Brad was very kind and helpful in finding just the right car for me. I love my new Equinox. It drives very smoothly and he explained everything very clearly and patiently. It has been 15 since my last car purchase and I was not looking forward to the experience. I need not have worried. Once I got to Outten and Brad things were very easy and relaxed. Thank you for being so helpful.

Was in a little emergency situation with my old vehicle and needed a new one. Becky was fantastic keeping in touch with me via text and Brad was an amazing salesman. He made the process easy and tried to take as much stress off of me as possible. Very happy I walked away with a vehicle I and my family liked.

The staff at Outten Cheverlot are simply Top Notch! I recently purchased a slightly used vehicle and had a tire issue 2 days after purchasing. They fixed the issue at no charge to me and accommodated me in a timely manner. They listened to my concerns while I was shopping for the right vehicle for me, and placed me in a great "new" car! Highly recommend!

It was my first time to the Outten service dept. for a recall repair. The lady service advisor was very friendly. She showed me around without me having to ask . The estimated time of the service to be completed was accurate. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I would absolutely go here again.

Outten in Hamburg there business is GREAT!!! The minute we pulled on the lot to the minute we left with my husband's 2020 Custom Chevy Silverado we could not have been more happier. Eric was wonderful as our sales man. He left us look, test drive, talk and do what we needed to do for us to make the best decision for us. The loan people were great as well. They went above and beyond there duty to help us any way they could. Need less to say my husband drove off the lot with his truck he wanted. The people were great at Outten to the point we are looking at a blazer from there as well. We do not wanna forget the shop and service crew. We had services don't there and they were fast and efficient. Thank you everyone for the great service, friendly hospitality and nice atmosphere. See you soon for the next vehicle. There s a reason why I couldn t tell you what the inside of any other Chevy Dealership looks like because one day we walked into Outten Chevrolet and have never gone anywhere else!!!! They Just Do It Right!!! Sales team is excellent!!! Jim and Dan Go Above and Beyond to Assure Greatness!!! Paperwork process was very efficient and the vehicle was beautifully detailed!!! Experience Was OUTTEN This World!!!

We would have to say the best part of our experience at Outten Chevrolet was our sales rep Angela. She was not pushy, very informative and friendly. She made it a smooth transaction. A good experience all the way around. Would return in the future.

Got our fourth vehicle lease at Outten, Hamburg. Angie is A+ sales person. She's knowledgeable, friendly and wants the best for the customer. Andy is great at giving you a good deal. Wouldn't want to go to any other dealership. Newest lease was a Silverado. Angie listens to you and that's very important. Thank you Angie, Andy and all the staff at Outten.

Very friendly atmosphere. Brian was a terrific person as a salesperson. I had only one issue with them but they had fixed the issue. If I would have to ever buy a car it would be from this place.

Wonderful dealer experience. Daniel was a great salesman. No pressure allowed us to just walk around and think about such a large decision. Also very knowledgeable salesmen. Based on our experience their, we would definitely go back.

Went in for an oil change and recall. Everyone was friendly upon my arrival. Took care of the service to my vehicle quickly, I was in and out with no problem. Since we leased our 3rd vehicle with Outten Chevy we ve had nothing but the best experience! Highly recommend!

Dramatic needs for improvement in customer service at this dealership. I notified them ahead of time of the specific car I wanted to purchase before I arrived to the dealership but had to wait 5 hours for them to complete my paperwork. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone was less than courteous before he realized I was actually going to buy the car .

The dealership was good but I told them exactly which speaker to fix and paid for it and the speaker I told them to fix is still broken. I Don't know which one they fixed it sounds the same as it did when I dropped it off. I would call to schedule again but don't want to spend money just to have another perfectly fine speaker replaced and have them leave the bad one

I drove past a passel of car dealerships to reach my Otten dealership in Hamburg, PA. seventy miles away! I wanted to repeat my positive experience of three years ago and that is what I did. I got the same friendly service that I recalled from three years ago; but, amazingly, I got another Trailblazer with a very affordable lease agreement. I'm looking forward to another three years ofTrailblazer driving satisfaction!

The team at Outten was great from phone scheduling, loaner car and getting my work done. Was my first purchase at Outten Chevy for 2021 Z71 Silverado. I ve called Eric in sales and Ron in service and they ve been super nice and knowledgeable.

Best experience in town. Stopped to look at a Chevy Bolt euv. Liked it, said I'll take it. Paper work was done in an hour. On the road we went. Fantastic customer service throughout the whole process. Everyone was friendly & professional. Thanks to everyone for making it happen.

I had scheduled my service appointment weeks in advance, but on the day my car was supposed to be serviced they didn't even look at it. It took four more days for the work to be completed all the while they kept finding more things that "needed " to be fixed and delaying when the job would be completed. The only way I would ever recommend Outten is if I really disliked someone and wanted them to have an awful experience. Ridiculous pricing and very poor customer service.

I was kind of split with how I felt about my experience. My sales people Brian and Tonya were awesome. They did everything they could to get me into the vehicle I chose. The only complaint I would have is that they were dealing with other people while dealing with me to which isn t a bad thing I was just overwhelmed with the whole experience. Took me a little while after leaving to calm down, lol. I knew from the jump that I wanted to visit Outten and the experience didn t disappoint for sure!! I will definitely be recommending the dealership to anyone wanting to buy a vehicle!!

I have bought 7 vehicles from Outten Dealerships since 2004. The staff is always courteous and professional while still being down to earth. They make you feel like you re part of the family. Bought my 2nd new car from Outten. Angela put me in the car I wanted and I love my new Trax.Everyone was extremely helpful with the paperwork and financing. The service department got the inspection done and the protective coating on so I could drive it home same day.I Highly recommend Outten for a new or used car.

Tonya was a great help explaining all the extra insurance and add-ons when I purchased my 2024 Chevy Silverado. Brian was a great consultant and very friendly while showing me the different options of vehicles before deciding to purchase one. Everyone in the dealership were professional and friendly from the moment I walked in with an old trade in to the moment I walked out with a brand new truck. Wonderful experience.

My family and myself have been going to Chevy Outten dealership for many years. Mark, our sales guy, is knowledgeable and understanding and will do what is needed to be sure we have all we want with our vehicles. Doug, the finance manager, is personable and provides amazing information in a way that s actually easy to understand. There s no hackling or pressure to purchase or add on anything when going thru the car buying purchase. I know my family and I will continue to choose Outten Chevy as our car/truck dealer.

Yaniv ("LT") was very fun, helpful, patient, and straightforward. Doug was amazing at helping me figure out warranties and financial things I didn't understand. Liane got us through the paperwork quickly and easily once everything was settled and ready. I was very nervous going in, but they all helped me feel at ease once we got started.

LT was great to work with. He was patient with my detailed questions and my collection of information. I came out to test drive a Trax and ask for information so that I could go home, create a list (spreadsheet) with comparisons of a Trax vs a Trailblazer and new vs used on the Trailblazer and analyze. I then went back with stock #'s in hand of ones I wanted to see. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or needed too much info. He volunteered to go the extra mile and I appreciated his efforts. I've been in service and sales for 40 years and he was awesome! Great job LT and Outten!! I'm not a fan of car shopping and he made the experience pleasant and somewhat fun.
