We had a flat tire on RT 81 in New York when travelling at night. We called Vanteger Towing and help was there before we knew it. The driver was polite and knowledgeable and got us off the roadway. He also took care of the flat and made sure we would have no problems the rest of the way. Thank you and be safe.

Locked keys in my truck 1pm Easter Sunday in Great Bend PA. Passersby gave me Vantergers phone #. Made the call and Rick responded and got me back on the road within 18 minutes !!! Totally unbelievable service. Price was more than fair. $100 bucks. I was 200 miles from home , pulling a trailer and trying to get home for the holiday . God bless you guys!

Had trouble finding a phone number to reach them after truck was towed. But they had to work extra hard to tow my truck. I appreciate the extra effort to make it happen.

We had a blow out after hitting a huge pothole on the highway. We were stopped in a really bad spot with our family. Called AAA and were told they were sending Vanteger out and letting them know we were in an emergency situation. The owner came out to check on us before the tow truck came and was able to get us to a safer spot. He kept in contact with us and coordinated with the police to get flares set up for us. The tow truck came quickly even though it's original location was far from us. I should mention this happened late after hours. They got us to the shop safely and luckily had a used tire in the size we needed and got it on in about 15 minutes. They knew we were in a tight spot with no other options. They could have price gouged us, but charged us extremely reasonably for the repair. The whole time they were genuine about their concern for our family's safety and provided us with excellent service! Thanks again for your help and getting us on our way to enjoying our spring break!

Car broke down on I-81 just near exit 217. Called them up and they got me in 20 min. They were able to fix my car fairly quick. And the price was reasonable. I'm grateful that these guys were around. Definitely would recommend.

We have been on the road for 4 hours, so we re pretty far from home, recently had our car lowered but while driving it scraped against the tires and we lost our splash shield, we stopped at Mr. Tires and they turned us away and refused to lift our car, then came across this place, right away the owner called his coworker to help us, in 15 minutes he was here lifting our car, even on a holiday. THANK YOU!! Highly recommend!

Called for emergency service after I blew a tire on interstate 81. I had found them on Google. The gentleman told me they would be with me in 30 minutes and Jay the tow truck operator was there exactly 30 minutes later. Got towed back to the garage where they replace my tire with a used one in good condition and I was back on the road within another 30 minutes. The people there were friendly and did a great job for me. I highly recommend them.

Place was recommended by AAA during a trip where I borrowed a trailer from a friend and had a blow out. Told them I needed 2 new tires. They said they had them. They came and changed the blown out one and we followed them to their shop where they then replaced the other tire as well. Was told at time of paying that the tires were $75 each and the call-out was $100. We made the 400 mile round trip and returned trailer to my friend.Friend called me a week later and said he went out to use it and one of the tires was flat. He took it to a shop 2 blocks away and they found the "new" tire had a plug in the outer corner of the tread, almost into the sidewall area. The shop said it should not have been reused. They charged him $53 for a NEW trailer tire. This resulted in another $79 charge to repair their work. At no point was it told to use we we're getting used,much less damaged, potentially dangerous tire(s). As result I have contested the charge with my CC company.Vanteger contacted me recently asking why I contested the charge. The person, who said he was the owner, became upset when I told him why. Paraphrasing him, he said "the tires got you through the trip" and "your friend did not get a new trailer tire for $53, they are over $100!". I have the paperwork to show otherwise and have found MANY same size trailer tires for the same price.Before hanging up on me, he said he "didn't know what was going on but he's had 3 people contest charges in the last month". Well, if this is an example of his business ethics and honesty, I can only guess they were other people who also experienced something similar.If I could give ZERO stars I would. Included in this review is a pic of the tire they put on that went flat. Plug was mounted to the inside so it wouldn't be seen. I still have the tire in case they would like their overpriced, used, $75 junk tire back.

My tire blew out on I-81 and Vanteger came to the rescue within 20 minutes. They replaced my tire as well, all in all was about an hour or so process. Super quick and reliable

Brent and Brandon are totally amazing! They got my trailer off the freeway in record time to their shop, and replaced both leaf springs in amazing time! Can t say enough good things about these guys!!!

