Went here for a light bulb on my moms 2020 Hyundai kona and John went above and beyond to help me change the bulb when i couldn't figure it out! Great customer service and friendly positive attitude! Thank youu John!

I can't thank John at the Hamburg location enough. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He diagnosed my problem so I didn't buy something that I didn't need. He solved the problem and fixed my truck. To get such happy, friendly and great thorough service in todays world is rare and appreciated. I will make this my go to parts store after today.

I came in on a Saturday morning and the staff greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. I spoke with three different employees and each one was knowledgeable and beyond helpful. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. I will definitely drive out of my way to come to this store again!

On a recent trip on I-78 my water pump crapped out in the Cabelas parking lot. Good for me that I was just a short walk from this location as Kylee Izzie and the whole crew were very helpful in getting back on the road - they even reminded me to get my military discount! Thank you!

Absolute best parts store I've ever been to! I've had a terrible day and every single employee in there definitely made it better. Especially who I believe was the manager. (Didn't have the chance to catch his name). I used to be in AutoZone guy. But from now on I will drive the extra 15 minutes to come to this store. It is my personal opinion that everybody in that store deserves a raise. They were there to help and they went above and beyond! I will be back. Thank you very much if it wasn't for you guys I would have lost my cool today.

What a shame. I have been going there since day one. The last 2 days I was given incorrect parts. Mostly because the kid at the counter was to busy eating his orange, and on his cell phone with his girlfriend. He only hung up with her to answer a call from his dad. He had his air pod in, and phone on the counter. The phone literally had DAD on the screen with the time of call running, while he said yo bud, I m not on a call . SHAME ON BRAD!! He is a little liar that don t pay attention AT ALL!! I guess I will just go to the new AUTOZONE. GREAT JOB BRAD!!Most of the other employees will treat people with respect, and pay attention when looking up parts.

Customer service and product knowledge was on point. Recommendations were taken and I approve. Any mistakes and inconveniences were fixed immediately without customer or vendor loss. The team remembered me and allowed the products from my project that did not fit (unopened axle nut socket) to be returned along with the extra brake fluid and gear oil I did not require. Very clean atmosphere. Professional staff.

Awesome staff at this location! Broke down 2 hours into a 1200 mile trip on a Saturday morning - no shops could work on it until Monday. Tow truck dropped me off at a nearby parking lot - I must have gone into this store 25 times, but they stocked EVERY part I needed and all the tools needed to replace everything (belt tensioner, belt, broken idler pulley axle (drill and tap out of block) crank position sensor and a shredded wiring harness to the fan. It took me 6 hours in the sun (they also had water/soda for me) but I got back on the road and got to my destination safely, albeit a little late. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks Advanced Auto of Hamburg!!!

Very helpful, but due to Covid, the item we wanted is not available and we have to pay a higher price for the available item. Since we still have to wait for the item to get shipped in, it would have been nice, if they came down with the price. That's the reason for 3 star only, you should take care of your customer first

Stopped here for a quick quart of oil. Plenty of selection of automobile accessories. The staff member I dealt with was pleasant and was able to find the type of oil I needed quickly and without difficulty. They had plenty in stock.

First time in there and the cashier was pretty rude and spoke to me like I was an idiot. I apologized if I was asking to many questions but I wasnt understanding and she rolled her eyes and was ducking her teeth with how annoyed she was even after I made a purchase. Customer Service could use a lot of work and I would definitely order online or go to another location.

Awesome friendly advice. Had the part in stock. They even pulled it off the shelf and put my name on it so someone else could not come buy it. Then they saved me money on oil and saved me a stop to another store. So hands down AWESOME STORE!!!

Employee gave me the wrong headlight bulb. I gave them the correct vehicle information and when I tried to exchange it the manager wouldn't let me without a receipt. If an employee makes a mistake its the managers job to ensure it is corrected for the customer. The manager wouldnt accept that a mistake was made and wanted to return the item defective if I had produced the receipt instead of telling the truth. This could be return policy fraud. Manager needs more training.

A+ These guys went out of their wayy to help my boyfriend and I on christmas eve! While other places were thinking about closing shop and doing minimal work they went out in the cold and on the ground to look at my car. If they were closer to were I actually lived I would go to them constantly. Great staff!!

Went for a break light for my truck. Ask for help and the staff went and got it for me with a happy helpful, friendly attitude! I definitely recommend this store for your automotive needs.

Service is everything especially in the ever changing world of auto parts. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and informative of the products, and installation process which simply put saves me time and money !!! Love going the there because Service is priority one

I'm totally not a car person but was attempting to change my headlight myself and was having problems the staff here is just great and went way out of there way and with out me even asking and helped me change my headlight. I thank you so much and will definitely come back here in the future.

Awesome job Zack, that new EGR Valve did the trick for my 98 Saturn Sl2. Thanks for your time in doing the diagnostic work to help find the problem. You help Advanced Auto Parts get the five star rate and it appears that all the clerks are quite helpful to the customers needs. Yes I will be returning and thanks for the recommendation for the seafoam.

My battery unexpectedly died around 7:30 and I was in a real bind I got there around closing time but the staff on hand were glad to assist me kelsi (I believe that how it's spelled) was too notch and went above and beyond! Thank you again!

They have a no return policy on electronics which they failed to tell me about till after they sold me a $77 OBD reader which didn't work very well... Not shopping here again.
