I recently bought a Bronco Sport Big Bend through Tim Brickel. AMAZING is not a strong enough word for the experience I had!!! Tim and I spoke several times before I came in for a test drive. He had the vehicle ready and a smile on his face. He was NO HASSLE and all PATIENCE!! Buying a new car can be very stressful but not with Tim at Manderbach!! I absolutely love my new Bronco and thanks to Tim I got a fantastic deal! While I am not local to Manderbach Ford, I was willing to drive a little to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I could afford. This is the first car I ve ever owned that has every single thing I ve wanted and more!!! Thank you Tim and Manderbach for helping my new car dream come true!!! Shannon M.

Great service! Was able to get in with no appointment for new battery and 5k service/ oil change. They didn't push additional services but spoke to the advantages of preventative maintenance that could benefit my vehicle in the future. Have had great experiences here in the past as well!

Amazing dealership! We drove 2 hours to get our Bronco. Christopher & Damien were wonderful to work with via email and text. Bill, our salesperson, was great and welcoming when we arrived at the dealership. Monica was fantastic with the signing of all of the documents. We highly recommend this dealership and have no problem driving back out to purchase another vehicle. If it was a local dealer, we would definitely be using them for service. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend!

I worked with Brady on multiple vehicles at this dealership. Not just for me, but my sister and my father and they have been nothing but great. Any complication came with quick response was an easy process. Brady was always up front and honest always and has shown that he has continued to do so.Great place to do business with. I will continue to do business with them and Brady. Finance manager was great to deal with also. Best Ford dealership I ve ever dealt with. Would recommend Brady to anyone!

I have now purchased 2 vehicles here.My most recent purchase was such a great experience. From the email communications to the amazing hospitality. On May 18th 2023 I blew out a spark plug on my 5.4 l. Triton in my 2006 e250 it was the end of the day so the mechanics were unable to repair it. But what they did was do a quick fix so I was able to limp home the vehicle without destroying the engine. Thank you Seth and the mechanics for all you did for me. I highly recommend this dealership.

Parts changers, not mechanics. Take your diesel to Hassler Deisel. They know how to diagnose the problem. Had my F250 at Ford twice and could not find the problem. Hassler found and fixed a pinched wire in a few hours. Truck runs great now. Thanks for nothing Ford dealership....

I brought my car in for an issue that was covered by warranty. I asked them to do an oil change since they would have my car a couple weeks. While doing that they recommended I replace one of the back tires. I had them do that as well as replace a front tire that I was having tire pressure issues with. Once I received my car back it immediately gave me an error message. I text them with a pic of the error ( we had been communicating 90% through text prior to this). After a week of no response I followed up and they just told me to make an appointment. It took a couple weeks and my car sounded bad, like the original issue was back. Made an appointment and they told me now I needed to replace the other 2 tires to fix it! That didn t make any sense but I felt like I had no other option. I got 2 more new tires. Once I received it back my brakes sound horrible. Each fix leads to another new fix, with issues that were never issues before I brought it to Manderbach. I m going to get new brakes but I m taking it somewhere else. The money, time and inconvenience is crazy. I m not sure if I m being taken advantage of or if they are just messing things up when they fix other things!

Took my car in to get fixed after a weather accident. They did a phenomenal job with the body work, and the turn around time was less than two weeks for the extensive damage.The only issue I had was with payment because of an incorrect price, but other than that this place was great!

Had absolutely no intentions of buying a car that day. My son and a. My son and I drove by the lot and saw a truck that caught her eye it's all a truck that caught her eye next thing I knew I was signing the I was signing the papers to buy it. Low pressure dealer. Low pressure dealership nice front line vehicles and yet line vehicles and very reasonable prices. Price point was a. Price point was a few $1000 lower than the trucks in my area but then the trucks in my area just an hour away. Time was my sales person and did everything right. No rush , no pressure and paperwork was a breeze. I highly recommend this dealer.