I got stranded on 81N with my daughter today. I called AAA and Vanteger called me and said they would be there in 30 mins. They got to me early and loaded my truck up fast. We go to the shop and they diagnosed the problem and fixed it fast. The price was reasonable. I appreciate the fast and courteous service.

Brent saved us from a pickle after hitting a deer a long way from home. Showed up quickly, dealt with a terrible insurance company for us. And even stuck around with us to make sure we had a safe plan back. Don't bother calling anyone but Vanteger if youre in this area thank again!

Similar situation to the other review. Hit the mother of all potholes on the highway. Blew the tire and bent the rim. Brett, the owner of the company got us on the road again in less than an hour. Saved us time and money that we would of spent getting a rental car. Excellent service!

The worst tow truck company ever dealt with! They charged me $6 a mile and made me pay with half cash and half credit and will not give me a invoice for my insurance company for a refund. Btw they made me go back to their office to pay with credit which was 40 minutes the opposite way I had to go and I had to pay for that too because they dont have a credit machine on the go. They only have it in the office. The office doesn t even have floors...it s dirt all around and very unprofessional. Please stay away from this company! You will save so much money by doing so. I talked with the owner Brent multiple times and he will not pick up my phone calls anymore. It s been 30 days I ve been waiting for the invoice and he will not send it. Guys please use a different towing company!

I highly recommend this garage. I had to have my motor replaced. They were very friendly and Matt was incredible, he kept me up to date on every thing that was happening to my car and communicated very well. The price was very affordable.

Honest garage from my experience. And the only place around that would allow me to bring my own parts with the understanding they can't put a guarantee on them. The cost was low too. Places like this are hard to find these days. I will be back.

Got stuck in a snowbank during a snowstorm and they offered to stop and help. Didn t make it known that it was a tow company, that they would be charging or how much.I thought it was just a person being friendly and offering their help.After they threw a $150 bill in my face before I had a chance to even say anything.I felt taken advantage of because the tow was already done.Unprofessional.Service: Special vehicle towing

They are always real with me and very helpful. They know wheat their talking about and have always given me a good deal. I'd recommend them to anybody needing a tow and work done on their car.

Tried to get a receipt faxed to me for the sale of my old car. Told me they sent it to me never did and even hung up on me when I called today 3/5. Cannot trust this place ,I am pretty sure they said they were going to junk my car and turned around and sold it .Service: Car towingService: Car towing

These guys are the best! We broke down at Flying Js in New Milford Pa. while driving home to Buffalo NY, they drove all night to get us and our van home safe and sound. Can't thank them enough. Thanks again Brian

Broke a coil spring on I81S on my 2011 Hyundai Santa Fe near Hallstead PA, driving from Ontario to Florida. It was 8 pm on a Sunday. Called some local truck ops repair. No chance tonight, maybe tomorrow replies.Vantegers immediately responded saying "we'll get your part and install, have you on the road by 1pm Monday." That's exactly what they did. I was back driving south on I81 by 1pm when I had wondered if I would be able to get the part at all.Bravo Brent and team from yer new pal in Ontario. Les Paulhus.

My truck had been stuck on the side of 81S for nearly an entire day last Sunday as I tried to sort out getting a tow through a roadside assistance program. After that option failed, I called Vanteger Towing and was assisted by Brent who was able to promptly provide a tow to a nearby dealer.

Another pothole story. On Easter Sunday around 11:00 am, we hit a major pothole on I-81 North, blew a tire on the trailer and bent the axle. We called several places, the only one that answered was Vanteger Towing. Brent came with his tow truck, brought the trailer to his shop, was able to fix the axle trailer and by 1:00 we were back on the road. Did I mentioned it happened on Easter Sunday just before lunch.

Prefect! Couldn't not ask for better knights in shinning armour! Easy to work with and understanding. Actually willing to come out on a Sunday without a problem for a tow. Made a bad day better!!
