I have brought both of my vehicles here now. I am very happy with their service! They get me in and out quickly, their prices are very reasonable, and best of all, they are HONEST! I don't have to worry about being lied to or ripped off. I will continue to bring my vehicles here as long as they keep up with the excellent service!

I get fast, fair, high-quality work here. This place gets it done and done well. Doesnt matter what its been. Ive bought a new set of tires here, had brakes, alignment, suspension issues. The whole gamut. Theyve excelled at it all. I know there are other decent shops but really good ones like whetzel are a gem. Thanks Amanda!

Completely satisfied and overwhelming customer service! Did not try Upsell me on anything I didn t need, Very professional service, And absolutely making me feel at home! My Family and I will never go to another auto mechanic shop!!! Highly recommend, and thank you!

We were referred here by Gahr s - another great shop - to get front strut assemblies and rear struts done on one of our trucks after being told by a shop in Virginia they needed to be replaced. Called them and made an appointment and everything was arranged. Well when we spoke to Whetzel this morning to make sure we were set with the night drop last night and everything was in stock, the owner picked up and said we don t see the need to replace any of it and in fact were surprised we had been told they needed to be done by our shop down in Virginia. He said I do see some minor tire wear so we are still going to check the alignment and adjust as needed. He said the brakes all the way around were more than good for many more miles.We were greatly impressed by their honesty and frankness with us. They could have easily just done the work and kept quiet. Instead of getting 1,200.00 bucks from us, they simply got the 90 sum bucks for the 4 wheel alignment. We plan on using them for all of our future work when we are up for camp and visiting family. Moreover, I m impressed by Gahr s as well for recommending them. We don t see things like this down in our part of Virginia. Gahr s has helped us with one of our tractor tires and even stepped up on the one repair when he probably didn t have to.Folks you can t go wrong with either business in our humble opinion. The customer service was welcoming, genuine and just not found any many places much more.Happy Holidays and we will speak highly of Gahr and Whetzel any chance we re able to.

Called on Thursday afternoon to price two tires. Made appt for Friday to have them mounted and balanced. I was 30 minutes late getting to the garage. The guys pulled my car in right away. They had my tires on the car old tires loaded in the back and took a look at my suspension for me in no time at all. Good work installing a good product for a good price done by good honest people.

I took my car to Whetzel last year for a second opinion after another shop quoted me thousands for work. They got me in the same day I called and took a long look at my car. They let me know that a lot of the workwas unnecessary and gave me a much lower quote. I have taken both my vehicles there since and they have always throughly explained everything to me. They re honest, timely, and have genuinely tried to save me money. They re definitely the auto body shop I have felt the most comfortable with. Simple, Honest, and Quality Work sum up my experience.Imagine having your brakes go out on a trip 6 hours from home after 4PM on a Friday afternoon. Whetzel Tire and Auto did a fantastic job of getting me in before closing, finding the right parts, and getting me back on the road quickly and at a fair price. This was such a pleasant little shop. The people are super friendly and helpful. I came in on Monday for a quote (I needed 4 new tires and a new muffler installed). They originally scheduled me for Tuesday to get all the work done in one day, but they called 3 hours before my appt to let me know that the muffler didn't come in that day, so they let me reschedule for Wednesday at the same time. The service was quick. They were done in 45 minutes, and the price was incredible. Highly recommended! Two enthusiastic thumbs up!Services: Exhaust, Tires

Absolute rip-off. Paid $1,400 in work on Halloween just last year and they said everything else looks perfect. Been 2.5 months and they did a terrible job and parts needed replaced on a vehicle we haven't driven more than a dozen times in decent weather. Another $250 down the drain when we've hardly used it. Never going back. No decent customer service and they don't care.

Took our van to get a couple tires replaced. Decent pricing for parts and labor and they were able to get us in same day and got it done super quick. Would absolutely go back if in the area and it's needed.

What do most people want from their mechanics? Some things we want are honesty, fair prices, quality parts, and craftsmanship. Friendly people that take pride in their work. Whetzels Tire and Auto Service provided me with all of those things and more.I called for an appointment to get my car inspected and they were able to get me in early next day. Perfect. I dropped my car off and a few hours later they called to let me know that the rear struts on my vehicle needed to be replaced. They quoted me a fair price to do it parts and labor. They also advised me that the new parts have a lifetime warranty. The car is 12 years old so it makes sense that the parts needed replaced. The advised me only one was leaking but they replace them in pairs. I knew that but was happy to have it explained to me.When I picked my car up I looked underneath the car to see the work. The work looked great and the parts were shiny and new. When I went in to pay everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and fair priced mechanic!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great honest service! We stopped during a road trip after fearing some vibrations. We asked them to take a look at the tires to make sure it was safe to continue. They took for a couple of test drives and inspected the wheels, tires, and brakes. They assured us that it was safe to continue and didn t charge us for their time. If I didn t live 400 miles away, I would take my car here for regular work!

Very friendly staff, fixed my valve stem in about 10 minutes and I was on my way. Price was very fair, and all in all a no hassle experience. Best shop in Grove City (fixed an issue that Flynn's had created)

I am very pleased with my experience here at Whetzel's. Warren and Jessie were very friendly and knowledgeable.They helped me out tremendously today as I was in a serious bind trying to get my Tony the Toyata home to FL. They were quick and efficient and very very reasonably priced. They replaced a belt and changed my tires in a matter of a couple of hours . I would highly recommend them and will definitely be back for all my automotive needs. Thanks again guys Services: Tires, Engine repair

Exceptional experience all round. This is a small shop. They were so professional and nice when I couldn t make my appointment on time, they got me in and on my way quickly and didn t try to tack on other stuff, very reasonable prices too. Highly recommend!

It was an excellent visit. I was in need of a last minute inspection, and they managed to get my car taken care of in a timely manner. They even went out of their way to make a custom brake light, because they couldn't find the specific one that went with the car. Will be going back in the future.

We are from out of town and stopped in today without an apt. We had a fantastic experience. The shop owner worked us right in and was extremely professional, more than fair and very honest. If we lived locally, we would be returning customers for sure!

My check engine light was on and the code it theoigh was a VVT selinoid. Made an appointment expecting to pay around $200 turned out half that amd my Equinox is running great. Highly recommend.

My family and I were on a roadtrip from out of state and experienced a tire issue along the way. We pulled into this place not knowing they were already closed. They graciously came out and offered to help us. Thanks to them we were back on the road in no time to enjoy our vacation.

I needed tires for my car. Jason and his team had me in and out of there timely and did excellent work. While doing the tires we noticed the brake pads were low and they were able have them delivered and installed quickly. Looking forward to having more work completed here in the future.

I discovered this place last week. I came in found out I needed all new breaks front and back. The mechanic came back and was honest and said I needed a caliper. They re honest and won t do you dirty like other mechanic places. The work is great and the people who work here are super friendly as well! I just came back to get tires today. I m glad I found this place and I ll keep coming back and support a local business instead of a corporate place!Services: Tires, Brakes

Very friendly and accommodating. Did a great job at a reasonable price. They worked late into the evening so that I would have my vehicle the next day. I will be returning.
