What incompetent "people". Tire pressure sensor light came back on the day after they supposedly "fixed" it. Was told I'd have to pay the diagnostic fee AGAIN! Got the rehearsed speech about " their time". What about MY time? They could keep conning me forever with this racket. I told them absolutely NO, and walked out. I will NEVER go back. They left my car a mess, and messed with things I didn't ask them to do. Deserve no stars!!

I have had the best experience purchasing two new Jeep s from Diehl of Grove City. Mike and Steve in sales are exceptional. Toni, finance, amazing. Their customer service is bar none! I recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to see one of these guys. You won t be disappointed!

I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered a vehicle and waited 10 months for it to arrive to only be told I would need to pay significantly more than MSRP if i wanted to purchase the car that I ordered. Mike the manager is beyond greedy as is the owner of the dealership. I asked to speak directly to Matt Diehl on 3 different occasions only to be told he was "too busy" and in meetings. When I made a deposit on the vehicle (September 2022) I was never told at any point during the ordering phase or the 10 months following that I would have to pay more than what I ordered the car for. They could've had a customer for life but instead chose short-term greed. I will be certain to continue to let people know the terrible experience I had at Diehl Automotive. My recommendation is to go anywhere else. They don't care about any local relationships. You are only a dollar sign to this dealership.

Even though my car came back a total loss the employees, estimators in particular, were very kind and helpful. I was able to get in and out with dropping my vehicle off and getting a rental the same day even on a short notice with limited availability in rentals. 5/5 I would 100% go again if something happens to my next vehicle. And if you see this Thank-you Keith !

We bought a truck here a good 10 years ago. I think? It was a good experience for that purchase, but since then we've been back with multiple vehicles because this is the closest dealership that services our vehicles in the area. We've always been treated very well! There's been a recent issue with our Buick and we had to come back multiple times because parts needed ordered and installed. The parts came in way faster than we expected, they had us on the schedule fairly quickly... and the service didn't take all that long. I believe the pricing was fair, and I would highly recommend this dealership for both purchasing vehicles and repair/ maintenance work.

Very professional, very courteous, willing to work out a deal. Traded my 2012 ram in with mechanical issues and worked out a deal for a 2021 bighorn. Josh was great to work with and we were able to get a deal done that benefitted both of us. We'll see how the truck holds up and all that but for the overall buying process I recommend them.

I wish I lived near this dealership! The service department was very accommodating, trustworthy, and did all that they can for us (being that we came to them midday asking for an onspot fix because we were traveling from New Jersey). Honestly, although we didn't purchase a new car, the sales department was super accommodating too! They graciously put up with us while we (a family of 6, including children) were waiting for our car - friendly and gave us treats! Lol

Went to look at a car that said "available" but got there and found out it wasn't even detailed and they were waiting on parts for it...? Who does business like that? We purchased a vehicle elsewhere the next day.

Overall great experience. Worked with Josh for a week to find just what we wanted. The vehicle was down in Moon and they sent it up. New tires were put on it. Will go there again.

Took my van here because I had the tipm and PCM changed and they needed to be programmed so my power seats among other options would work. They charged me 160 dollars to tell me they want to charge me 476 dollars to maybe fix everything. So I asked if they could just fix the seats. I'm told yes it would be another hour and another 160 dollars. An hour goes by and they tell me it will cost another 500 dollars because they want to pull the front seats. I tell them no I'm not paying for them to pull the seats because the problem is not under the seats. Then they expected me to pay them the extra 150 dollars that they said would fix the seats. Place is a rip off and only wants to take as much money out of your pocket as possible. Avoid at all costs!

I have a 2019 Wrangler that needed paint work done under warranty. My local dealership doesn t do body work so they recommend Diehl. I live about an hour away. I had to go over twice for them to take pictures to send in for approval. Both times we showed up for pictures no one knew what was going on. Once they figured it out, they said the approval could take 6-8 weeks. I called at about 7 weeks to check and they oh yeah it was approved. No one called me to let me know. I scheduled my appointment. It was for a Monday. They told me it would be done by the end of the week. I asked if they did loaners and they said no. Well they had my Jeep for 4 weeks. I got no update calls. When I would call for an update, they kept pushing the date it would be done back. I understand things happen. I mean I want my Jeep done right. I just wanted communication. I got none. When I would call, I got someone will call you back, no one would call me back. I had to call again. The last week or so I did get good communication after I called complaining about the lack call backs. I get my Jeep back. They didn t put in a retainer clip for the hood, my remote start didn t work, and my passenger door lock and unlock doesn t work. So I called. I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to Shay. She was very nice and thought she was going to get this figured out for me. Guess what I m still waiting for a call back two weeks later. I can t speak on the rest of the dealership but the collision center is awful.

Excellent experience buying my first new truck very helpful. Have gotten 2 there so far. Very happy with it. Will be back.Edit: took a vehicle into the body shop, took 2 weeks to "complete" they left the inner liner in secured and broke the tabs to mount. After a month they must have forgotten the conversations about the prayer and the call being full of dust. 2 months later they finally received the cover and fixed it... Kind of. The pin holes in the paint were filled with clear to prevent rusting? So sub par work. Won't return.

Inspection and emissions completed. Very nice staff. Took way too long though. I waited for over 2 hours and was thankfully able to work from their waiting room. They did sweep my front floorboards which I thought was very kind. They do offer a shuttle service so that is always an option too if you choose not to wait. Appreciate the team that took good care of my car and understood that I needed to get moving to get back to work.

