My family and I had a great experience, they accommodated all are needs specially with having 2 toddlers and our dog with us. Sam was great as well he made sure we got what we needed. He came and checked up on us when we came for pick up as well. Everyone was super nice and really made sure things were right before we left.

It was a great first time experience. They work to help you understand what is needed with RV ownership. My only complaint is the extra sales it would be nice to offer first time purchasers an RV starter kit, instead of walking us around to spend another $5k in needed accessories.

I highly recommend Emily for purchasing a camper. She was not pushy at all which is HUGE for people like us. She was not only helpful but followed through every step of the way with us and went above and beyond to make our first camper buying experience wonderful. We will definitely be using her for any future business.

Emily was fabulous! She is very knowledgeable and friendly. She answered all our questions and resourced their in-house installation staff to ensure we were set up with the appropriate hitch. Everyone was genuinely working for us and could not have been more accommodating or friendly! In the end, we felt reassured and confident our purchase was the right one. Overall, Camping World in Hamburg, was the best experience we've ever had in the purchase of an RV and this one is our 4th.

Although we didn t end up buying from David at Camping World he was an amazing help and educated us about the trailers they had available. He listened to our needs and wants and wasn t pushy at all. He followed up after our visit and did all he could to help us. He even sent a nice personalized video walk through of the one model we were thinking about so we could remember the features. I would recommend David if you are in the market.

Emily was great! We told her what our needs were and she had 3 units that fit those parameters, all with their unique differences. She was very well versed in the units she was showing us and explained pretty much everything down to the chassis of the travel trailer we selected. She was extremely helpful with any and all questions or concerns. Offered us refreshments and even got out coloring books and crayons for our young daughter. 10/10 service so far. I definitely recommend the camping world of Hamburg!

Fantastic. David is great to work with. He knew Mozart and is thee hairstylist to the tiger kings tigers. He took the time to go over everything and show us campers even though we told him we weren't buying today. Will definitely return when we're ready to buy!

David Kepler was amazing to work with. We just purchased our first RV and he made the entire process easy and enjoyable! It was great, he walked us through the store to show us what we needed to buy to get started with camping as well. Plus the patience with our 18m old during the entire process was outstanding. Definitely recommend seeing David for your next purchase.

ZERO STARS - STAY AWAYWe have been dealing with Camping World of Hamburg for over a year now and it has been nothing but headaches, poor service, poor customer service if any, and horrific workmanship. They deserve zero stars if it was an option. We approached Camping World to repair a crack in the fiberglass of our fifth wheel toy hauler last year. The crack was caused by a leak which froze during the winter months, creating pressure and cracking the fiberglass. Hamburg was able to get us on their schedule a few months from contacting them. The repair of the crack and apparently leak was completed by inserting a metal plate woven through the interior plywood framing and applying new fiberglass and painting the exterior. The exterior near the crack on roof seams and below cap were resealed. The repair held until this past winter when the crack reappeared and now interior paneling was bulging. We contacted Hamburg and we re told to bring it in. This was in January. Our camper was dropped off locked with fully charged batteries. From January through May (5 months), we chased via phone and email querying for updates with no response. On Easter weekend, we decided to pay a visit while in the area (we live 45 minutes away) and our camper was in the same exact location it was dropped untouched. We were promised it would be finished by May 1st for a trip we had planned. The work was finally completed and when querying what was causing the interior bulge, we were told it was never looked at and that they would need to order new panels. Why they were ordering panels when they hadn t even looked at doesn t make any sense. We waited 2 weeks for an estimate for the panels, chasing several times. I finally decided to pay a visit to just pick it up and confront the service manager. The panels were never even ordered. In fact he had to enter the camper before I took it to take a picture of what they were. So it was basically sitting there for 2 weeks and they did nothing. Upon getting the camper home it was discovered our 50 ft 50 amp power cord was stolen, all of our locked cabinets were unlocked for theft to occur over the 5 months it sat unserviced and our 2 optimum batteries were dead requiring replacement. In regards to the crack being repaired again, it is horrific. Take a look at the pictures attached. This is unacceptable. This is not body work. This is slapping globs of fiberglass over top of what was applied the first time and painting it leaving bubbles in the paint. You can see the wave a mile away. And the service manager agreed that it was horrible work.At this point, we decided to open up the interior wall ourselves and we discover damp, moldy plywood and foam. The leak was never repaired and water was still entering after they repaired it the first time. We found a gap in the sealant under the rain spout and resealed it. We tested it until no water was entering the camper. Disgusted with all of the above and now a faulty repair, we contacted Hamburg and also Corporate Camping World. The service manager asked us to bring it in. We advised the wall was now essentially exposed down to the fiberglass and it wasn t stable enough to drive. The service managers came to our home to discuss and look at it. This was when he specifically said, I m not gonna disagree with you on that when we showed how horrific the body work was. They took pictures of the now dry interior and went back to corporate stating it was all dry and any water damage was from prior to their initial repair. We then shared our photos and videos with corporate showing water leaking in and soaked plywood. The response from Hamburg and Corporate is that they weren t told to fix a leak just a crack and their not liable. After all this and they do nothing. It s awful and we will be taking further action.

