They were extremely friendly and able to fix our van very quickly. The cost was as expected. It is also nice to see an auto shop where communication via email is an option.Update: Have used this shop exclusively since taking the van there after the accident. They continue to exceed expectations and are always able to schedule when it is convenient for me. Great service and great people!

I hit a deer with my Jeep and it smashed in the whole front and passenger side. It was awful. We took the Jeep to these guys for repairs and they were amazing! I just got it back today and the color is perfect matches amazing! It looks brand new again! U would never be able to tell it was crashed just a week before. Customer service was great they kept us in the loop on how the process was going and was very polite. I definitely would recommend these guys for repairs.

I cannot recommend Moore's Autobody enough! I first used them in October of 2020 when someone backed into my car and I needed their autobody repair services. However, when a portion of my bumper became unattached from the frame several months after, I called Skip ( the owner ) and he was on it! He had me bring in my car the same day, despite him being overwhelmed with work, and within the hour, my bumper was fixed...free of charge! Not only does Skip care about his customers, but he takes pride in his work as well. My paint was matched perfectly and I could not tell that my car had been in a fender bender. We live in update New York and my daughter attends Slippery Rock University. Went to visit her at the end of the school year and much to my dismay her car was making a very load noise as you travelled down the highway. I concluded that it was a wheel bearing issue and since it had been making noise for nearly 2 months already, felt it would not be safe to drive back to Syracuse. Long story short, found out about Moore's Auto (Skip) while talking to an employee at the hotel we were staying at (her husband Mike works there). Skip was very understanding of the situation and re-arranged his schedule to get the vehicle in and repaired as quickly as possible so that she could get home safely and start working. Very helpful folks and very reasonable prices. Highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto repair while in the area. Thanks Skip and Mike!

After a bad accident in the middle of winter, I needed roughly $9,000 worth of damage repaired. Moore's was the only place in town that would even look at my car within a few days after the accident. Skip, the owner, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did they get my car back to me on time, but they also were able to match the paint perfectly (a hard feat when the car is bright orange). Moore's Auto Body is the perfect example of a small business done right!

The owner is very friendly. They take care of their customers in a timely fashion. They do work with most insurance companies, and rental car providers. The only downfall is the parking lot can be rather full at all times.

Great place for body work! Anytime I have a problem that I can't fix I go here and I live about 25 minutes away. But it's well worth the drive always great service and they get the job done right.