Purchased my first vehicle from Diehl Grove City Jeep and it won't be my last. I worked primarily with salesman Ron Barker and I highly recommend his services. The negotiations were definitely low pressure and he was very attentive with finding us the car we wanted especially during this difficult time. Paperwork was a snap all the way through the financing. On top of all of this he had the upmost patience with my wife and I as we put everything together on our end and by the way he walked us through step by step. Great job Ron and see you in a few years.

Hands down, best experience at a dealership I have ever had. I am a hard working average guy, average credit, I was treated like I had perfect credit. The sales and finance people they have here are excellent. I ended up with a great deal, more affordable suv and finally a stress free buying experience than I ever thought was possible at the time. I can say, if you're looking for a new vehicle, Diehl in Grove City, you will leave happy.Thank you to everyone involved in helping purchase my new car.

Josh Hines was my sales representative and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and worked his butt off to make sure I got the best deal possible. I also worked with Ron who was very helpful going over all the new cool stuff in my truck. The finance person Toni was absolutely amazing. She had all my paperwork ready and was prepared to me through quick. She also helped me make sure I was getting all the lose ends from my trade in handled and was extremely personable. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a good deal on a great vehicle. This was one of the best car buying experiences I ve ever had.

Debbie smith was amazing! Made my first time buying a new car a breeze! She got back to me very quickly and kept me informed every step of the way. She even called the next day to thank me for my business and to see how my jeep went in the snow. That is what I call customer service. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will recommend her to anyone I know in search of a new car!

I purchased my Jeep Compass yesterday from Diehl Grove City! I worked with Ron Barker and let me tell you, he was the best!!! I typically HATE buying cars, but Ron made it so easy! Everyone there is very friendly. I never felt high pressured (which is huge to me) and Ron was very knowledgeable and accommodating! If you are looking for a vehicle, you definitely want to go to Diehl...and ask for Ron!! You will not be disappointed!

I drove an hour to get to the dealer. When I pull in the lot Ron Barker was outside of the door waiting for me. He greeted me with such profession. He went in and grabbed a plate and we took the test drive. The process from there was very painless. I have gotten the run around from 4 different car dealers (Chrysler) and he was the only one that actually took the time to do the leg work instead of me doing it for him. The drive was worth it! He was very personable and to the point. Very kind and also accommodating. He moved all of my belongings from my other car to the new one. It was probably the best car buying experience I have EVER had! And for that I am thankful. Chuck (finance) was great also. He explained everything and more. I will only deal with this car dealer. I will drive 2 hours if necessary. Thank you for being so kind and courteous. It has been a pleasure doing business with you.

Sales people are good. Service department leads me to question. I've had multiple issues with a vehicle and brought it to them. This last time specifically has been unfortunately poor. Brought our jeep in for a catalytic converter that we had a code for. Had 6 other issues come up. That wasn't the issue though since we didn't mind the cost. We were told it was driveable and wouldn't get a loaner until parts came in and it could be fixed. It has been going on 3 weeks and the vehicle now can only make small distance trips and when I brought this to their attention they stated "the parts will be in within the next two days. We can give you a loaner then but until the parts are here for the work to be done we can't give you one". Called back two days later to get the same response. I'll have to take off work since we now only have a vehicle due to this. So again, good to buy from but bad for getting service done.

My Jeep Cherokee gave me a last Minute notice that I had 4% oil life change left in my vehicle. Diehl service department was kind enough to work me in the same day for an oil change. I totally appreciated that. Wonderful staff, very courteous and always friendly. Special thanks to Tim who always explains what needs to be done or what has been done. Very thoughtful indeed. Great place to bring your vehicle for service.

This dealership is awful. I took two different cars there for collision repair and both times they lied and wasted time on repairing the damage both times the quality of repairs was poor. The first car I had to take back to get the trunk sealed again because it filled up with water when it rained. They tried to blame me and said I must have left the trunk open. On the second car their initial estimates came in under totaling my car and after they started repairing it they increased their costs which resulted in my insurance totaling my car. Of course they increased the cost of repairs after I told them they would have to compensate me for nine days of rental when they just sat on the car knowing it wasn t going to be worked on when it was drivable. I still paid over a thousand dollars out of pocket for rental because their repairs took too long and they never ordered parts before I dropped off the car. Now months later when I tried to rotate my tires all of the lug nuts are over torqued by almost double the specs and some rounded off. Stay away from this place.

In February, I began researching on a new truck replace my existing, 2018 Ram that my lease was about to end. I went to Diehl Automotive in Grove City PA and met with Debbie Smith, one of the Sales representatives on site. As a consumer, this is where my safety shield went up getting ready for the sales pitches and magic potions coming my way. After all, this was not my first rodeo when it comes to buying/leasing a new vehicle. However, I was completely blown away by Debby. For the first time in my life, I had a Car sales person who literally sat down and listened. She asked about the type of vehicle I was looking for, the features I wanted and the ones I would like, but were not a show stoppers, the colors of the vehicle I was looking for in a top to bottom list and most of all, my price point. I was completely blown away as this is the first time EVER that this has happened to me buying a new vehicle. After a few days, Debby called me and said she thinks she found a Ram that fits what I was looking for but it was at another dealer and she wanted to go over the specs of the vehicle before proceeding with any transaction. Now, I have always been told that if both parties leave the negotiation table feeling like they didn t get exactly what they wanted, it was a good deal for both.I won t continue to bore you with the details but I truly wish there were more Debby Smith s in the sales force of dealerships. She is absolutely fantastic at her job and in my opinion, went above and beyond her job to find a vehicle that fit what looking for. To include my price point.Thank you Debby for doing your job better that ANY OTHER sales rep I have EVER worked with in the purchase of a vehicle
