The body shop repaired our car like new. Glenn helped us to feel safe, especially while we were waiting for our deer damages to be repaired. They were able to help us with a rental through the entire process, and felt more like family than a company that was recommended by our Insurance to fix the car. I would recommend them highly for any future body repair needs.

Took our 2020 Edge in for a oil change. Well let me tell ya....they were great!!! They're friendly and don't take advantage of people. I highly recommend going here

Shout out to the guy in the services department! He was the only guy in the shop but still had positive attitude, he was super kind and very patient!He was very helpful and wrote things down for me and gave me a brief description of what's going on so I cold give back to my Dad as I live out of state for school and don't know much about cars. Super genuine!(I didn't catch his name)Thank you!

Always a warm and friendly staff. Ive had work done by the body shop on 3 seperate occasions and my vehicle is done right the first time and when expected. Excellant care and work performed by a professional staff.I highly recommend Phil Godfrey Ford.

Great folks working here. Down to earth and honest. The service department is Awesome. Great work and easy to talk with. They treat you like family. Not like some other garages or dealer service departments. I go out of my way to go Godfrys. Even to the poi t of orderi g a pizza or lunch for these guys...

I m sad to say, I will never return to Phil Godfrey. I ask others who utilize their services to be weary & get a second opinion. They estimated $1,300 worth of work for PA State Inspection. I went to get a second opinion at Community Chevrolet in Meadville. Community sent me out the door with my Inspection Sticker and Emission Sticker @ $70.xx. $1,300 would have been a hefty [and unnecessary] tab for zero work actually needing to be performed on my 2018 Wrangler.* Edit: You re welcome! Was happy to utilize your body shop for required body work. I still refuse to utilize your repair shop. Thnx!!

Glenn is so kind and caring! They just fixed my car and it looks awesome! They even washed it before I got it back! They did it in the timely manner and it's beautiful! I would never take my car anywhere else! The entire auto body shop team of guys is amazing!

I called scheduled an appointment for an inspection. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning before they were open and by 9:00 a.m. I was contacted saying it was completed and ready for pickup.

I recently purchased a Ford Explorer from Phil Godfrey Ford in Greenville. It was the best experience I have had dealing with salesmen. Mike and Stretch were not pushy in anyway and were willing to work with me! They had phenomenal customer service and I will continue to recommend their dealership!

We bought my wife's last vehicle here and I had some body work done after hitting a deer. Both experiences were amazing. Great customer service and superb quality work on the repair. I will start here the next time I am shopping for a vehicle.

Lies to you about what is needed for car rentals, laughs when my gf drove all the way in to get the rental then to say he didnt like the insurance. Remember getting shotty work done there years back, I see the service and quality hasn't changed much since.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They did body work and oil change on my vehicle and when we picked it up it was leaking oil as fast as we put it in. We took it back and they apologized and said they fixed it but it was not fixed. It needs an engine. The first thing the said was "you don't have any paperwork , you can't prove it". The paper work that we got when we picked it up simply said "repair as per estimate ". We trusted them and they did us wrong!

recently purchased a 2014 F150 from Phil Godfreys and I just wanted to come and make sure I let people know that this is the place you want to be taking your business to. Do not over look them because there not as big as some of the other ford dealer. The hard working men and women inside are the best I have had the pleasure of dealing with during my search to find a truck. I am very very pleased with my purchase and will do business with them in the future. Thanks again guys!

Tried purchasing a 2021 F150 for my company fleet. I had to call the sales team twice to be told that they do not want to sell this new truck they just got on the lot. And that I obviously don't understand their job. I've never met a salesman who did not want SELL and treat me the way I was treated. Will never reach out to this lot again.