I had a great experience purchasing a used boat from Camping World. Steve made the experience very easy. Pricing was up front and transparent, no surprises at all at time of purchase. One of the best purchases I ve had at a dealer.

We recently purchased a lightly used RV from Hamburg CW. As it was not new (although it could almost pass for new!) it was sold As Is. Our initial visit they had the unit all set up inside, electric, water and propane connected and powered. We spent a good bit of time with Shayne going over the systems, features and even got some good tips. We noticed a few items of concern and made notes. Our second trip we brought a friend very knowledgeable on RVs and did the test drive, a dump (though there wasn t anything in the tanks since it was barely used) and discovered a new issue. As this unit checked all of the boxes, we went ahead with the purchase. The third and final trip found all of the areas of concern had been addressed and fixed. We did not feel any pressure from Broygen to finance, purchase an extended warranty or any other extras. He went over what options were available if we were interested, but did not pressure to buy. There was an added charge not initially disclosed, even though we did confirm there would be no additional charges. But reading other reviews we saw CW adds a Prep fee.The salesman had initially offered us a few hundred dollars discount if we purchased before the end of the month, but that offer seemed to have disappeared. They did give us a gift card to CW which helped us get started on the necessities. There is a wide range of CW reviews online, but I cannot reconcile our experience with the less favorable experiences. Everyone s purchase is different, and every manufacturer is different. We were diligent in our research, and did not rely on any one person s input. So the As Is we bought in the end was improved. We are looking forward to our RV trips, and will continue to educate ourselves in the many areas of RV life.

Samuel Palm was the most respectful and well informed salesman I ever met. This young man is full of integrity and has character to boot. He was very knowledgeable of campers and explained topic in a way that helped us both understand. He went above his duty to help me out with process of buying a camper. I would suggest all veterans to check this guy out. He showed much respect and love for vets. He restored in me a faith that not everyone has forgotten our vets. God Bless Sam and I hope all your endeavors are successful.

We met with Dave twice, after the first meeting we knew that we would be back later on to purchase an RV, and wanted him to help as we were first time buyers. Dave was both friendly, funny, and also helpful when it came to easing any doubts about buying a certain RV. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase soon especially if you are a first timer!

After taking a few visits here through the last year and narrowing down what my needs are for a camper I have finally found one. Everyone I met along the way was super helpful and friendly. My salesperson today, David, definitely took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for. It was great that he took my 2 dogs into consideration when selecting a camper. I would absolute recommend.

