You want a good honest down home dealership to buy your next vehicle. I suggest ya all stop in here and shop for ur next vehicle. A very experienced people orientated friendly staff of professional individuals that work well together with no issues. Like a well oiled machine. My hat goes off to Bill the salesman the sales manager and Ben. My best experience yet of giving up a good ride for a better ride.The whole staff made me and my wife feel appreciated. Thanks!!!

We have purchased two vehicles from Maxine and she has been fantastic to deal with both times. She even helped us straighten out an issue with the finance department on our last purchase. I have purchased many vehicles and rarely had a pleasant experience doing so until now. Would not hesitate to go back and purchase from her again.

I called Friday around mid day and was off in a certified pre owned truck around noon on Saturday, sales man Bill was great, as was the Financial Manager they really worked with me to get me a deal that worked best for me. They didn't stop at here's your offer what do you think? No. They went to the next level and we settled up pretty good for the hassle on my end that we had to deal with. If you're in the market for a vehicle check their inventory out and give them a call if you find something they will work with you I'm sure of it.

I couldn t be happier with my experience here! Maxine was extremely helpful and upfront and amazing to deal with! They bent over backwards and then some to get me in and out within the same day of buying my brand used truck before it even hit the lot, just so I would be able to put it to work the next day! I can t speak highly enough about the customer service and the great personalities they have here. I would recommend anyone stop in and check it out if your in the market for a new vehicle. Definitely will be coming back for future purchases.

I drove over an hour away to test drive a vehicle that I was pre approved to finance. When I got there it was covered in dirt, had scratches all over the back passenger door, rust starting to form under the paint making it start to bubble and a chip in the wind shield. I had spoken to a salesman about the car throughout the week beforehand and was told it was being serviced for new brakes, rotors, and a catalytic converter but they failed to disclose that the vehicle has cosmetic damages. Nothing was listed on the website about the damages, the website had no up to date pictures, and the salesman never mentioned anything while talking to him about the vehicle. I was told that they would replace the windshield but when I asked about the paint I was told I would most likely have to pay to have it fixed myself as the vehicle isn t under a warranty. Needless to say I left without even take it for a test drive as I was too disappointed with the condition of the exterior of the car and the lack of communication from the salesman/dealership.

Where do I begin? Maxine was the MOST FANTASTIC salesperson!! From the beginning of the search for a new vehicle, she made everything seamless. Her willingness to find me the best car for my needs at the best deal is so appreciated. She went above and beyond to make this purchase perfect including a few extra touches upon delivery, as well as the follow-up once I left the lot. My truck was driven here to be reflashed to stock and had to be TOWED AWAY after their service tech Bricked my ECM. They claim no fault but everyone involved no longer work there. I'm not asking a lot just to pay the wrecker bill and part of the reflash that they screwed up. $375 They obviously don't care about their quality of work. All they wanted to do was charge me more money to diagnose the problem when the problem was very obvious. I am so glad my truck went threw another local shop so I wasn't charged even more.

We came from Ohio to look at a used truck here that was a great price , but it ended up not working for what my husband wanted. Thankfully, our sales person Maxine was really helpful and willing to put in the time to try and find us something else that would fit our needs and the end result was a brand new truck that was an even better deal than the one we came to look at originally! She is great at her job, and the manager helped immediately to get us what we wanted for our trade and the finance manager worked just as quickly to get us the best rate. They are all very friendly and no pressure! We came back a day later and everything was ready to go, it was by far the BEST car buying experience we've ever had. Everything in the paperwork was explained, the truck was super clean and ready to go, the process was fast and very easy. Everyone there seems to really know their jobs and genuinely want to help. We will be back to buy our future vehicles and we definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I'm not sure what happened to this place but I wouldn't let them change a bicycle chain. After the parts manager was replaced with idiot Mike, I was floored by the decision. Rudest most ignorant person I've ever met and a straight up liar to boot. They've also lost their dealership license so that's why they have no new vehicles on the lot. I would imagine that to lose that license someone had to of really done something wrong. Stay away from this place people!