I bought a new 2023 Escape at the end of November 2023. Since Manderbach has sent me three emails asking for a review - here you go. Sometimes you get what you want. I did all my research ahead of time - had my vehicle picked out and did the finance pre-approval. So, when I went in to the dealership-all the young salesman had to do was the paperwork. No salesmanship, no haggling, probably the easiest commission he could make. I showed up and started signing papers. On one paper, I noticed that the dealership took it upon themselves to renew my license plate/registration - which was not due for another two months. I told the finance lady that I was getting a new plate for the vehicle and did not want to pay for a renewal of the old plate. She told me that I would easily get a refund from PENNDOT. Not true, which I did not find out until a few days later when I called PENNDOT. I guess she didnt want to redo the paperwork, so I paid for a two year registration that is being replaced in a month. We then set up pickup for the next day. That evening, the young salesman told me that he discovered that the vehicle had been used as a "loaner" and pickup of the vehicle would be delayed. He did not offer any kind of discount until I expressed concern about the loaner status. I ended up getting a paltry 6 month extension on the vehicle warranty. Well, we finally get to the day of vehicle pickup. The salesman pretty well tossed me the keys and said "any questions" as we stood outside the new vehicle. I had to ask him to review some of the features, given the technology and computer screen. This ill informed salesman had no idea about the vehicle features. He fumbled through some of the dash computer screens and even "discovered" that the vehicle had a safe installed in the glove box. The young lad apparently put no time or effort into vehicle prep. I finally told him that I would figure out the vehicle features on my own. A day later, I was having problems since the vehicle did not come with a hard copy manual-Ford allegedly no longer provides paper manuals. I emailed the young lad. Three days later-no reply. I had to call the sales manager who politely listened and gave cavalier and obiviously indifferent replies to my inquiries. I head back to the dealership and I watch the young salesman scurry away like a mouse. I instead deal with the finance lady who makes a feeble attempt at reviewing the vehicle features-admitting she was not sure how to operate the features. We had to go into her office and print off instructions for the safe operation since our wonderful salesman did not provide the information. I then pointed out that the vehicle window sticker listed a front license plate bracket as a free feature and that it was missing. So the finance lady looks under the seats and in the rear for the bracket. She then goes to the parts department and implies that I would have to mount the bracket myself. No. So - there you go. I have spent over $100K in vehicles off Manderbach over the past few years (as told to me by the giddy salesman who made a commission for doing nothing). I experienced the worse car salesmanship (or lack thereof) that I can ever remember. So - young Ryan - maybe familiarize yourself with the product you are selling. So - sales manager - maybe be a bit more proactive when a longtime customer expresses concern. So - finance lady - educate yourself on PENNDOT registration rules so you dont screw someone else out of $100 registration fees. I will be going to other local Ford dealers in the future thanks to this failure by the staff of Manderbach. There's your requested review Manderbach Ford. Merry Christmas.

Great experience at Manderbach Ford. Setup appt. online and Bill Mayew got me in and out in one night and left in a new Bronco. Facility and all other staff were all fantastic. Will be back and would highly recommend!

I love Manderbach Ford! They have been servicing my Volkswagen Jetta for the last 2 years and I ve never had a complaint! It s awesome that they accept all makes and models for their quick lane service! Whenever I need to schedule an appointment I m always scheduled in right away! They have a super nice facility that s offers a very spacious waiting lounge! Their lot is always filled with new and used vehicles! I always feel taken care of whenever I leave Manderbach Ford. Matt was busy the Saturday we stopped in but still managed to give us all the attention we needed and we purchased! I used to work for Manderbach Ford. I was fired, due to looking for other employment without even having an interview set up. That was their reasoning. Thankfully found a job within 2 weeks of being unemployed (which they still have yet to accept anything with unemployment). Then my boyfriend takes his 2017 F250 to them to get diagnosed for water coming through the sunglass holder. They charged him 1 hr for labor which was $185 plus quoted him another $700 to repair the seals in the cab lights. So $13 worth of seals, plus NEW OEM cab lights mind you, screws, seals and everything would be $135 out the door and they wanted to charge my boyfriend $700 ALL while trying to pick up his truck, the rear view mirror was hanging along with a service advisor (Dave Carr) arguing with my boyfriend if his truck is stock or deleted. Well, I think my boyfriend would know if his own truck is deleted or not .. Said person continued to argue with him because of his EGR monitor that is supposedly a tuner , as said person stated. Therefore, we will never go back!!!!!

Walked into the dealership and was greeted promptly. Was introduced to salesman Brady, immediately. He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. From test driving vehicles through financing my (new to me) vehicle he guided me through the whole process. He was polite and kind and I will definitely be looking for him at this dealership when I am ready to buy another vehicle. It will be a while though because I love my JEEP.Ashley in finance was also amazing, helpful and kind. She explained everything thoroughly which helped me feel confident I was getting the best deal .

One of the shadiest businesses I ve felt with, I had repairs done to my car under insurance, but they failed to fully repair it claiming it wasn t messed up for the same reason. Had another mechanic look at it and he basically told me they lied. Very untrustworthy and will not be going back here. Based on some of the other reviews the owner blames customers for things the dealership is at fault for and doesn t take responsibility either. If you have to go here all I have to say is good luck

We had a great experience at Manderbach Ford the other day. The salesperson we dealt with was Bobbi Martin. She is fantastic! We did not feel any pressure to buy. When we did come to a decision, Bobbi took the time to show us and "go over" all the features of the car. Plus, she was not satisfied until we were. I don't remember ever experiencing that from any other car salesperson before. Another lost art in many industries is the follow up call after the sale which of course we received!

Response from owner is a Lie no price was even discussed Sales Man Bill wanted to know my financing told him and I was already approved from my bank he didn't like it. Told me they couldnt sell me the vehicle, After leaving he came back to say he could work with me i guess so when your loosing a customer I guess the owner didn't know the whole truth Oh well his loss not mine!!!!!Wasted an hour drive to buy a vehicle in which the dealership said nope we don't take outside financing. Typical dealer not making money off your back with you financing through them look elsewhere. I was ready to buy the 2023 F-150 but nope lost a customer over greed.

Took my 2022 Jayco Alante 29F in for an inspection and oil change. I am very happy with the service I received. Had me in and out within an hour and a half. Making an appointment was quick and easy, with short notice they got me in on the day and time I needed. Absolutely pleased with there friendly courteous service.
