For the service dept desk. Kyle . Think for yourself. Don t trust that your best interests are being met. If your windshield wipers work when thawed out and freeze when driving-multiple times- there s a good chance in 10 degrees, it just needs to thaw out completely. Kyle was pushing for a complete rebuild of my wiper pump and all the lines when nothing was leaking and it worked fine while in the garage. Way to go Kyle I will never trust you again. I saved myself up to $500. 90% alcohol does NoT freeze but you realized that later after you told me that the alcohol I added to try and thaw is what froze. A night in a garage fixed it. For free. I cane to this smaller dealership because I thought it would be nice to have personal care. Nope. I like the mechanic though. Women, be at the top of your game here. Oh, and he says the warranty requires a break down of the above mentioned issues, then they would call the warranty company to see if it was covered, so they were doing the job either way and it closes at 5 pm. Guess what time it was ? You guessed it. 5 pm. Go Grove City Ford.! Thanks for a wasted 2 hrs

Grove City Ford was a pleasant place to visit. They are dog friendly and easy to talk with. Every person I met there seemed happy and like they were enjoying their job. They tried to buy the truck we drove there for a valuation estimate and made a fair offer.

I just had my BMW and my Dodge Rumble Bee serviced at Grove City Ford. Aaron at the service desk went over and above to make everything as smooth as possible. I didn't have an appointment since the truck broke down by the side of the road. But Aaron made, what could have been a painful experience, a positive one.I recommend Grove City Ford and Aaron if you need service in any vehicle.

The first time we took our car to the Grove City Ford Service Department was after unsatisfactory work and treatment by another Ford dealer.The second time was for replacement of the third brake light, which was a time-consuming and difficult job. We also had the car inspected and tires aligned.The service people listened to our problems and kept us in the loop regarding their findings and progress.Repairs were made as promised and, in the case of the third brake light, were not started until they made sure there were spare parts on hand in case something went wrong with the installation of the new brake light. Their experience with understanding all the possibilities and the time they took to explain them to me was refreshing.Most importantly, the service people at GCF respected us and our car. Both times we left satisfied with a job well done.Grove City Ford is farther away than two other dealers, but well worth the trip.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Auto brake replacement

I am very pleased to update my review of grove city Ford. The service manager jared reached out to me and made me belive in ford motor company again and that was quite a task!!! Thank you jared for treating me like I mattered.
