The entire process with CARSTAR Manderbach Ford was a great experience! The time it took to do the initial estimate was minimal. The information that was given prior to the car being dropped off was helpful. The communication during the repair process was great! The people in the collision center offices were friendly, professional, and attentive! The best part is that the car looks GREAT!! It looks brand new! Thank you for everything!! I highly recommend CARSTAR Manderbach Ford for collision repair!!

Whole side of car needed big repairs front fender ,door and quarter panel. Door column had to be straightened a small touch up to the hood was paint and the whole side painted. Very nice work done.Staff very nice. We found one little slight ding and they said they will send someone out to fix it and there work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car. The body shop did an excellent job job repairing my car. I no have no complaints so far. The door looks great, everything is lined up perfectly. They had 8 cars ahead of me when it was brought in. Two weeks later, the lady I spoke to said they had 8 cars ahead of me. I reminded her that there were 8 cars ahead of me two weeks ago. And I had to bget my he rental car back by a certain date. 4:days later my car was finished perfectly. I am satisfied with the service so far.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Just picked it up but the first thing was that the lock and handle on the passenger side was not hooked up to the car I guess. The lock spinned and the door had to be opened from the outside only. They fixed it right away. Last time they left stuff unfixed but it was what it was. So far we are ok. People are nice that you talk to just wish they would really look over the car before it goes home.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim

I recently received a knee replacement. I had two of my brothers drop off and pick up my Dodge Ram. I can't walk enough right now but my brothers said they did a great job. I should be able to see for myself tomorrow morning.. I'll let you know if I find anything I don't like..

I had a minor accident. Manderbach handled the insurance details and ordered the parts. It was fast and efficient. I got the car back today it was perfect. Burgundy velvet is a difficult color to match. When i inspected the car it was perfect. Kudos to the staff at the collision center. Know one would know the car was damaged. They did major repairs after a collision. It was frustrating waiting 14 weeks for completion but that was mainly due to part shortages. They worked with my insurance company and kept us informed on progress.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Head light is sunk inFog like it completely crooked.My hood is misalignedMy weather stripping is not put back onOverspray all over my running boardsOverspray inside my vehicleThat is just a simple list of all the defects still noticeable on my vehicle. Carstar Manderbach Collision was one of the companies my insurance company had on their list. My car was towed to CARSTAR on 12/7/2021. Was told the earliest they would look at it would be December 12th but the latest would be mid-December. Was told on December 21st the car was going to be looked at (husband had to take a set of keys down because the tow company locked the key inside). Had heard nothing from them (neither did my insurance company).� December 31, after two message had been left with them, finally got a call back and they said the tech was supposed to have called us but now he was out with covid. As of January 3rd, car wasn't even looked out. Insurance company decided not to wait anymore and towed the car to their location to have someone else look at it. Not happy at all. Waste of time; took time away from it being either totaled or being fix and having a rental car this whole time (which the time for that is almost up). There was no communication on what was happening while the car was there.

We have an old 1940 s era metal handcart that we wanted refurbished and painted OD green for WWII reenacting. We took it to the collision center and they were able to fix it and paint it. They did an excellent job!!Service: PaintingService: Painting
