Cameron was great to work with. The whole process was one of the easiest and best experiences I've had purchasing a vehicle. I explained what I wanted and he went to work immediately , no back and forth, no haggling over price, no haggling over down payment or monthly payments, they made it work within the parameters that I wanted without any issues. Was in and out in a couple of hours. No pressure to make a deal and didn't try to sell something I didn't want. Very pleasant experience. I will definitely go back if I need another vehicle. Also is very good with following up and checking to make sure there are no issues or concerns. Thanks for the great service !

I dealt with Cameron Pyle, Collin Smith, and Dan Dean. They are top notch individuals and very professional. They made the whole process very smooth and easy. I couldn t have ask for anything more. Cameron and Dan also went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with everything. I am very satisfied and happy because with how crazy the truck market has been, I feel like I got a great deal while working with some wonderful people! I highly recommend checking them out if you re in the market.

Hands down the best used car buying experience of my life.Traded up from my 2006 F350 into a 2021 Ranger that I'm quite happy with.All in all less than 3 hours, including financing, and very low pressure. Was able to arrive at a fair price that everyone was happy with, quickly and easily.Shawn was extremely helpful and worked with me through the entire process including my trade in, and was happy to explain anything that needed it.Thanks again!

I just purchased a used 2022 Ford Maverick from Grove City Ford. Our salesmen, Cameron Pyle, was great! Very low pressure experience. I don t typically like dealing with dealerships These guys were cool. The manager, Dan Dean, was also very accommodating. His desk is on the showroom floor and you can tell he s involved with his team; not hidden in a back office. I can appreciate that. He even cleaned the truck himself!! They also gave us a $50 gift cart to a local pub! In a world of phone app services that deliver a car to your door, it s really nice to go to a dealership that understands the value of amazing service. Good job fellas. Thank you!

After a long awaited couple of weeks working with Shawn G and the rest of Grove City Fords Amazing Team, I was finally able to come home with this Absolutely Beautiful 2017 Dodge Durango! We worked with Josh to purchase our Ford Explorer. He was great to work with - very friendly and answered all our questions! There was no haggling - just a very straightforward process. We also had limited time and everyone there was really great about helping us get in and out of the dealership. We got a great deal on our trade and they were able to get us a better rate on our financing than we got from our credit union. Definitely recommend!

This was hands down the best experience we have ever had! My husband and I live about an hour away, but we will 100% be getting any future vehicles here! I wanna thank Dan, Collin, and Cameron for not rushing us, staying past closing on multiple occasions just to make sure we felt comfortable with our upcoming purchase, and for being an awesome group of guys who want the business to succeed AND have a great reputation! We purchased a 2022 Mach E from Brevonn and it was such a smooth experience! We ran into a couple hiccups, but the whole team helped us work through them quickly.Brevonn went above and beyond, and drove down the car to Pittsburgh for us so we didn t have to drive back up.The car itself is amazing, we just switched over to all electric and wow it s just an incredible car. We are so pleased with our experience and will definitely use Brevonn/Grover City Ford in the future! Thank you!!!!

I want to thank David and Grove City Ford for assisting me in purchasing my 2020 Range Rover. I live 2 hours away, they worked everything out through emails and by phone to get the deal done. The care and compassion the showed during the process was outstanding! I arrived to fill out the final paperwork and the hospitality they showed me was seamless and amazing. These guys a truly a blessing and they really do care! Best overall experience in buying a vehicle. I called my salesman, Devon quite a few times after the sale was final to order accessories and he was more than willing to take care of everything I wanted to add to my bronco. The entire staff was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

After numerous dealings with other dealerships I did not have much hope in being able to get a final deal done. Boy did Cameron and the great staff at Grove City Ford change my mind. From the moment I pulled on the lot I was met and greeted by Cameron and introduced to the other great staff members. Cameron took time to explain all the features this vehicle has and everything it can do! I will never go to this place ever again. Ever since I got my first vehicle 2 3 years ago. My cars been having problems. My transmission blew. And my computer has had problems. Not to mention they lied about the pricing on the vehicle I was to get the vehicle at. And lied where we was going to be sending billing not to mention I never got a second key for the vehicle. And at the start I was paying on a different vehicle for a couple days. They gave us the wrong Vin number for the car. I will gladly spend money else where.

When my truck came in everyone pulled together at the dealership. They got my truck ready to quickly and had all my paperwork in order and signed. I was shocked about the high level service they gave me. I never knew a dealership could provide such a high level of quick and professional experience.

Tyler is a Valuable employee and service advisor. After a breakdown 60 miles away, I called for his advice. He is genuine, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The towing company would have charged way less for a closer Ford Dealer...but because of Tyler's helpfulness, I would only have them tow to Grove City! Thank you Tyler!

Horrible experience. Lies, lies and more lies. Daughter bought a Bronco-had a graphic blow off in a car wash. Was told by email and in person that they could and would do nothing.Leas then 2 weeks old and less than 1000 miles. Took it to another Ford garage and it was covered no problem under warranty or policy . The GM and salesperson were caught in several lies told her she had to pay $350+ to get the graphic replaced. The F & I guy was very misleading and not forthcoming in what had to be bought and what was optional. He told her she had 3 options.. the first one being 6k in additional products that we had to cancel. Do not recommend them at all.. too many good dealerships out there to chose from these guys aren t one of them.

The buying process was easy; however, the customer service has been subpar. I've only had my vehicle for 12 months and haven't even put 10000 miles on it and it is having transmission issues. When inquiring about help with the situation I was promised a call back and never received one. I have attempted to reach out multiple times to no avail.
