We were camping nearby at Kozy Rest and had a flat tire on our way there with our travel trailer. Extremely easy to work with and delivered as promised during our family adventure limping into town on a spare tire. Decided it was time to replace all four tires and Eric was very accommodating to get them all ordered quickly with fair pricing. Then his crew was able to mount the new tires while I waited, two at a time since I could only bring him two off the trailer at a time. Would recommend to anyone in the area in need of new tires.Service: Tires

Absolutely outrages prices. They charged me $220 for an oil change and to put on my supplied summer tires. Another service charged me $104 for the EXACT same job 6 months ago. I went here out of convenience.In fairness I should've asked their charges before hand. But with them charging $30 a tire to put on tires that leave an insane $100 for the price of an oil change. Again, outrageous prices and will be returning to my previous service.Do not recommend.

My grandma went in there because she needed new brakes, roaters, and calipers for her vehicle. She is 80 years old and they completely tried taking advantage of her. They quoted her a price of 700 dollars to do that!! 700, she ended up of course going somewhere else. Which she ended up paying 400 to get the work done. Good job on taking advantage and trying to rip people who might not know any better!! Thank God my grandma did!!Service: Brakes

My daughter drove into a snowy ditch and her car was towed to Henricks Auto Services and Towing because it wouldn't start. She stayed overnight at a local hotel that night. The next day I called the shop and they were extremely busy and said that they wouldn't get to the car until that mid afternoon. After expressing my concerns that she was alone, 3 hours from home. and another big storm was coming they immediately took care of her care and she made it home safely. I want to say that from a parents point of view this was such an awesome experience under the circumstances. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They even picked up my daughter from her hotel!! She was so fortunate to stranded by Hendrcks!!! Thank you !!!!!!From Buffalo NY

I recently had Henricks tow a vehicle for me for a total of 7/10 of a mile. Less than one mile. They charged what I can only imagine to be an arbitrary price of $300. Let me repeat that, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS!! The vehicle being towed was driven onto the flatbed and took no extra time or skill to perform the job. I fail to see how $300 for a one mile tow can be a fair price. I would avoid this towing company at all costs.

I had a nail in my tire and called Henricks. They told me to head in and they would see if my tire was patchable. When I got to the garage I was waited on immediately and my car was taken right back. Less than 5 minutes went by and my car was done, tire was fixed and I was able to walk out the door!

Brad at Henrick's was a very great help for my family and I. We live over 3 hours away and we broke down. He couldn't help us personal but he made calls and went somewhere and he found a guy to come to our hotel to fix our car in the snow storm. Thank you so much!!!

These guys towed my car on the weekend (Sunday) when everything is closed.I wish they had known about the Sears Auto in Hermitage that is open on Sundays. I would have had them tow me there because I needed to be teaching Linux Monday in Philly.Their service shop took care of me when they reopened, and did a nice job. Held the car until I returned from Philly to pick it up.

Worst place ever!! Their prices are ridiculous! Over $100 just for an oil change! They also failed my car inspection but it passed by someone more qualified.

Charge way too much to mount and balance tires, other than that it's an ok place, employees mostly seem miserable

My mom's truck broke down out on 80 I drove 3 hrs to help at 1 am next morning we went to get it fixed and towed off 80 and someone busted the windows but Henricks help and did a tremendous job and at a very good price I will now go out of my way to use there service if I need to in the future
