Fast service at this Walmart! I ordered 4 tires and made an appointment to get all of my tires replaced and these guys did a great job. Just a short wait to check in and then I went to do my shopping. I hardly noticed the time pass when I got a text in the store that my car was ready. Mounted, balanced and got the warranty. Many thanks to the service team!!

Came in with a flat on Navy Deployed sons car after riding on rim! Luckily I didn't bend rim but Jessie was awesome!He got me a new tire and windshield blades and fixed me right up. Ellen and Jessie were so kind and accommodating. I was obviously upset after not making it to work and they put my mind at ease!!!!Thank you so so much for the great service. You guys are the best!!!

They got me in and out so fast. They said get here 7 am and I did. I was home way before 8. Great customer service and mechanics.

Waiting to see how service is for my battery installation. So far there was nobody in any bay when I arrived, 30 minutes in. The man checking me in was super s.l.o.w but it teaches me patience They did not ask which battery I wanted so I told them go cheap. He said they usually put in the higher cost one. No kidding lol!!Masks on.Ignoring the phone as I sit here!Price was decent, time finished under 45 minutes!

We had a mishap with a seller online where they didnt ship the tire but were marked delivered. Jesse(sp) took care of us. He got us a new set of tires and had them installed the same day. Thanks for making a bad situation better!

I had a great experience from inquire about prices on a tire from a very knowledgeable WOMAN on the phone Thursday to the service I received on Friday morning. Highly recommend Pennsburg Walmart Automotive Department!

Happy they could take care of a repair of my tire right away. Not happy I was told one thing I was getting a repair but in fact was getting a new tire and paid more on the spot then I expected with a warranty protection I had for my tires

They gave us the wrong wiper blades (they picked them out) and the blade could have flew off and scratched our window. Then they also were incredibly rude when we got there to get 2 new tires mounted and balanced. We called 30 mins before we got there and they said they could do it. When we arrived they said suddenly they got to busy and couldn't help us. We will never use them again.

Reception couldn't be bothered to call over to check the wait time for an oil change. "Just too difficult to predict, and it's first come first served, so just impossible to know...."

Fast & friendly service. I got new tires put on when the next day my sensor tire light came on and they took care of it immediately. Unfortunately I referred my son and they did not put his lug caps back on and different valve caps. When he went back they told him thats the way his car was. We know for a fact it wasn't.

When I called here, they were very friendly and knowledgeable of what tires they had in stock. When I showed up there was some confusion as to where the tires I needed were located. I did have to wait for about 10-15 minutes but then the Auto Care manager step in to expedite the process. Because of the wait he called on all his mechanics to jump in and get the tires installed Immediately. He also got involved and it was like a nascar pit stop. Very happy with the service and products. Also, you can t beat the price.

Most Walmart Auto Care Centers (Philly/SouthNJ) take 2-3 hours just to the the simplest things and don't do it right. They took maybe 30 minutes and did a great job. Staff was great, went above and beyond. It's worth the hour trip from Philly.

Just moved here from IA and was scared to go somewhere I've never been to get my oil changed. These gentlemen have the best manners and are quick and efficient and answered all my questions. I asked for a tire patch but I needed a valve stem replacement instead. They went ahead and fixed it right up for me. Very affordable. Great job, gentlemen. Will be coming back in the future.

I've been here three times for tire replacement. Each time was excellent service. Always have my tires in stock when I arrive. Prices that can't be beat. Highly recommended you get tire service done here. I will be back.

Walmart Auto Care department is great! But at least in their East Greenville, Pa. Store they should really get another few pairs of hands! There's no reason why customers should need to wait around for dam near a half hour before getting waited on.But their prices are really incredible! Beat Tire rack AND tires-easy! Nice job Walmart!

Great service! I've been to Firestone which is my store I like to have work on my car. I took it to Midas last week and they changed my oil great prices there but still told me it was nothing wrong with my tires. But I kept feeling this shaky feeling in my car when I drive it. So I took it to Walmart in Greenville Auto auto care center and they diagnose the problem with three of my tires not being balanced. Now my car runs good. Firestone couldn't get it done and my tears could get it done. They might be good in other areas but tires is not one of them. When I ask them to check my tires they say nothing was wrong that was Midas. Firestone said my tire was choppy because I had a axle fixed there on that side where the tire was at they say the time was still good I can still driving on that it was still safe. But they didn't take the rest of my tires to see why my car was shaking after I test-drive go figure? Play some Walmart and thanks to the guy mr. Mike that fix my car today thank you so much sir

Unbelievable that I could not find nothing that was advertised on sale for my daughter s tire's on her Kia but I have to say I got offered one tire on the next level of upgraded tire but that was not on sale and they only had (1.) Thanks but no thanks.

Just got a new battery installed here for my 2014 Nissan Altima yesterday, 1/23/19, and everything went very smooth! I purchased my new car battery here, and had it installed here, all within 20 minutes! Couldn't ask for better service than that, and at an unbeatable price! I searched everywhere for the best deal, including a warranty, and WalMart Auto care in East Greenville got the job done! Thank you!!!

They are customer focused and they cared for customer like no other walmart does. Jesse was very helpful. Kudos and way to go Jesse, You listened to my problem with the vehicle and addressed the issue. Jesse (Auto Center) & Ellen (Customer Service) were one of the best people i ever met in a walmart store. They went above and beyond to help a customer

Poor customer service. Understaffed. Slow. Waited in line for over 20 minutes just to be checked in and another hour to wait for an oil change. Oh but get this, it was done as the employee put it "awhile ago" when I finally went to see what the hold up was. I was sitting in the waiting area. I got up to check my status in the price check. It said it was done. I asked why I wasn't notified sooner. The employee said he would have said something if I was in the waiting area. I was! I was waiting for over an hour! Why take my phone number if you're not going to call me when it's finished? Why not announce it on the telecom since most people do their shopping while they wait? No. I have to stand by the price check and check the status myself. I expect my paycheck for doing your job!

Did the job great but failed to put my lug nut caps back on, then when I call asking for them they claim they weren t on there. I inspect my car all the time and know for a fact they were on there. But nothing I can do about it.Service: TiresService: Tires