My experience at Grande RV Was the most painless process of buying a vehicle or RV that I've ever had. Shawnee Was very informative and was very open and honest about the condition of the RV that I purchased. I did see the Hurricane in Harrisburg with the worn out seats before Shawnee sent me pictures of it so I asked her how it looked and I am so glade that she told me about the front seat being worn out but not torn. That was a little test to see how Honest she would be with me and she passed the test. I really want to thank Shawnee for a great experience buying my RV. She sent me pictures of the Hurricane as they were picking it up from the Harrisburg store, that was a nice touch. I all so was very happy with the financial side of the process. So in a nut shell I was very happy with the Grander team. So if someone with the powers to be can please give all the coddled to Shawnee for all of her hard work. THANKS AGAIN

Gander RV started off not to swift. We asked to see a sales representative for the Class A mobile home. We shopped while waiting for a rep. Asked a second time. No one called for a rep. We drove over to the used RVs. We parked, got out and found a sales rep. helping another customer. He told us he would help us. When he finished with them. We waited about 11/2hrs. The rep. did assist us. We ended up purchasing a 2013 Allegro Breeze 32BR. We pick it up Thursday @ 1pm. Thanks Gander RV sales. Thank you Chris for your time last night. He offered us numerous times refreshments. We left very happy last night. Anxious to bring it home. They gave us a good deal on our trade in. Robynn and Daniel

Purchased our Rv at Camping World of Hamburg with the help of our sales girl, Brook! She was wonderful and had lots of patience with us. There was alot of back and forth for over a month to find the right one for our family with the best deal that could be made. She was very committed to our sale from the beginning to end. With a few bumpsIn the road she definitely gets a five star costumer service review from us!! If you go to this location ask for Brook!

My wife and I arrived at Camper world around 4pm on a Saturday (which is 2hrs. Before closing) to wrap our heads around all the different options the RV/Camper types on the market so we could put to rest if we would be going that direction in the future or not. We have ZERO experience with all of it so it was a great destination on an otherwise rainy and uneventful day. Upon entering we were greeted by a receptionist who immediately handed us over to a young gentleman named Sam who was a sales rep. Which cued another part of his team to also introduce himself which made it feel very welcoming in the professional manner one would expect. Sam asked a few questions about the specifics of our visit so he could compile a base plan of some units at the facility that we could look at that fell in the parameters of the information we gave him. Within 10 min we were escorted around so we could finally get our eyes on some of these campers and Sam was quick to answer all the questions we had for him and he really did a great job bringing a positive energy to the experience that ultimately led us into the rain as time was closing in on his day coming to an end. He never once made us feel rushed even though I wouldn't have blamed him if he had as we were very indecisive and weren't really coming off as "ready to make a deal". At last Sam put us on THE ONE. The one that offered everything we were looking for without sacrificing on something else. After a few minuscule questions we gave Sam the Green light so we could see if it would make sense financially. Sam had us take a seat while he and the rest of his team sprung into action running the numbers etc. etc. I am delighted to say I am now a proud new owner of brand new pull behind camper!!! Sam was patient, polite, informative, professional, and efficient. He and his team did it all as the doors were being locked for the night but I didn't feel like anyone missed a beat in doing their jobs and seemed to continue on about business like it was still 4pm when we arrived. It truly was a great place with a lot of inventory and exceptional personnel . GREAT EXPERIENCE If I had to offer any constructive criticism (and this is me digging) it would probably be how they really stuck to the criteria that we proposed when we first walked in. Being as inexperienced as we are it didn't take long for us to really start understanding what we were looking for until we looked at everything we didn't want which was what we requested upon entry. No matter, Sam adapted to the situation and did a great job navigating us in all the right directions so we could ultimately find what we didn't even know we wanted. Thanks Sam for your patience. If the rest of the team members I work with during my orientation provide the same type of customer service I got from Sam ,( and I believe they will judging by brief introductions before we left). This place is loaded with informative, friendly, and professional team members that make an experience like this enjoyable and smooth!!! Thanks everyone!
