with us, where the other told us nothing. My husband is coming back on Monday to get the jeep he wants. We can not say enough about how well we were treated. My husband did all the dealing and at no time did they make him feel stupid. He is referring all his family and friends to Outten with Oscar and Bob. I always wanted a jeep and Oscar put my in it. I m 64 yrs old and feel like a kid driving it. And we took it home the same day. Thank you for the bottom of my heart.

My wife had taking her dodge durango in for service and inspection. The staff was very friendly. The mechanic Conrad was great and very knowledgeable. Angela was great at keeping me informed on my car as we waited!

It was a very entertaining experience. It's always awesome to deal with staff that have wonderful communication skills with a n awesome sense of humor. It was my first time using their service department, and there could be a little better signs and such pointing to the service door.

They were very thorough with my vehicle. Even when they couldn t find the problem, they had me take them for a test drive to replicate the issue. You don t see many shops like that. My repairs were done quickly, and they kept me well informed of the status of my vehicle.

Had a great experience with Outten.. was my first time there .. they didn t have the wrangler I was looking for (4xe) in the color I wanted .. but before I left the truck pulled in with a bunch of wranglers (4xe) and I got to look at every single one of them before settling down on one . Over all I m very pleased with my salesman Oscar .. and I m overly excited with my purchase :) thank you Outten ..now I m looking for my first Duck

Happy with the vehicle. Very unhappy with the service. Haven't even had my jeep 2 months and had to take it twice for the brakes...still unresolved issue. I don't feel I should be responsible to replace the brakes within the first 2 months of purchasing my vehicle.Follow up: replaced front brakes myself and apparently that's the reason they're squeaking. I put the wrong rotors on. They replaced the back brakes finally. But needless to say I'm still driving with squeaky brakes.

My wife and I were shopping around for a new 2023 Jeep 4xe. As we pulled in, a gentleman by the name of Brian Bien-Aime already had the door to the dealership opened for us. We told him what we were looking for and without hesitation he found us exactly what we were looking for and hit our payment goal! My wife and I are both super impressed with the professionalism and mannerism from Brian and everyone at Outten Jeep in Hamburg. The General manager even offered to take us out for dinner while we waited for the car to get finished up. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. In the very near future I will be looking to trade in my other vehicles here at Outten. Thank you so much!!!!!

I went in there today to purchase a spare key for another one of ky vehicles. I was told I was not allowed to purchase another key with out proof of ownership of the vehicle. I was not driving the vehicle that day, but I did have the key with me. I have never encountered this at any dealership both professionally and personally. Who carries proof of ownership on them? Wasted a forty five minute drive for nothing.If they are going to be this difficult about a simple key, I can't imagine what other hoops they make you jump through unnecessarily.

Where to start: I ll start by saying that I wish this dealership was in MY hometown of Pocono Pines PA.I have had the most lack lustered servicing at my dealership Ray Price Ford/Ram, which seems to treat my truck like it s from outer space , since I didn t purchase it there.So - after Ray Price s dealership was made aware that I had a check engine light on in my low mileage 2021 Ram MegaCab Diesel 2500 Laramie ($85k -$98 out the door with ext. warranties ) they told me to drive it around until the light comes back on- andeven stated that there s no way that they could tell what s wrong unless the light is on. Which just about everyone knows is incorrect and DANGEROUS for the vehicle.Which lead me to weeks later when I was 2 hours from home and in the Hamburg area when my check engine light went on.I saw Outten Jeep on my left as I passed it on the way to my destination . It was the day before New Years Eve , a Friday and towards the end of the business day- but I was desperate seeing this engine light on and having a 2 hr ride back home- so what the heck I went into the dealership (with Ray Price Ram s staff in mind) and was ready to get laughed at by the clearly busy and preoccupied with their own customers , service staff.And this is where things got awesome ! I approached Eli Stup s desk intimidated by what I thought his response would be, but was met with a smile , actual concern and a let me see what I could do .So I went outside and to my wife s surprise (as well)- told her they are actually going to help us ! And that they did.They had it on the lift within 30 minutes - pulled tires - were in the hood, seemingly going through everything .Which made me understand that they weren t just appeasing me - late on a Friday , before the new year, with plenty of customers that they were already clearly servicing: and were truly concerned about getting to the bottom of things.They literally went front to back .The serviceman Joan came out at the end and spoke to me . And once again impressed me with both the time that he took to look at the vehicle and now to explain to me (a non mechanic ) in detail all that he was concerned about saw and even fixed my turbo charge line that wasn t on right , possibly from the last repair at my hometown dealership.I cannot say enough .But wait - I will . I also spoke with another customer which had a similar story , that despite his truck not being purchased at Outten Jeep, he had a similar experience of great service (he is a local) and said they took him in same day, no appointment just as they did me.As a former business owner- I envy the owner of this place- as employees (I called mine family) like this are rare to come across ! What they did for me and seem to do for everyone that comes their way is handle things , not thinking as some do, that we did enough today or come back with an appointment , or it s not an Outten purchased vehicle .This equates to - they really are looking out for their bosses and owners bottom line.Excellent experience !!!I bet they are just as a awesome with their sales team and bend over backwards for those that purchase there!Although I felt like I d purchased there. :)Eli and his two other service team members shared info with me and answered questions as Eli was back and forth in the shop with the techs!Blessings to your dealership in 2024!!Thanks for giving me your time and the peace of mind to drive home not thinking I m going to blow an engine and void a warranty for driving with the light on.P.S- they got the light to go off as well!!!!!!!!!DJJJ

Been to Outten 3 times, all 3 times there has been some sorta issue. This last time they charged me for a part I already purchased. The only reason I went there is it is close to home.

Oscar was extremely helpful. He showed us the best options for us and we drove home a new Jeep Compass High Altitude and we are very happy. Would definitely recommend Outten Jeep.
